Due to rain there are frequent power cuts. Jio shouldn't leave paying customers completely stranded without basic battery backup infrastructure.

There r >1lakh users here, I am sure most opted for the True 5G are deceived by Jio's careless attitude here. I, who is happy with local fibernet but wanted to explore Jio Fiber is dropping the ball now due to this careless customer support.
