    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hey @reliancejio, according to your customer care in 2024, 5G was "3-6 months away" for my village. It’s 2026. I guess your 6 months never ends? Every single surrounding village has had 5G for 3 years, but we are still stuck in the dark ages. Care to explain? 🤡⌛ Tower - Varanga

    @JioCare I have been getting this exact same response from your team for the past 6 months, but the issue has still not been resolved. This is completely unacceptable. I am continuously paying for a service that is practically unusable, with speeds dropping below 1 Mbps most of the time.

    @reliancejio Hi Team Jio, I have applied for new JIOHOME connection on 04/05/2026 at Tarsali, Vadodara, Gujarat. My order number is NO0001D8ZA0E. After rigorous follow up through customer care and Jio App, the same is still pending for installation. Need urgent response.

    @JioCare you jio operator is chor in my area when lights goes jio network stops working,you jio network only works in my area when electricity is present from last 1 months I'm in my village it's worse experience due to your operator corruption of diesal oil

    @sumanthpadaval1 @reliancejio Same issue, I am also facing with my jio fibre connection. Since 14 may no visit no fix only lip service.

    Dear @JioCare, WiFi service has been down repeatedly and your customer support is doing nothing except giving useless assurances. Paying full bill for zero service is frustrating. Kindly resolve this immediately or explain why customers should continue using @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Have tried reaching customer care since days but no response!! My Jio Fibre Wi-fi not working!! No engineer visited so far...Pathetic services!! PLS RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR ELSE REFUND MY MONEY

    Very disappointed with the Jio porting process. I converted my Airtel eSIM to a Jio physical SIM through home delivery. It has already been more than 72 hours, but the SIM is still showing “No Service.” The SIM is detected by the iPhone, but activation is still pending. @JioCare
