    @JioCare @reliancejio Now the government is still silent and took zero action on these telecom companies. @JM_Scindia are you taking bribes from these companies if not then no strong action has been taken yet for poor coverage and neglecting complaints of people.

    Shame on Jio service in our area. For 6+ years customer care keeps saying “network issue will be resolved in 2 months”. Nothing changed. In the 5G era we can’t even send a WhatsApp message in the evening. Many Jio users here but zero improvement. @JioCare please act now. #worst

    @JioCare Please provide tentative date because i didn’t get any call or request no yet. And 1800 896 9999 not working for me it just says “you’re cancellation request completed thank you calling to jio have good day”

    Pathetic customer service by Jio. Even the direct LAN connection is not working. I called customer service yesterday, only to be told by the customer care representative to restart the WiFi router, which was a completely senseless solution. @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI (2)

    Can I do FIR on @reliancejio & @JioCare.If it's possible please tell me because really it's the very worst service of jio, i compliment more than 10 times to jio but they are not able to solve this.@AmreliaRuhez please tell me the solution or make a video on this topic plz🙏
