@JioCare Why you guys are creating a frustrating experience for your user. I want April 2021 broadband bill and your app does not allow the history of 180 days and your customer care executives are singing the same tune from last 4-5 times. I don't understand why?

@mobin6668 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

.@JioCare Wht pathetic service U strtd giving. In last 3 days its 2nd time JioFiber srvc down.Hw V goin 2do our work?It’s hight time & thinking of changing broadband service 2 local provider,who atleast visit in 10-15min & solves our issue.On top of that u nt compensate lost days

@banjara1991 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

As I replied in private messages If problem solved with in one week is ok otherwise will port my whole family @reliancejio numbers to @airtelindia and guide all nearby person’s to do this step also.

@JioCare In Mumbai suburban area jio fiber net is down since Monday 1st Nov 2021 early morning… till now issue is not resolved.. now a days frequently we are facing issue with jio internet. Frustrated with jio service.., need to change the broadband service provider
