    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Fine here's the who thing happening. I called customer care 25 times in last 3days. Np resolution. Plus since I am calling more I got blocked talking to the advisors from two numbers, demn 🙏🏻 Time to get off from jio. @JioCare Will be sharing a recording soon with the covo

    @JioCare Another follow-up and still no response from @JioCare. Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 remained unresolved till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups while the account was active. Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.

    @JioCare This is completely false report as earlier Dear Customer, We were unable to get OTP to confirm if Service Request number SR000036SLNX has been addressed, for your JioAirFiber connection with JioFixedVoice number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +918035682431.

    @JioCare From 1 day of installation my jio fiber doesn't work. After 15 days of continuous followups the technician visited on 18 day and he said he need more assistance to resolve the issue. Your team says issue has been identified and it will be resolved

    @JioCare Hello fraud Jio it's been 1 month entire village are suffering from internet fluctuating and calling fluctuating issue but you people are not able to resolve the issue even your untrained service team are giving lame excuse that your handset software are not updated
