    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    My Jio Fiber connection (number 1205262917) has been down for four days. I have spoken to and chatted with customer care 20 times. I have even received calls from 10 Jio employees, yet no one has shown up. I am appalled by such terrible service from @reliancejio @JioCare

    It’s been 19 hours since I filed a complaint & 21 hours without internet in this connected world Doesn’t provide engineer details to contact. Ek din payment late hoti hai toh connection kat dete ho. @JioCare Resolve the issue asap. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down for the last 13 days. Despite multiple complaints, emails, and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Moreover, what has been incredibly frustrating with the whole experience is that there is no way to reach a human customer support. Every time I called your IVR number, it disconnected my call saying your request has been canceled successfully. 1/2
