    @JioCare internet services at my place down for more than 6 hours - engineer visit booked but no one has turned up yet - can't connect the engineer as the contact number is continuously on busy mode. He was supposed to be before 8 pm today @reliancejio Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution! Right now, the bullshit call center had delayed the status after 8 pm

    @JioCare Customer care informed me that an engineer visit is scheduled only tomorrow between 11 AM and 12 PM. Does a new customer really have to stay without internet for almost 24 hours after just a few days of installation?

    @JioCare Even worse, no engineer was assigned. Your WhatsApp support is nothing more than an automated bot, and your helpline disconnects automatically because an SR is already open. Customers are left with no way to speak to a real person.

    @deepjoshi11th @JioCare It's too bad to see this thing that @JioCare is not taking such financial issue seriously. I heard lots of about this company and impressed, I was planning to buy Jio fiber for my and office also... But unfortunately after seeing lots of complaints, I need to change my decision.

    There is widespread internet disruption in my village. This is what digital devide looks like, if it were in urban areas, network issue would have been fixed within 2-3 hour but since it is a rural area no one is paying attention to it. @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI

    I am facing jio airfiber disconn. every 3rd or 4th day. I get message that conn. will be restored in four hours. It is affecting my work. Biggest services provider in the country cannot solve problem for 4 hours or provide long term solution. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare
