    @reliancejio I called customer care no for complaint regarding my automatic rescheduling of relocation of Jio fibre from 29th April 2026 to 30th April 2026 So this person named Shreyashi said I’ve raised complaint and it will take 2 working days to resolve (quite funny )

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely unacceptable service from Jio AirFiber. 2 weeks of continuous WiFi issues with no proper resolution. Your team misled me about downtime compensation and is now denying it—this is outright cheating.(1/2)

    @JioCare @JioCare Worst service experience with Jio AirFiber. Facing WiFi issues for the last 2 weeks with zero resolution. Your customer care clearly LIED about compensation for downtime. Completely unprofessional. Disconnect my connection immediately and refund the remaining amount.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got a message a new sim has been activated for my account. This is fraud and also i am not getting any response from jio customer service . Kindly check and cancel it and make it as fraud event. Order Number is NO0001D5U3Z4.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio I don’t know what’s the problem I just reset my router and now it’s not showing in my Jio app and only one ssid is showing in web version of my Jio. Seamlessly it should be integrated such a bad experience

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you playing with since 3days no engineer coming to repair Am daily rescheduling the slot but no one calling and resolving the issue Am switching to airtel such a #worse service
