Dear @TRAI ,I have tried calling @JioCare @reliancejio for the same issue from the first week of December 2022 till date, for which they haven't done anything I asked the executives to transfer the call to the legal department as I wanted to take this matter to the consumer court

Account suspended in spite of bill payment and no due!! Customer support has no idea when the account will be activated by the backend! So pathetic and disgraceful!! Without internet our whole day at office is gone to dogs!! @reliancejio @JioGigaFibre

@vinay_chila I was also a Vi customer a few months back and having a lot of issues and never got the exact help from customer care then ported to @JioCare and now I am feeling so happy...you can try it too
