    JioFiver service in Kolkata is truly horrible. The salesperson kept lying to us to get us to buy it and now he won't even respond to calls. Calling the helpline number is equally unhelpful. @reliancejio @JioCare really expected a lot more from you

    I have lodged a complaint for my internet connection day befor yesterday now got an SMS that an enginner will visit my premises on 07.06.2022 it means during this period my internet will be down, isn't it @reliancejio @JioCare ? The worst service provider .....

    @JioCare order ID: NO0000LRAKMU. Executive took the order on 01june. Yet the installation not completed and it moved to on hold without informing the cause. I called installation team, their TLs and Managers yet i did not receive any help. Please cancel the order

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio Their sales guys getting my relocation request cancelled just to complete their targets. Yesterday he himself visited my home and said that he will get the connection in 2 hours but giving me reasons to not go for relocation due to their targets.
