@JioCare Jio service is drastic in my locality. The situation is same no matter whatever I do, tweet/call the customer care. Just looting my money simply. Isn't it so after I recharge every month/quarter and can't use the internet??

@JioCare None of this works. Tried numerous times. Even the live support provides no help. People are getting welcome offer the very next day they buy a 5g smartphone and here I'vr tried everything even putting my sim on other 5g phones. Nothing works. The problem is with the sim itself.

Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

@JioCare @reliancejio All setting is true. But don’t use internet speedily. Always buffering. Problem in this location. Pls update your Jio tower frequency why two Jio tower is very near in this location so not working properly and Internet speed is very slow in last 6 months
