    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare

    It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.

    Writing @JioCare We have 5 Jio mobile connections in our family, but the network coverage in our society is very poor. We are facing weak signal, frequent call drops, and slow internet. #Jio #NetworkIssue @JioCare

    @JioCare Same message again and again and again, stupid automated messages are not solving my problem, the engineer or someone needs to call and confirm the timeline, earlier it was 1 PM, then 3 PM then 7 PM and now no timeline.....it's been 48 hours + @reliancejio @JioCare
