    @JioCare I have paid the rental advance for six months with the commitment that the connection will run for 9 months but after seven months only I am getting calls from customer care to pay the bill, TSE is not responding, pl look into it the issue, I have the commitment in mail.

    @JioCare Every time you tell me the same thing! Now I don’t want these false hopes. Just give me my refund of rupees 1500. And take strict action against the one who did fraud to me. Or I’ll file a complaint.

    @JioCare I’m still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I think your engineer has done fraud with me by not providing me the device and connection. He isn’t even picking up my calls. I’ll definitely file a complaint against this.

    So @airtelindia don't care about time and urgency of their customer. 4+ years with Xstream Fiber, yet getting treatment like unknown. 6 days isn't enough to provide an update, forget connection. It's better to terminate and move on with @reliancejio.
