@JioCare Hello team, I tried to take new sim. I got msg with delivery code(OTP) to be shared after sim is delivered & activated. I wanted to cancel my order. Told the same to delivery person. After 5 hours, he is asking delivery code(OTP) on call to cancel my order. Cheating me?

@reliancejio @JioCare i have a 5G phone with 5G Recharge still can't use my 5G network near, "Mumbai 400703" navi mumbai it's only work when I'm standing if i start moving it's shows 4G when it's fully available like 4G? In Mumbai and navi mumbai?

I recently lost my dad and I am running branches after branches to get my father's sim re-issued as we lost his phone. It was JIO sim but JIO don't have any provision for reissue of sim cards to the family. Woah. Can someone please help me with this ? @reliancejio @JioCare
