    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare How much time do you need? I’ve been listening to the same line, “give us some time,” from your side for the past eight days. If you can’t even send a service technician, I’ll have to cancel the service. I’m depressed and frustrated because of you guys. @JioCare

    @JioCare There are 1800 customers who are suffering due to this issue. We need a concrete timeline and a permanent solution. We have been hearing the same excuses for a year now and cannot wait any longer."

    @JioCare Your Jio Fiber customer service is extremely disappointing and unresponsive. Despite repeated follow-ups, no proper resolution has been provided. If this is the level of service, it raises serious concerns about your commitment to customers

    @JioCare @JioCare This is incorrect and irrelevant. My complaint is not about security deposit. Please address the actual issue: • Why was my connection suspended despite advance balance? • Why was my unused balance not credited within 90 days? • How was my money adjusted?????/

    On contacting @SonyLIV I am informed that this problem can only be resolved by @JioCare . But your team doesn't feel the need to provide quality service and assistance to the consumer. Kindly resolve the matter asap in case you do not wish to lose a customer.
