    @JioCare @TRAI Is there any way I can contact customer care or customer care can contact me?? Always stuck with a bot which gives the defined answers. Call to customer service gets disconnected every time. Very poor service from Jio. Any solutions for the same??

    There is still no resolution from your end @JioCare @reliancejio.. I have been following up on this daily but no one has shown up yet. It's really frustrating to experience such service especially when you are working from home.

    @JioCare Let me take a minute to thank jio for the worst customer service they have provided.! I should say, nobody can beat jio in this.!! Good luck to be more worse than now. !!

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @TRAI Please get resolved network problem asap. It’s hampering my office work. Since two days , i am using Jio net. If Airtel team is not capable then let me know, i will request for port out my sim into Jio.

    @reliancejio One of the worst service in Hyderabad i never seen this type network in market I'm leaving in metro cities but still facing network issues so many time complaints to customer care but no one can respond #best network airtel I'm porting airtel thanks to jio
