    @reliancejio @JioCare My parents are facing an issue with their Jio set-top box. It doesn’t power on unless the adapter pin is adjusted, removed, and reinserted several times. We swapped it with my working set-top box, and it works fine. +91-4431520453 Please replace this set-top box and assist the senior citizens.

    Worst ever service by @airtelindia in and around Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Lodged multiple complaints for the same issues (call drop,call muted or one way audio) but they seldom get solved. I reckon it's time to port out to @reliancejio for good.

    @JioCare @jiocare dont want any changes i appointment. From yesterday three times from ur end postponed. No one is picking the call in the service ticket neither turning up on time. Two times i have visited service center. People are rude and fooling us.

    @JioCare What is the procedure to end Jio Fibre Connection? I want to discontinue with Jio because of poor service, how to get back my ₹1500 security? @Airtel_Presence Is there any option for demo of Airtel fibre/Air fibre before taking final decision regarding the speed?

    @JioCare On 13 June, the visit was rescheduled to 14 June, 3 PM. Customer care promised a technician callback within 30 minutes, but even after an hour, no one contacted me.

    I escalated this to senior management and was repeatedly told, “15 minutes” and “the entire Gujarat network team is working on it.” Yet nothing has been resolved. Stop giving false assurances and restore the connection immediately. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @reliancejio My 5G data is completely not working properly since daily data exhausted. I have already recharge top-up voucher of 151 for 9 GB 4G with 5G unlimited. But still 5G isn't working compared to 4G at all. Don't know which type of service @JioCare providing name of 5G.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Look like you dont care about customers. I am receiving the same standard response from your customer care executives, and over email. Instead of repeating generic updates, please focus on resolving the issue/request.

    @JioCare just tell me how I can raise request for disconnection, just for your info I got my airfiber connection 10 days back and since then continuous disconnection and no one even coming to fix that. Remove this **** box you guys are way more worse than airtel #jiodontcare
