    @JioCare It's 8 days since the first I complained on 23td Dec 20. Really losing my trust now. There is no follow up other than your replies on twitter. Ping is still 100+ on 100 Mbps plans. No solution, neither any calls from your side.

    @JioCare @TRAI please take action against the Jio. Charge for the internet but service not giving properly. Internet are down from 4-6 days no one are responding to tweet. If we are paying then jio are responsible for then service they gives. @TCCPR2

    I m getting unnecessarily additional bill from @JioCare and the same is coming in App, tried reaching out customer care via diff mode but no response. Its happening from 2 mnths and seems nobody cares. Haven’t expected pathetic service from. @reliancejio

    @JioCare For the last 3 days not getting data speed&calls dropping in Rajouri Garden NewDelhi,it seems as iuc finished so does Jio service. @TRAI what is yr monitoring system,why customers should suffer.Pls register my complaint. Do Jio required to extend my 28d3GBpd pack by3days

    @JioCare Issue still not resolved technical engineer came & fixed few things but issue is still not resolved. It was supposed to be fixed 3 days back but things are getting delayed without any proper explanation we are following up everyday but no benefit.
