    @reliancejio Many websites don’t open on jio fiber network. If you are work from home guy don’t ever buy this pathetic fiber network. Their DNS servers stopped responding in opening indian websites too. Go for BSNL or Airtel broadband.

    No doubt @reliancejio @JioCare has turned out to be a delightful world class customer service provider. Had a long pending #JioFibre issue smoothly solved within minutes over a whatsapp chat. Cheers to their support team

    @JioCare Engineer name he has not told. He came around 5 PM on 10.11.22. Its been 24 hours since the net is down. Our TV calls internet everything is down. We have no update. Pl help on priority.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice SR00001F115C This was the service request raised on Nov 2nd for having wrong invoice statement. It was never acknowledged for 5 days though it was supposed to be resolved by Nov 3rd per the notes. Nobody bothered to correct the invoice.

    @JioCare Hello, Don't copy and paste the same information. Yesterday was my visit scheduled but none of them visited and sorted the issue. I have not received any sms regarding the engineer assignment now. Very very poor service.

    @JioCare I am a student and I have to study over the internet and need internet access most of time but jio suffered me a lot because most of time even I can't browsing atleast,live classes remains far ahead. It is not a one day problem it continues all most 15 days in a month.
