  @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged for 5G but I need to set it to 4G despite 5G network in area. Because the network goes away every few minutes. I am missing calls and messages. Also you don't have any live support. Wd you please look into this harrasment.

  @JioCare Tanya, I NEVER asked for suspension. I requested INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION & a refund of ₹1060.82 paid 14-Jul because Jio removed utility poles (SR00003BPF29). Stop misrepresenting my request to hold funds. Process permanent account closure and refund to source account now.

  @JioCare @reliancejio For the past two weeks, I have been facing an issue with the JioTV app on my Smart TV. The app automatically logs me out every 12 hours, and I have to log in again. I have already complained to customer care, but the issue has still not been resolved.

  It is now 22-Aug — 11 days since the order. I no longer want this connection. @reliancejio @JioCare Please cancel Order NO0001F569F6 and process my refund urgently. If you can't provide the service, please don't sell it and leave customers waiting.
