    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I paid amount of Rs 3599 on 7th April 2026 for recharging a mobile number. But it never asked for the number. It was not recharged against my payment. Want refund

    @JioCare Read my tweet properly. @jiocare Problems : 1. I said the scheduled date is April 14th. Why should I wait one week for the engineer's visit? 2. no point of communication for technical support 3. Couldn't find a service office in my locality at Chennai.

    @JioCare you have the worst possible customer service. Despite multiple complaints and follow ups none of the failed recharge attempts have been refunded yet. every time I call CS they say plz wait for 1 day & recharge again. No internet since 5th April! Seriously ridiculous.

    @jiocare @jio_fiber @_reliancejio PExtremely frustrated with JioFiber service. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls & emails, there is no response from your team. Service request is closed automatically even no engineer assigned, and the service remains unusable.

    @JioCare Can't DM as link isn't working. Executive who given fasle commitment : 9258238197 Name : Surya Singh ORN : NO0001CQ6V6A It's fourth day & jio team requesting thier own staff details, don't know how the issue will be escalated if jio couldn't get details of responsible person.
