    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am in Gopalpur village Suppi block Sitamarhi district Bihar . There is worst network connection in name of 5G . Can u pls improve your network !! Receiving speed in kbps @reliancejio even your network is worse

    Hey @JioCare, it's been 1 month since I installed #JioFiber (100 MBPS) in Kolkata and paid for 3 months in advance. Since Day 1, I'm getting only ~10 MBPS. Despite multiple complaints and calls to #jiocare , nothing has been resolved. This is truly pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare Could you please confirm what issue? It's a new installation and if the service is that much slow in this area then when Internet glitches comes I believe no one will come. It would be better if you make a refund so that I can ask @airtelindia to install.

    @JioCare It took you 3 days to figure this ? After multiple complaints? And now you will a week to restore ? And its just our wifi which is down. No one else in the building is complaining of that. Hows that possible?

    Dear @JioCare, this is extremely disappointing. My JioFiber connection was permanently disconnected due to delayed payment. I later paid ₹487.96 believing it would restore my service, but only after the payment was I informed that the connection had already been permanently 1/n

    @JioCare Rest assured that I have been resting assured since 23rd June with similar dialogues from your end. If this is your priority service, then may God help the customers. It's been 15 days that the problem is pending.

    My internet connection hs been completely down since yesterday evening. I immediately raised a service request through the MyJio app, but there has been no resolution or update so far. Request ID: SR00002ME31A Pls look into it immediately & let concern team to resolv @JioCare

    Post 1/7 Dear @JioCare, I am a loyal Jio customer with 4 active Jio mobile numbers. I intentionally recharge each number based on its individual usage pattern, which means all four numbers have different recharge dates. This is a conscious choice as a customer.
