    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Thank you for your quick response. I wish the sales agent responded in the similar way. Took my money and never responded back. Chasing him since August 6 till date. I have not complained all these days, as i wanted to give him chance. I think he took us for granted.

    @reliancejio care.... no solution is being done, only he is being evaded or misled and lured away.The facility of jio fiber is also not being made available.I am sending this information with the hope that the problem will be resolved at the earliest. Thank you.

    @JioCare International calls are bring dialled from my prepaid number by someone. Different number each time. But not billed, time is 0secs. How do i raise a complaint. IVR n whatsapp hv no options for this issue
