@JioCare I wanted to change my physical sim to esim. Contacted local store but they couldn't do as they say the initial of my father is coming in front of his name. What reason is this? Now what's the solution to this?

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic support, no progress on installation since 3 days. Fake promises being provided by sales and support taking the entire payment in advance. I want my COMPLETE REFUND today. Not interested to go further with Jio Fiber.

@JioCare pathetic customer service, since 26th following for fibre relocation i scheduled for 28th, was auto moved to 27th, I asked engg to visit on 28th no one contacted, again changed to 29th, moved two times again on 29th, 4 times rescheduled, better movin to @airtelindia

@Vikrams2485 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare
