    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare - Never expected a worst customer exp. Opted for a new fiber connection. sales exec came home morning and ensured payments made within 30 minutes. also promised- engineer will do the installation on same day. 2 days over, still no call from Jio and Installation not done.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber. As a 100 Mbps subscriber, I'm getting only 10–20 Mbps every day for the last 10–12 days. Daily complaints get the same response: "outage" and a new timeline, but no actual fix. Paying for 100 Mbps regularly.

    I have installed #jioairfiber A/c no 711049819388 name rakesh kumar but the connection is not working ,i have requested many complaints thru custmer care phone ,email but no one register our complaints to reslove our request @reliancejio @JioCare @mukeshambani566

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been down for the last 6 days. Multiple complaints have been raised, but there has been no resolution. Customer care is not responding properly, and the local service team is not providing any support. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare As per your latest communication, my JioFiber service was supposed to be restored by 2:46 PM today. However, the issue remains unresolved and the connection is still down. SR No. SR000037OTEN.
