@JioCare Please ask your backend team to properly. It could be related to routing, CGNAT, IPv6 handling, DNS conflicts, backend traffic filtering, tower instability, or packet loss. the speed is normal but websites/apps randomly fail to load. Even after router replace and new connection.

5 days gone, not a single Jio Fiber technician visited my home. Posting on X for 2 days, still no call from customer care and no solution. Very poor service and support. Stay away from Jio Fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare received confirmation message & a call from technician. he asked for OTP without visiting my place for closure of call. told him to visit first & address the fault, but he was only interested in OTP. similar incident faced in past too. poor on ground implementation.

@JioCare You have left no alternative than lodging a Complaint with TRAI and Consumer Forum. Cause your Maharashtra Appellate is also not responding other than machine generated email replies. They are useless. So let's work this way..

@JioCare Dear Prakash/Shireen, there was some technical issue related to my building but now since last 7 days for most Jio users (staying in my bldg) internet is working but still not mine. Can you please send an engineer again to check if its local issue.
