    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber I have Jio air fibre connection and since last 3 days it’s down. I have tried calling toll free number, chat bot and even WhatsApp chat but till now no response. An engineer was supposed to come today morning at 10 but till now no one turned up.

    I need to cancel my Jio Fibre connection +91-3733585361 due to personal reasons. I had sent a mail to the same effect . However @JioCare @reliancejio hasn’t responded yet and has been speaking to dissuade me from cancelling the connection. I have been trying for long now .

    @JioCare @JioCare, Please do not mistake my patience and civility for weakness. I have consistently communicated respectfully and provided ample time for resolution, yet I continue to receive the same generic assurances without any concrete action.

    Hi @JioCare my clinic wifi is not working complaint raised on 30May. Tech visit cnf for 1st. Ur tech calls on 31 sun, while clinic closed. So visit reschedule for today. Tech didn't visited. now got mail, visit reschedule on 3rd evening when clinic is off. Till then #badservice

    Jio internet data is exhausting rapidly. In normal use just for some browsing on media after few minutes your data is 50%, 90% used. I think jio is robbing internet data. @JioCare @reliancejio anyone else experiencing the same. Please 🙏 help.

    @JioCare This has been happening week after week , some issue or other with your jio. Why do you feel that the customer should bang his head for service faults at your end, you should assign service engineers to fix it. I am not your employee , I have paid for uninterrupted service

    Even after multiple escalations, there is no resolution. Today, a Jio KYC executive promised to visit in 30 minutes but never arrived and did not answer my calls. I paid ₹1,200 for service, not delays. Very poor customer support.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio still no recognition from your side . Shamelessly I need to write daily about how poor your customer care service. U can tell clearly that you will not make the refund, so I stop getting frustrated and stop writing daily.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have no active recharge on my number, yet your customer care repeatedly calls from "7505871338" and uses abusive language. This is unacceptable. Please take immediate action, otherwise I will port all 6 Jio SIMs in my family to another network.
