    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's very disappointing that it's been 2 years since I started using jio airfiber and still it doesn't work properly. Every day I face the connectivity issue and it is very difficult to connect with the customer care as most of the time the line is busy.

    @JioCare I have not used this connection since this distruption, why bill is generated ? I have raised the request to close this connection please arrange for device pickup and I am not going to pay any bill as no service is used!

    @JioCare @JioCare the SLA of the complaint registerer is also over now and the SIM remains undelivered! Refund the amount I don't need Jio connection!

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet speed at my location really sucks. Do something or I will post everyday how slow are you? I will post screen recording everyday. Your customer care will tell now we will sort it out blah blah...but nothing happened in 3 years
