    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have booked for a connection yesterday, despite having similar issue 2 years back. I don't understand 1) Why is it mandatory to pay before the product/service is installed. 2) Doesn't the sales executive take responsibility for communicating post sale

    @JioCare are the best jokers of India teleservices, no resolution but after every complaint of bad network they message problem solved, after 8 month these jokers reply with same even @TRAI @reliancejio not helping us while we pay money for service. Full payment but no network
