    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Powercut in Khopoli, PIN 410203. And there is no jio network both in phone and jiofi. Aren't tower stations supposed to run power generators? Or are they saving fuel unethically? Working on AIRTEL network for now.

    @reliancejio the worst customer experience I have come across. No executive is available for you to interact. Always on the bot. My internet isn’t working since last 4 days but none of the executives available to hear the customers out.
