@reliancejio One executive says there is shortage of engineers. Ambani has so much money why can't they hire more engineers. Is it such a big problem so solve? Just need to fix a internet wire at home. Do you guys need scientist to solve such minor issues? Absolute Sarkari. 😡

@JioCare i have requested cancellation due to poor service no one is coming to pick up router and set top box everyday I am following but no response please take away your boxers and refund our deposit.

@reliancejio One customer service guy said it will be fixed yesterday, then today one said he will at 1pm, another one said tomorrow. when they want customer they are calling 24/7, now when customer is facing issue no is there to help.
