    @JioCare It's disgusting how u handle customer issues. I'm unable to watch since 3 days & u only use chat to understand wat the problem is & that too entire day & reply every one hour.. I'm still waiting for my issue to resolve. Y can't u call, vist and get things sorted? Worst experience

    @reliancejio It is very surprising that inspite of giving a service request call no one is attending it... Request no. MR0000UFW14E Problem - Poor speeds .. intermittent drops Speed Plan - 150 MBPS Are you serious for attending my request or i need to remove jio dth.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply as in last 20 days this is the 5th assurance I will be thankful if you can pass on the contact details of your CEO/Chairperson I need to share my experience about the speed of customer service I feel it is need to make him/her aware about ground reality
