    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Been more than 48 hrs since Jio sim registration is complete. Home delivery agent is assigned, but the agent’s number is switched off. We have no updates since despite contacting your customer support, whose only resolution is to wait.

    @JioCare There is no solution till now, my new SIM has not been delivered till date, my money is also stuck, I am calling customer care but the phone is not connecting, initially it seemed that assurance was given. Your problem will be solved in 1 day, today is the fifth day.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio But your link received on WhatsApp that cause the incorrect payment, that link is send by jio teams I have not created the link and do not send steps how to make payment, I know better how to make payment from where, kindly resolve the issue.

    @JioCare Shut up i have talked to jio customer service executive several times nothing is working you guys are just wasting my time and money there's only one solution to it, which is porting out to different carrier

    @JioCare I know how to track SR-I’m not tech challenged. Your SR & resolution is constantly delayed with false promises & msgs. No net for more than 12 days. Both in office and home. At this point, I’m wasting time with you instead of looking for alternate service provider.

    Frustrated by the services of @airtelindia. Why is the network regularly poor in Ranikhet Uttarakhand. Even it is showing 5G on the network. But the speed is as I'm using gprs. Forcing me to port into @reliancejio

    @JioCare I’ve been a Jio customer since 2020andmy router is now old/outdated. I asked for router replacement/upgrade on my existing active conn, but your team keeps saying I must surrender it and take a new conn. Why should an existing customer be forced into a new conn just for
