    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I messaged you almost 2 hrs back and there is no reply from your side. Your area manager has blocked my number. What type of service is this . My entire complex is reaching out to @JioCare to switch to airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why to even give option to cancel the order & the customer wants same, you don’t even have the audacity to reply. Seriously **** to your services, been 2 months following up for the payment of the order which never got a single update.

    its been two days of using @reliancejio home airfiber but few things will definitely force me to discontinue from next month 1st only 1TB of usage (10%already used up) 2nd as Electricity gone Signal of jio gone

    JioCare confirmed in email that my payment was “updated and active” and asked me to wait 2 hours. I waited. Still no internet. Then Jio marked the issue as “resolved” even though it was NOT resolved. I escalated to the Appellate Authority, but they are asking for an SR number.

    @reliancejio its not like i am big fan of hotstar, but stop behaving smart! or i will be forced to a better service provider, Airtel air fibre! the tower is near my house and better connectivity! my customer id!_1213166919, and stopping a series or movie in middle is cheap business tactics!
