CHOWKIDAR_AŔJÙŅ (@ArjunSuresh231) reported from Haripād, Kerala@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

Your corrupt staff openly demanded a ₹1000 bribe for installation. Since I refused, they halted the service. 16 days of zero response! Your customer care is absolutely useless.
