    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare There is no temporary issues , its a permanent issue. Replace drop cable . And dont send the same person . Still from 3 days there is no internet.

    @JioCare @JioCare I’ve already shared details multiple times. Issue: poor indoor coverage, slow 4G, unstable 5G at (24.824081, 88.025814). Calls break often. Raised multiple SRs but no fix yet. Please check history & resolve instead of asking same details again.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I have ported my mobile number from Reliance Jio to Airtel. My Jio SIM has been deactivated, but my Airtel SIM is still not activated even after more than 48 hours.Due to this issue, I am unable to make calls or receive OTPs, causing serious inconvenience MobileNumber:6301180552
