@JioCare When ever i recharge last 6 years as there is no improvement, disappointed with your third world class internet service. Please don't go for Jio.

@reliancejio worst customer service. That's why jio is loosing customers now a days. We call on the customer care and your employees just hang up the call on us ? Is this the way to treat customers ? And please give me the detail of the last person I spoke to in the jio.

@reliancejio @rajasthanroyals sir, i applied for jio fiber connection at 23rd march with payment (order no- NO0000KXBPFH) local city technical department cancelled my installation request local department even don't bother to call us or tell the problem why they cancelled my installation request

@JioCare i have no internet since yesterday, apr 2nd afternoon. I made a telephonic complaint apr 2 night. I was told an engineer would visit between 9-10 am Apr 3rd. But an email says he will visit apr 3at 16:15. That is a DENIAL OF SERVICE FOR 26 HOURS. UNACCEPTABLE
