    @JioCare What is the resolution time of this? This connection was implemented by your engineer only. We didn't buy and attach the connection from ourself and u people have no ownership for this. Refund my money if you are not able to resolve this. We will return your settopbox. @JioCare

    @JioCare Your Technician has visited & Tried his best. Yet Issue is unresolved & He put it On Hold. Why are there so many causes to delay Timely Solution. Will @reliancejio ADD Days + Hours Lost Or Will have to ask Consumer Helpline.

    The worst internet speed is of @reliancejio @JioCare Call the customer care, same repeated solution, after that they will ask for 5 rating before solving the problem. Nothing changes after many complaints. Same slow speed. Forced you change the mode from 5g to 4g. @GoI_MeitY

    @JioCare I am tired of getting the same automated excuses for the past 1 month. Despite the assurance on WhatsApp, the network in Kantaliya (Pali) is still pathetic. I am unable to use the internet for which I have paid. Fix this immediately or I will have to Port my number @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber connection is not working since the day before yesterday, I got this jio fiber connection a few months back since then every now and then chasing you guys for connecting lost.Take this connection out and refund me for the upcoming months amount

    @JioCare It seems the internet is working fine since yesterday . Thanks for the resolution . But as I mentioned earlier the issue last for almost 3-4 days . Now how can this interrupted service will be adjusted in the monthly rental ?

    @JioCare Facing serious network issue since last 2 months in my area.
Every night around 11 PM network goes completely down and only comes back around 10–11 AM. This affects calls, internet and even Jio AirFiber stops working.
