    @JioCare @PMOIndia @PiyushGoyal Please make rule to prevent corporate asking for name cell no etc when the complaint is about their general policy. I ended up making double payment (bcos of APP fault) but JIO shows only one. For my complaint but JIO did not even give acknowledgement

    @JioCare I only ask you to make a corporate policy and practise to acknowledge a complaint and assign a ticket no. Who should I reveal my pone no to you? Is Reliance guaranteeing my privacy and safety on sharing my data? You give name and tell no of executive who will take up my complaint

    Dear @JioCare I want an additional set top box for which I have dialled the help line number which do not have an option for the box as mentioned on the website. Also written an email on care which is replied by a bot and seems useless

    @reliancejio SCAM ALERT !! DON'T BUY JIO SIM I bought a new jio sim which offered 28days recharge.just now I opened the sim and it's showing recharge ending today at 5pm.i talked to @JioCare but that guy was extremely rude and told me, go buy new @airtelindia sim ,we can't help you.

    According to the latest @TRAI figures, the number of mobile users across the country by December 2021 was down by 1.28 crore compared to November. About 1.29 crore mobile users have disconnected from @reliancejio,And Large numbers of mobile users joined in @BSNLCorporate👍
