    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI : Network has been pathetic for me 9588471839. Not able to recieve or dial calls. Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.

    @JioCare I am troubled for 10 days but only assurance messages come from your side, such a big company has no solution.. Every person gives assurance of solution in 24 hours then new person gives assurance.

    @JioCare It doesn't seem like you guys are solving this issue, now it has been 5 days since the payment no call for installation yet. The guy who got the payment collected has even stopped answering the calls. For payment you guys call like 10 times a day, post that start ghosting clients

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice now I’ve been following up since a week for cancellation and refund and there is no action on this either. Now your customer care mentions that cancellation request has been cancelled. On whose orders ???
