Anish Abraham (@wolfden13x) reported@palav_ashish @JioCare Why aren't they changing the router. And is the engineer capable of checking if the right bandwidth 5g is selected on the router. I had similar issues with airtel had to get them to replace the router to finally resolve network lag.
