  Hi @JioCare , my Jio number has been incorrectly flagged as "Spam Alert From Jio". This happened after I made genuine calls while coordinating a public event. It's affecting my professional communication. Kindly review and remove the incorrect spam tag. I've also emailed support.

  Dear @JioCare, This is a serious complaint regarding the Jio network in Village Saidpur Aima, Block Matihani, District Begusarai, Bihar – 851129. For a long time, there has been almost no network coverage. Calls drop or don't connect, and mobile internet is practically unusable.

  @JioCare My Internet is not working since 5th July and I have raised multiple complaints. The request SR0002MBYGO was closed without any resolution and I had to raise new Request ID: SR00003AWJ9R. Still no resolution. This is so frustrating, last month also it happened. I am.paying bills

  @JioCare I want a call back. If you really care about your customer experience - do call. This is done now. Your engineer misbehaved with me. Your Customer service executive lied me. I want a call back and do not share status of my complaint here. I just want a callback.
