    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks for great service , with 10 hours of request we got new Jio connection and remove the problematic @Airtel_Presence . I would say your representative (Mohan) Has zero accountability. @airtelindia . Am sure you gonna loose 4 more connection from my family once package done

    Dear , @reliancejio I was assured that the installation would be completed within the standard timeline. However, despite multiple follow-ups with your customer care team, the technical team has yet to visit my premises or provide a definitive schedule for the setup. NO0001DEGECW

    @JioCare Your appreciation and concern’ do NOT provide internet connectivity which we prepay for. I think you should provide a backup Airtel Fiber as standby to every Jio Fiber customer, as your Jio Fiber network is perpetually in OUTAGE & no Customer DARE complain against you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely harassing JioFiber services. Net gets disconnected.. line gets taken away and tells that can't service.. just after recharge. Also the audacity of service engineers to abuse women and elders in the home. #jioservice #reliancejio

    @JioCare Scheduled Jio AirFiber relocation installation for 17th May, but there has been zero communication or update since then. No way to reach customer support via call or email. This is extremely frustrating. just cancel the request immediately. Order: LR00001DHWHN

    I already did monthly recharge of 299 rs on my Jio sim but my Jio sim does not network connected since last 15 days I am out of India and keep recharge of 299 to activate my sim, now sim does not have network in my JIo card please help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Technician visits are either temporary fixes or missed entirely, complaint booking itself is broken, and every support channel just redirects to another automated system. Is there any actual human support available at Jio or not?
