Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

CHOWKIDAR_AŔJÙŅ (@ArjunSuresh231) reported from Haripād, Kerala@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

Every time I call customer care, your automated voice just says "there is a disruption in your area" and that's it. No updates, no ETA, no human support.
