    @JioCare Your representative took money from me to setup the connection today morning and the service guy has not yet arrived. I am calling the rep multiple times but no pick up. This is a really poor quality of service.

    @reliancejio Sir pls give proper service team . im from tiruppur tamilnadu . your people dont have know to marketing team .. also your service team , today i got my device not powering on . your people told replace within 2 hrs . after two hrs i called manytimes to people . no answer

    @reliancejio Jio refunded Rs500 on 21-May-22 to me (ID 3078986230) after seven days after the internet connection (CO0000M8IIYY) was cut. But remaining Rs1000 was not refunded on date even if repeated concerns were raised with Jio customer. Please let me know did you credit it?

    @JioCare The issue is still not resolved and today i again got bill for secondary connection. Which should be linked to primary and no additional bill should be there as per the your offer
