    @JioCare I don't think any service engineer will come to my location to repair the fiber since all of them have declined and the date of resolution keeps on increasing. I request you to take the Fiber & DTH box when your Engineer arrives as I am switching my wifi coz of your poor service.

    Dear @JioCare I really fail to understand the logic of your network, my phone is working fine however a person cannot call me and later I receive a message that I have missed calls from them and even now a days I cannot use my net properly . Can you pls Dacode this?

    @JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @TRAI Jio Fibre service and support team is a complete cheat & detrimental,had been suffering since last 12days,but they keep on asking for another 24hrs deadline again & again, shameless and a complete threat to your faith on Jio,never go for it.....

    @JioCare network in our area was going up and down indoor quality was totally down more then 6 months we continually raising query no response CC only say same ans we upgrading your tower it will take another 6 months. pls take action. MNP is ly solution. @Airtel_Presence
