@JioCare Hello Robots of Jio fibre. Do you have any number where a human answers to customer query? If yes please mention as your auto service really sucks. Your 1800 896 9999 does not have option to speak to an executive.

Bad service experience with @JioCare raised issue ticket SR0000142HS9, waited for 4 days only to find out, request rejected from backend without intimation and proper reason, facing lot of inconvenience with no resolution ETA! Customer is not a fool! @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare
