people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I called your contact center1800-896-9999 today morning and i was tild some engineer will visit my hime between 1-2 ist however no ine has came to my yet. Its pathetic customer service 😒

@JioCare I received some calls regarding the engineer everyday but there is no show of engineer and the person who did enquiries regarding address never picks call or it is switched off.

@JioCare @dasabhiseek Dear Jio, apparently my repeated messages and tweets to you have gone down the drain. I buy your 666 pack and i can't even use the data to send a message on WhatsApp! Speed is slower than 2G. The data pack goes down the drain every time I recharge. This is how u provide service?

@JioCare It seems that you cannot do anything and my phone is still dead. It seems that I should also port to some other telephone operator i.e. airtel/vodafone. That will end my problem.
