With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.

Karan (@your_karann) reported.@reliancejio @JioCare 80+ HOURS outage in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) and still NO resolution. This is complete negligence. No ETA, only copy-paste replies. My work is severely impacted. As per TRAI regulations, outages beyond 24hrs require compensation.
