    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    No internet for the 3rd day in 1 month @reliancejio @JioCare. They take complains and technician reach after 12 hours. #WFH is badly affected due to @JioCare . This is how they are going #bad to #worse in service!!! Need to get this fixed asap else I am changing provider !!

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service for jio fiber. U have given option of mobikwik wallet for recharge and I gone along for my jiofiber recharge and stucked my amount in mobikwik wallet as recharge is not completed due to technical error. For past 2 days I'm suffering.

    Such a shame Jio is cheating customers silently. I have not downloaded a single video yet it is showing i have used 3 gb data. I feel bad for going postpaid. @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare we are facing a lot of Problems to excess the internet since long in our location. Pin-756049. The 4G internet are working as 2G and the network are very poor also. We think your Jio network is not work properly which is available at our locality.
