    Paid ₹4,443.46 for JioFiber after being told service was available. 3 days later: no installation, no update, and no response. Taking payment was instant, support is missing. Wouldn’t recommend JioFiber based on this experience. #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare In the 20th century where everything is quick, quick commerce, food deliveries, you guys are acting like you are in 90s, i am literally irritated by the constant issues, poor service resolution, no solution, just ai bots responding !!

    @JioCare this is 2 help those who are planning 2 choose JIO as their internet service provider. My 2yrs experience says that JIO got the worst customr support. My installation is due since 30th May & despite paying in advance nothing done in past 6days.Our job is at risk.
