    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare it’s been 3 days I requested for JioAirFiber connection and made payment for the same. Since then there is no update, your customer support team is automated and useless, the agents assigned gone switched off after payment. Do u really have infrastructure ready ?

    @JioCare As like to inform you that it's not mine issue alone, last Friday when I was not able to receive internet and this problem occur so initially I followed the steps where I had called the customer service and scheduled the visit thru engineer.
