    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even YouTube videos at 4K start buffering within just 5 seconds. This is clearly not normal for 4G/5G service. Please investigate the network coverage and capacity in my area and resolve this issue permanently. @JioCare

    @avijeet_writes @TRAI @JioCare Calling CS is worst decision to make, it isn't handy evidence that you have raised your concern 99 days back. Even Chats as well, automated by AI. Mailing is the best route; triggers serious workflow.

    @JioCare , @reliancejio I’ve been struggling with my JioAirFiber connectivity for the last 5 days. I raised a service request 2 days ago, but the issue is still unresolved. The operator is neither answering calls nor visiting the location as promised. Please look into this urgently and arrange a technician visit at the earliest.

    @jiocare if you ppl r not in mood to correct the internet connectivity issue even after 15 days kindly close my wifi connection and refund my rechare amount. if u hav even a grain of reputation plz do this. I challenge ur boss @reliancegroup that they dont hav guts. @narendramodi
