Lesson learned: Never choose a provider based on hype. The service and experience with JioAirFiber have been absolutely pathetic. Save yourself the headache and stick to a wired connection. 👎📡 #JioAirFiber #CustomerService #TechFail @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I have already reported an issue with my internet connection and router earlier, but no engineer has visited yet. The problem is still unresolved. Could you please explain the delay and arrange an engineer visit at the earliest? This is causing a lot of inconvenience.

More than 10+complaints but the only solution I received is we are working on it and it will take about 6months sorry for inconvenience and 1kb speed internet. I wonder what would I do with this ****. Im paying but all I get wait. look into this matter @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio , @JioCare has crossed the height of being the worst service provider. It’s been more than 3 days and what a customer gets is useless service and a third rate provider . Don’t wish to continue with your service at all our establishment.
