    @reliancejio Exact location -Ramakrishnan puram village near tiruttani In this location most use jio sim but signal strength is very weak. so please kindly take action .

    @JioCare My Jio Air Fiber has not been working for a long time. We are trying to talk with Jio Customer Care, but unable to connect. We have mailed many times to Jio Care, but the issue does not resolve till. Kindly look at the matter and resolve the problem.

    The internet speed on my Jio Fiber connection is extremely poor and unstable. Frequent slowdowns and connectivity issues are affecting my daily work and browsing experience. Please improve the service quality and resolve this issue. @JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare My eSIM activation is stuck on "Activating". Physical SIM outgoing is barred, so I can't send RECALL to 199. Store says a pending eSIM request is blocking resolution. Need urgent assistance.
