@JioCare why has the jio network become so bad in the past 2 days horrible speeds on speed test. 5g network is showing on the phone. Tried the myjio app for a solution still nothing.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Jio is giving worst internet speed in my area, some times my what's app messages are also not sending due to this worst network I am using Jio 5G, Airtel's 4G is better then the jio 5G. can you guy's please do something for this..?

Dear @ViCustomerCare please discontinue your hero unlimited feature as it's totally useless. Facing low speed internet issue throughout the day. I think its time to switch to @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare
