Despite showing 5G coverage, the network is unstable, speeds are very slow, and calls frequently drop. This issue has been ongoing and is affecting daily work and communication. Whenever there is a power outage, the Jio network becomes completely unavailable in our area. Calls and internet stop working. Kindly reopen the complaint and provide a permanent resolution.
