I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

Reshma from @JioCare worst ever customer care person I have had a chat with. I am explaining her issue that I can't operate jio stb from jio remote control and there is a lag in whole operation but she says take out HDMI cable and replug it.

I am in middle of important digital meet that would create some jobs in #Agartala, #Tripura #NorthEastIndia but @JioCare network is troubling at peak working hours since last 3 days. Goes slow from afternoon to slowest till 9 pm. Whats wrong with ur cables @reliancejio?

@JioCare my order no was NO0000FQ1VRT. moreover d person on jio support refused to msg/email me email id of refund team and also refused to transfer d call to any senior officer. Pathetic experience.
