    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been 6 months, 5G dur ki baat he, 4G bhi nhi chal rha, kabhi bhi network chale jatey hai apne aap, or daily ye hota he If you can't handle customers & regions then tell us we will shift to another network, It's 2026 & we r not even getting decent 4G

    @JioCare thank you for the update. Please confirm whether this wiring rework, including replacement of the damaged water-filled cable and any affected PoE equipment, will be done free of cost. The issue is due to faulty cable quality and not because of any damage from my side.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet not working since long, raised issue with your helpline quite a few times MR0001RUPO2D, MR0001RUQCT3 still not resolved Let me know if I need to port.

    @JioCare It is more than a week I didnot get installation support how long it takes Really frustrating with Jio Wifi.Send a technician for installation support else refund my amount .This is how you treat your Customer worst support from @JioCare
