@JioCare i have an iphone which is updated with 5g software update. I use a jio esim and 5g is still not available on my phone despite it being available in my country . Please help me out

In order to resolve this problem, I have reached out to customer care executives every single day for 26 days. I have also gone to the Jio Store 4 times, got my sim replaced, changed my device and every possible thing that has been asked of me. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

@reliancejio It’s better to PORT from @airtelindia to @reliancejio The Airtel support team isn’t resolving any of the queries. The customer will go mad by contacting them repeatedly. They will ask the same details again & again but they don’t resolve the query. Just they waste customer time.
