    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare "Nearby serving sites at your location are congested as many users are using internet at the same time" is none of my problem. It is highly inefficient, insensitive and reckless on your part to give such lame excuses. All you know is to squeeze out money from users. (1/2)

    @reliancejio slow network in my area sainagar bhandup east,(metro city)from last 50 days,no resolution from u r team,highly disappointed from no 1network.expected faster resolution from u r team,now a days government services are better than jio.

    @JioCare All I m getting is assurance And new raised request but no resolution Every new raised request from Cc Came with 48 hrs resTime 7th April 8th April 9th April No call No Sm No Internet Nothing is working Service suspended without any proper reason Nothing has been done so far

    @JioCare It seems that you people don't give a damn about it, because this area has been congested for many years now and you have not done anything about it. I have raised complaint many times but nothing seems to have been improved. (2/2)

    @JioCare I have booked Jio fiber connection on 06th April, 2023. Payment was also done. Now the are dealing the installation. Customer are harassed before installation. Order no. NO0000P5P8VJ . please look into it or refund
