    @JioCare reschedules, and poor follow-through. If true, this kind of operational incentive imbalance will severely impact long-term customer trust in non-city locations like Udayagiri. Requesting regional leadership review of local service operations and accountability

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber down since 4PM. Calls ignored, engineer “scheduled” then vanished. Now told to wait for SMS. Recharge spam works fine though - outage alerts too hard?
