CHOWKIDAR_AŔJÙŅ (@ArjunSuresh231) reported from Haripād, Kerala@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

Your engineer already visited, identified a damaged fiber line, pushed AirFiber instead of repairing it, left without restoring the connection, and is now unreachable. Why is SR00002LMA5G on hold instead of being repaired?

Tajj (@chocotaj) reported@JioCare More than 15 days of my subscription has gone in network down maintenance and again I get these messages why I am not given validity extension Our services will be down on June 9th from 12 AM to 4 AM & on June 10th from 4 AM to 7.30 AM for maintenance.
