    I report spam calls on the @TRAI DND app, and @JioCare @reliancejio will reject the complaint saying I never got the call from the number???? Either be competent to block it or do not give the feature.

    @JioCare Request ID : SR00003BF6PN @JioCare what is wrong with you & your system, your infrastructure is not at all par with regular standard of internet service providers. I hope @TRAI will take care of this matter asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber This is to inform you that my jio fiber (wired) connection is down. Twice technician visited but it was instant fix. After few days it goes off. No internet.

    @JioCare Today is Thursday not Sunday. Struggling to connect with your team on mobile and land line. Calls are not getting connected. Unable to submit complaint over MYJIO app too. Please solve it ASAP.
