    Pathetic service from @JioCare. JioFiber installation is delayed, no technician visit, no clear communication, and no resolution. Taking orders is easy, but customer service is non-existent. Extremely disappointed.

    @JioCare Hi seems my mobile connection is good since I can network strength However someone calls to me , says that my number is switched off and if I call anyone call is automatically ended @IqooInd is it something issue with handset ???

    @JioCare No engineer visited the location today. The same was said earlier in the week that there is a technical issue but it hasn't been resolved yet. 7 days since the internet is not working.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber What kind of services do you provide? I have put a relocation request for fiber & hv paid for the relocation but none of your representatives hv contacted? D date was yesterday only. Pls resolve this asap or hv to get another service provider.

    @JioCare Few means, how many days it will take to get the refund. As I am not taking any connection I need the refund at immediate basis. If we delay any recharge you don't give a single minute of service. Here I am waiting for a refund since a month.
