@JioCare Dear jio, same problem again and again. Why always after 3 to 4 days there is a network problem. What does jio thinks ? Customers are foolish or jio makes customer foolish. If jio can not handle the network in my region. Then shut down your service.

@JioCare I'm sorry to say but, this is the worst scenario of jiofiber team where we pay and unable to get invoice copy. I request the team and raising a complaint/suggestion, please email the invoice copies on the same day while making payments to customer's like all other BROADBAND do.

@reliancejio @JioCare What has happened to the Internet service of JIO in Kolkata. I am having lots of internet connection issues. I have to regularly Switch On & Off my Jio SIM to reinstate the connection. If this continues then I will PORT my number to another service provider

@JioCare since last 2 hours my jio fiber is not working. We have tried to call the toll free no but there also no one is answering. Worst customer service from jio. Just waiting for my plan to expire so I can change to @Airtel_Presence #cheaters
