    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    I attempted to port my Airtel SIM to @JioCare due to network issues in my area. I had also raised a SIM home delivery request on the Jio website but have not yet received any updates or delivery.

    @JioCare Even worse, no engineer was assigned. Your WhatsApp support is nothing more than an automated bot, and your helpline disconnects automatically because an SR is already open. Customers are left with no way to speak to a real person.

    @JioCare It is just a lie, I hace sent clear screenshot not links, plus I had reached our customer care, just cancel my connection give my refund. This is so painful inspite fraud transaction from your sales guy, no action, you got my both number still no call yet. @narendramodi

    @JioCare All these already checked by your service engineer 3 days back. He also changed the cable and poe device. But it didn't work. After that no action has been taken so far and the ticket is also closed.

    It's already 15 days after the complaint, but @reliancejio is not intended to resolve my issue.

    @JioCare @DoT_India This level of service is unacceptable. We demand: • Immediate restoration of network services. • A clear explanation for the prolonged outage. • A definite timeline for resolution. • A refund/compensation for the 11 days of service disruption, as customers have been paying

    @JioCare Your support completed all troubleshooting on 4 Aug and confirmed that the issue could not be resolved remotely. I was assured that a Field Engineer would visit on 5 Aug at 10 AM. I waited the entire day, but no engineer arrived.
