  @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

  @JioCare Raising req is fairly easy and is well comm. by Jio. Issue here is feedback system which I think is lost here. 1. How come an issue is closed w/o resolution? 2. Lack of comm or false promise by executive for visit. Switching ISP is also fairly easy. @Airtel_Presence

  @reliancejio my no is 9416453548 and internet is like 2G and when I report it your automatic reply service diagnoses 20 Mbps speed around , webpages not opening even your own app on time , then why the server lies or last week's of recharge this cheap trick for recharge reminder

  @reliancejio its very irritating when you promise something and unable to keep it. Secondly putting it on customers. Again customer care executives are not at all informed what and how to communicate and resolve.

  @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio Sir, your jio Fiber Kolkata customer service is even poorer than local Internet providers. They keep on rescheduling the appointment according to their convenience. Your customer service used to be great, but now it has degraded a lot. ESCALATE
