    @JioCare @trai I recharged with a 5G Unlimited plan, but I’m not even getting a stable 4G network in my area. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Paying for 5G but struggling to get even 4G is extremely frustrating. Worst service day by day. 📶

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani Voice calling is DEAD & 5G is totally broken! Standby shows FULL signal, but calls drop to 1 BAR instantly with audio muting. Local 4G booster is overloaded. URGENTLY need 5G upgrade & tower capacity expansion in Mohadi (Ner), Jalna - 431214!

    @JioCare I don’t have an alternate number.I have raised this issue many times, but I still haven’t received any proper solution. Your team seems to be very careless about this matter. I request you to please look into the issue seriously and provide a proper resolution as soon as possible

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare it was scheduled today as well but neither your technician visited nor he picked my calls. you guys just don't understand customer's problem. It's been more than 48 hrs my wifi is not working but you don't care.

    @VIRAAJYADA04 @reliancejio @TRAI indicate "Jio True 5G." If your device connects to a 4G network, the data from your active base plan will be consumed instead. Also, please note that the device may switch to 4G automatically if Power Saver mode is enabled or when the battery is low. As we continue (3/4)

    If Jio cannot provide the connection, please clearly inform customers instead of wasting time. There are plenty of other options available. Very disappointing service from Jio Care. Please clarify the reason for cancellation. @JioCare @reliancejio
