@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@reliancejio Even after all these years of assurances the network didn't improve. The cable and fiber work is also complete, still it's not connected to the tower.Waiting some other company to get better network.

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm getting issues while receiving calls. Few minutes ago i have called jio customer care number ur executive is not registering my complaint saying that there is no issue as such. While I'm facing this issue since day 1 when i ported in Jio. Help me out!!

@JioCare , *Recharged with 2gb/day pack*daily wfh usage routine 9:00 to 6:00*min 1 gb to max 2 gb consumption!! @9 AM today-started facing issue with laptop network, found on myjio that pack has exhausted, got booster 2gb pack around 12.00 Pm, an hour later booster re-exhausted.

@reliancejio @JioCare 5 days no internet , service request initiated 4 days ago , no one called or even came to check the internet and the service request was marked completed by JIO. This is appalling , registered number is 9815507100. No other way to reach out you guys.

@JioCare from last 4 days my router started blinking his red eyes at me. And your customer care unable to resolve the same, day before yesterday over call & last 2 time over chat. It seems that u guys r busy for new connections not the existing one.
