    T1/3: Peak corporate arrogance & broken support from @JioCare @reliancejio, Since May 10, JioHotstar is broken on my Jio AirFiber STB, Smart TV app. Wasting 1hr daily on calls just to hear scripted steps, only for them to falsely close tickets every evening with fake Resolved sms

    @JioCare Visit of technician was reschedule today but no one visit till now you all are such a irresponsible and trust worthy. So please take away garbage from my house. I will look for another alternative

    @JioCare More than 3 days since I have shared the requested details but there has been no update, no action. Certainly this is not the 1st time I have raised the issue. I have been following up for past 2 months. So, its very clear that there is no intent to resolve and refund my money.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of loot is this? Requested for Jio Fiber installation - basic internet plan without OTT. But Jio customer representative said - we do not offer basic internet plans. I don't have a TV at Home & won't need OTT. Why should I pay 200 extra?
