  @reliancejio Hello @JioCare is there any update on this network issue ? It's been more than 18 weeks since you promised to install or modify a new tower in our area.. One of your technicians mentioned that it will be done in 3 months. And today we just had 2 hrs power cut and even the tweets are not loading here..

  What a service? Internet is not working since days and your intelligent service tells its all fine. You go out to window and you will get it. After some time message comes there is some congestion in your area. But internet is giving zero service. @reliancejio @TRAI

  Just wanted to know if BSNL has better internet or not. Because @airtelindia and @reliancejio doesn't seem to work on their service optimization just takes money and find ways to charge more. I am looking to port to BSNL but would like to know if that is even feasible. Not worth it if they can't provide consistent internet while I am gaming and if I have to give up on gaming so better to move to cheaper option for sim cards.

  @JioCare Based on your SLA and SOP, can you please give me a timeline for the resolution. I am asking for a date by when the refund will be done.. Without this information.. anything you say is just empty promises..

  @ssriteshyt2020 @OnePlus_IN I also face issues like network goes off when someone tries to call. Continuous toggle between 4g and 5g and network suddenly not working. It might be a sim card issue. @JioCare is ****. Have you tried it on some different sim ?

  @JioCare My issue is not resolved but the complaint request is closed.Every time I raise a request the same happens.The issue still persists. It's happening since last 12-13 months.Install a new tower in our area with extended coverage or do anything solve this as fast as possible (1)

  @JioCare It's over 8pm today...And I have not even received call from your engineer for a visit 6 aug : 3-4 pm 6 aug : 6-7 pm 7 aug : 3-4 pm 7 aug : 7-8 pm And now customer care is saying it is rescheduled for tomorrow. Like please arrange some engineer by today and fix my wifi.

  @JioCare I never suggest your network for any international roaming
