    @JioCare I had filled complaints 200 hundred times to solve network isse at my area. But everytime I receive a bad promise from you to solve this. Since 2017 I am continuesly alerted you about cheap network but you did not took me serisly. So now I am taking you seriously.

    @TRAI @reliancejio On 29th Jan 2021 I have raised a issue for internet speed issue. Till yet its not resolved. Can u pls confirm how long it will take or I have to arrange an alternative. After 50% usage nothing is working. And can't contact customer care team.

    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 13-02-2021 : 17:45:00 for INSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection. 5th time they assigned time, but No one showed up. Any updated. @JioCare
