    @JioCare I have taken a jio fibre connection. Two problems (1) the router is not working keeps blinking red and (2) the installation was really shabby. Can someone please send a technician for these issues

    @JioCare 4 days already are more than enough. I am out of patience & cooperation. Cabling is already done. Hardly matter of 20 minutes and scheduled appointment is 14 Aug. I will get connection from other service provider by tomorrow. Please close the connection and initiate the refund.

    @JioCare since last 4 hours no network . Everytime happening this no resolution and ur customer care saying lots of people connected at this moment so no network. What type of logic this. Make ur service reliable before people switching back to their original providers

    @reliancejio hell of your services when there's such a ruthless connection that you guarantee on your network and you can't even communicate due to abiding problems of no network at all at my location for Jio and that too in an open space.

    I took a Jio no. it will gv btr service. since 2 months my jio prepaid number is not working AT ALL. no calls, no messages (incoming or outgoing), full signal, fully paid for 1 yr. Horrible experience. No resolution of complaint. @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Refund not given inspite of repeated requests. 4 days per month service not provided X 12 months service issues faced = 48 days of lack of service provided. 999 postpaid plus connection + 18% GST = 1179 per month. Refund calculation: 1179/30 X 48 = 1,886.
