  @reliancejio @JioCare JIO AIRFIBER internet has been down since 5:05 AM today. Despite repeated updates, the“next restoration time”keeps changing—now showing 01:05 AM tomorrow,with no actual resolution. We chose AirFiber over wired fibre expecting reliable service @AkashMAmbani

  @Imadvika1 @JioCare I also use Jio SIM, it is a postpaid connection and it also has 4 SIMs. I will also shift from Jio to Airtel now because the network comes with 5G written on it in name but it does less 4G, so I have to switch. I myself go to 4G and use internet now. Useless

  @JioCare @reliancejio I booked my installment of JioFiber on 24th of August and your representative told that it will be installed in 24 hours. Now, he is not picking call and not responding. I want to cancel my booking as there is no support from your customer care also.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Repeated excuses around “audit” and “unavailability” have caused severe frustration and mental distress. I no longer require the service and request a full refund to the original UPI immediately, along with the refund tracking/reference details. 2/x
