    I think I made the worst mistake by porting from Airtel to jio @reliancejio , I will port back to jio after 90 days @airtelindia miss ur high speed internet

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Both of network coverage so pathetic in G Udayagiri,Dakeringia(762100). Problem is we have no option. We have to face these issue again and again.

    @JioCare Ok, i would thank, if you took a necessary and an urgent action in this matter, to resolve this ASAP. Install a DG or an emergency tower.. Thanks..

    @JioCare I have also air fiber connection which is also having same issue of network, in my area I think there is some issue with the tower which is 150 mtr from my house, kindly check the data of tower for past 3 month analys it n reply

    @JioCare Thank you for the information. If #Airtel keeps treating its loyal customers like this and does not resolve issues on time, I will be left with no choice but to move to Jio.

    @JioCare Finally a refund was received in original source. Thank you whoever helped in making this happen.@JioCare Please DM whether the delay was at the original payment source or at your side. I hope this will result in the opportunity to improve customer service. 🙏
