    @JioCare @JioCare the service request is back to "Assigning an engineer" status. This is repeatedly happening, assigning an engineer on raising complaint and then unassigning on the next day. How is this acceptable? Please assign an engineer to visit today.

    We have been experiencing very poor network connectivity in our area for the past two months. The situation is affecting our daily communication. If the issue is not resolved promptly, we will have no option but to port our numbers to a different network provider. @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks for action Aaishwarya. But honestly I am very irritated by seeing another 7 days completion time when I have wasted 8 days already starting 30th May when I intend to terminate. Just to make very sure I would not entertain any retention tactis, so is my frustration level.
