    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare We’ve already run diagnostics and contacted your team before raising this. Instead of resolving the issue, we’re only getting generic responses like restarting the router. We pay for reliable internet—not repeated on/off troubleshooting.

    @JioCare your technicians demand extra charges, don’t even check if the connection works, and behave rudely. Calls go unanswered, false promises on visit timings. This is disgusting service. Fix this immediately.

    @JioCare Hi Jio, I recently bought a Jio Bharat phone, but it is not showing any network. I already have an old phone with a Jio SIM, and that same SIM is not working in the new Jio Bharat phone. Please help me resolve this issue.
