    @JioCare @JioCare Its way beyond disappointment I got jio fiber installed 10 days ago and 5 times your tech support came for fixing. They changed cables, connectors and finally router. It worked only for one day and now again the same speed issue is back and i am not even getting 1mbps

    @reliancejio I'm having trouble with connicting calls from last one week although the signal bar shows full signals. I have to head out of home to connect a call.

    @JioCare Hi I took a new JIO Fiber connection and disconnected old Since 5 days i am getting a msg that they will come but no one comes to take the old box and give my refund. Extremely disappointing . Very bad experience. SR000013CWY3

    @reliancejio For over a month now, internet is not working from 8pm till 1130pm daily. I have ₹555/- plan plus WFH plan. Net does not work even for browsing. This cannot be tolerated anymore, will be forced to switch/port to @airtelindia Even posting this is taking >15min..👍

    Hlo @reliancejio @JioCare from last 10 day speed of #4G is too slow in my area after 5pm till morning. We got maximum speed 50kbps. Plzz resolve the issue. Or we have to switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare " Your service request number is SR000013J9GR. You will receive an update by 30/12/2020 11:19." No Update received, You people don't get tired of Lying everytime? Since Sep month Router Pick up hasn't hapnd, Refund not issued. Only false excuses @rsprasad @DoT_India

    @reliancejio horrible experience dealing with enterprise care. Selected English as a language twice, but the operators can only speak Assamese! @reliancegroup

    @JioCare In my area Prahladpur,Delhi Cantonment-110010 Jio Network is not working from 24th Nov 2020,I complained about this many times but no response. Please look into these seriously or I am going to police station and court for harassment of basic internet rights. @PMOIndia
