    @JioCare cancelled the fiber connection request. pathetic customer care and service delivery experience. would not suggest anyone to go for the connection. Airtel or Hathway is much better and responsive. Keep your connection with you untill u have a better team

    @reliancejio's network has been a problem for many days. My home as well as my office has the most network problems. Can't even talk about customer care @JioCare and get no reply from you.Even though I have another jio network simcard I don't recharge because of your bad service

    please have this investigated… calling your helpdesk visiting your stores is just a share waste of time … @VittalGopal you just lost a honest and valued customer sir…. @reliancejio is anyway better in customer service

    @JioCare jio charging 100 rupees extra for porting to jio network from airtel.its plan charge +100 rupees extra for porting.recently i ported it from one of his store and they asked 310 rupees for porting to jio with plan of 209 rupees.

    @JioCare , Hi, my jio fiber prepaid no; 91-4035547614, still my issue was not solved, all bank statements screenshot documents mailed to jio fiber care, there is no response, this is very bad experience with jio fiber care team,resolve my issue as early, thanks

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio network is down at Rajwardih, Jainamore,district-Bokaro even there is no electricity failure and tower is established in front of my home.

    @khunte_virendra Brother, better switch to @reliancejio don’t waste your time here! I too have experienced many difficulties when I was with them, and than since the day I switched to Jio I have never been disappointed! @JioCare will help you port..
