    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio Kindly our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor net work.

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare Worst service, technician brought wrong set top box, internet is not working, set top box is not working. I'm unable to link my existing number to jio fiber, etc etc etc

    @JioCare Clearly your service incompetent, we were assigned an engineer, which now has been put on hold, in this day and age you can't expect a custome to wait for 3-4 days to expect someone to address a complaint!

    @JioCare Do I need to share my complete home address? Is someone from Ambani's office going to visit my home to check why the network isn't working? Please stop asking for the same details repeatedly and focus on resolving the network issue.

    @JioCare Still no response or update from @JioCare regarding my pending refund for cancelled JioAirFiber Order NO0001EERJHE. Despite repeated emails and tweets, the issue remains unresolved. Requesting @TRAI to take necessary action.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your internet has again failed today. I tried to call you to lodge a complaint but the call is getting disconnected and triggering a flood of OTPs from zepto, Bigbasket, tbs motors, policy bazaar and a bunch of other numbers. Your number is hacked!

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointing service. My request has now been pushed to 31 July. Is this really your priority? If you cannot handle the demand, why keep adding more and more connections? Now time shift to @FibreAirtel. #Jio #PoorService
