Pooja Rajput (@PRajput2706) reported@abhishekjjwala I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

SAURABH PAL (@S_vaayu_P) reportedTwo days into @airtelindia services and I've already faced two problems. First, 4G sim gives 2G data and then VoLTE goes off. On top of that, you'll be charged for talking to customer care. If anyone wants to MNP, just switch to @reliancejio because others just aren't worth it.
