  @JioCare my problem of air fiber is not resolved yet ! It’s been 4 days now . No resolution provided I have called the customer care and registered complaint 4 times already but no resolution provided . I am only asked to wait ! Technician visited but he has blamed the tower

  @JioCare I will not clear dues for a period where service was completely down due to Jio’s technical failure. Requesting payment for unprovided service is unfair. Please waive the charges for the downtime immediately so the ticket can be processed properly.
