    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare , I need your help to get refund of jio-fiber. I disconnected jio-fiber 3 months before. I gave my account details to engineer. Due to mismatch of account details. My refund request was rejected.I called customer care bcz refund portal was giving me error since 1 month

    Hi @JioCare will you please explain why network signal every day for 1 to 2 hours having an outage at Kurhama Ganderbal. @reliancejio this tower unauthorised shutdown every day. Location : Gulam Mohd Gojeeri At: Kurhama Ganderbal Byepass NH Sxr to Leh.

    @Airtel_Presence disgusting network i complained 15 days ago about internet no solution done till now . Now the net speed slow down to 2g and i m not able to take calls now very disgusting service @reliancejio @JioCare pls jio tell me the procedure to port my sim to your network
