    Dear @JioCare Forget 5G—even 4G barely works in our area. Calls frequently drop, mobile data is extremely slow, and the network quality is very poor despite paying for regular recharges.Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in our area as soon as possible.

    Dear @JioCare , my JioAirFiber has been down for the last 7 days. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution and no engineer visit. This level of service is unacceptable. Please arrange an immediate fix and restore my connection at the earliest. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio SR No.C00002JTAMYY. Service Enginer Manoj cms to collect devices after my request for disconnection. Says Set Up box serial nos does'nt match but ready to pick the router but no reciept. WEIRD. Did I manufacture this stuff at my home.Pathetic JIO. Happy to get Jio disconnected

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I want to cancel my JioAirFiber order and get a full refund. It doesn't support Bridge Mode, has a 1TB FUP, and no landline (RJ11) port, so it doesn't meet my needs. Please cancel my order and refund. Ref: LR00001EB9JT.
