    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Tell me, where should I contact you for a resolution? For the past 5 days I’ve called customer care multiple times, raised complaints on social media, and still my service request was cancelled without my consent. Is this how Jio treats its customers?

    @JioCare After being a loyal JioFiber customer for 5–6 years, this is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My JioFiber connection has been down for over a week. I've made 4–5 calls to customer care, and even reaching your support team has been a struggle.

    Its been more than 1 month. my security deposit for my jio fibre prepaid account is not credited to my bank account. my setupbox was immediately collected from my home.plz some responsible person contact me.i want solution. no timepass game @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare I am waiting since 1month for resolution. Your escalation team and jio care don't have any authority to take action against technician and service provider agency regarding missing appointment and not resolving issue. Your escalation team is just sending auto generated emails.

    My mother’s JioFiber in Hyderabad has been down for over two days due to a broken wire. A technician promised to visit but never came. The registered number is inactive,OTP-based chat and WhatsApp support are inaccessible. Please escalate and arrange a Telugu-speaking. @JioCare
