    @reliancejio @JioCare i hv been trying to raise 2 issues since 1 mnth but of no avail. ur replies hv been vague without solving the issues. 1. frequent disconnection of net in my jiofibre connection. 2. STB req for my existing jiofibre connection.

    @JioCare Complaints registered on 11th and today is 15th..... How long will u take to get my complaint resolved.. Jio service team -shame on you.... You are even worst than local cable operator.... Entire team team is good for nothing..

    @reliancejio : Jio Fiber installed on 2nd September. I am in free look period. Faced and reported few problems and service request number is SR000016N37G. The problem was to be resolved yesterday. None has come so far. Surprised the response is like this in the free look period.

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio fibre guy Ram Prasad (+919381916626) is refusing to give connection. His suggest is to buy it from other vendor. Add: Near dmart, kavuri hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Please help.
