    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    @JioCare Dear Sir / Madam I have been very upset in 3 months since I got Jio fiber installed I was more happy there was no service related issue with airtel extreme fibre, this is my 4th complaint in 3 months please solve my problem  permanently SR NO SR00001DMXLJ

    If some one wants to open Jio care: help & support @reliancejio He should buy @airtelindia sim card and switch the internet connection from Jio to Airtel. The 1000% chance of complaint @ service via MyJio app. Even Dhirubhai will slap Mukesh Ji frm heaven after experiencing it

    @reliancejio Very pathetic service in Hyderabad and no response from customer service about the broadband service, everytime same script reading not helping customer very much dissatisfied as from past 8days no one is there to resolve the issue and also not giving proper response

    @JioCare Customer executive behaviour of Jio care is not acceptable as they misbehave during calls. Mr.Raj Sinha from executive side didn't reply exactly what I was asking.

    @JioCare after the pack ends, I'm switching back to airtel. Jio is the worst broadband service provider. The internet connection drops suddenly while gaming and during other things. You guys don't even deliver the promised speed. Very unreliable.

    @reliancejio Mobile data (internet) in my area ( pin : 500081, hi-tech City phase 2 , Hyderabad) is not at all working, even mobile signal is very low. I recently ported to jio, please resolve the issue in this area.Because it's a IT area not remote location. How can I switch to 5g with this?
