@JioCare @JioCare i have got a dm from Nisha from ur helpdesk and she is just sending me link to see some video to improve the speed while in the previous msg i have clearly said that i don't have speed issues, its the coverage issue. Please train ur ppl to read the issues b4 replying.

@JioCare Any update on the status of my case for the resolved issue of the wifi many of issues problem of the jio router Not resolved this issue of the yet How much time is needed yours don't have time to fix the problem, 9 months are gone, I didn't get much chance and more recharge.

@reliancejio @RCBTweets I have reacharge with the jio pos lite, balance deducted and recharge not done and no one is resolving it. customer care said to visit jio store and they said to visit jio center and they said to cntct cust care. They are just passing their burden one to another person.@JioCare

@JioCare i am very disappointed with jio service , my prepaid plan is going to expire on 29 September. But i think jio have time machine and they have capabel to traver to future so they stopped my data service at 11 AM today . Still my plan expires at 29 sep 12 PM.
