Does the company only knows sales policy.There is nothing called after sales service.if the wifi is not working it means i need to take a new connection. Since 6 days the wifi is not working who will pay me for the wasted days of my WIFI. @reliancejio @JioCare

It has been 6-7 days since i have lodged the complain regarding my wifi not working. You guyz only call and say necessary action will be taken.But nobody responses. Am i asking for some charity it seems so as the way the company is ignoring my complains. @reliancejio @JioCare

@airtelindia @JioCare what do you have for wifi if there is no fiber? I want to setup wifi in my village and towers are there but no fiber. I know @BSNLCorporate offers airfiber but they dont have signal there

I had jio number 8169016176 on my father name and my father went out of india and that sim have all my gmail college details and i lost my phone and i dont recharge my sim for 3-4momths now my sim is permanently blocked @JioCare please help me @Google and my gmail hai tow factor
