  @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

  @JioCare There has been no internet service since the morning of July 12th. Whenever I call the helpline, the call gets disconnected after playing a recorded message; why don't you connect me to an agent? JioFiber's service is absolutely pathetic and terrible.😡😡😡😡😡😡

  @reliancejio @JioCare I still cant imagine that JIo which is a Reliance brand has such a useless customer service where customers finds nothing but disappointment. I have been seeking a refund for a transfer which was misled by your team. Fix you CS Team before expanding
