    @JioCare The worst service provider. Lately 25 days of erratic working / non working of WiFi on alternate days. Technician repairs on day one, next day not working. It’s being happening since last month. This is last month of patience. Finally switching over. Totally unreliable

    @JioMart @JioCare Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 354 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare Ok, so you mean that if I make an upfront payment of ₹10,000.00 for the JIO Freedom Plan offer which offers 100Mbps speed under 15 months contract, later down the months, I mean within these 15 months lock-in period if I decide to re-locate to a new location or city where JIO is

    Reopen Service Request SR00003CLX6F (No. 7059212786). Facing continuous no network issues since 30th Dec 2025. Closing the ticket without resolving the coverage problem is unacceptable. Please fix this network issue immediately and provide a clear timeline! @JioCare @nch1915

    @JioCare One new employee has reported his attendance - Sukhmeet ! No change in status, however Green Light in Router box since yesterday ! Services down since yesterday 1.30 pm even after recharge completed !
