  The engineer also tried to complete the required pole-photo verification using another phone instead of properly following the installation process, which apparently wasn’t accepted by the Jio system. Since then, no resolution. @reliancejio @jioca Please look into this urgently

  @JioCare @reliancejio It's a global SonyLIV issue and not account related do why would Jio need the registered mobile number? The feedback was for @SonyLIV to enhance their systems for Ease-of-use. I really hope somebody understands the feedback given in pain English, and they escalate.

  @JioCare @RelianceJioCare At- katapali Post- Kushmel Dist balangir tower location - jamutia When current is cut,suuden network issues are seen,not even taking 1minute....and this issue is happening for 2 years..solve the issue immediately.

  @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio Your technician came today morning at 10:30am and couldn't fix the issue. He said there is issue in the pole junction box and he can't fix it. There is a different team who will work on it. He said it will take 1-2 hours to fix it and still not fixed.

  @JioCare Please refund my money back. I already ordered new broadband connection from Airtel. Which is far better than jio. I don't need any further assistance from you. Non of your service partner pickup my calls, not replying my messages . What is this type of company.
