    @somendeb This is really annoying. I had this same issue but then after porting to @reliancejio things have changed. I am getting amazing coverage and crazy true 4G speed. Why don't you give a try?

    @JioCare i’m still waiting my problem was still not solved i’m frustrated from @reliancejio i never again recharge any my #jio sim because this kind of worst service.

    @JioCare @JioCare @JioCare A complaint regarding the internet speed as I came to hometown to work WFH but the internet speed here is 0.13 to 5 KB/S however, JIO tower is on 500 meter of distance from my home. Now my question is we are paying amount then why not getting slow speed

    @PingalRaj I had same issue but since porting to @reliancejio I am now getting good speed and coverage and I really enjoy the data assigned. You get what you pay. Why don't you give you a try?

    @JioCare @JioCare I need an update(resolved issue) by end of today or initiate a refund, if you can’t do either then i can going to file an official complaint against Jio..

    @JioCare I guess in this area jio network is dependent only on electricity because each and every time whenever there is an electricity power outage we face the same issue

    @JioCare It's not an individual issue, it's generic, many are facing! So not sharing any number or exact address. The net data service worsen after 5 PM. If you can fix, here is the area/location: DIET School, Remuna/Remuna Iskcon Temple/Budhi Basuli Mandir Remuna, Balasore - 756019

    One of the worst network provider @JioCare @reliancejio as they are upgrading to 5g network, but in practical there 4g network is working as 2g. Many a times complain has given to rectify, but they dnt act on it.
