  @JioCare I want to say this very clearly I don't know what the issue is and if you keep saying everything is fine in the backend it is not here in person. You will need to send someone who can physically check the router adaptor and modem.

  Want to enjoy @reliancejio network be sure you've minimum two storey buildings, else it'll not work at the ground floor. And for 5G service you may increase your storey to the 5 or more. What a pathetic service @JioCare Have some shame! 🤷

  @JioCare My mobile number is 8955758949. The Jio internet network is running slowly on this number. Sometimes, the internet cuts off suddenly, such as during power outages. All consumers in my area are facing this issue.@reliancejio
