    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare What's going on with Jio Fiber's service. It's down since yesterday, works for 10 or 15 mins then goes down for another 6 or 7 hours. This is not how you provide a service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unacceptable service. Account: 520173108292 ₹1000 advance not honored, no April bill, forced recharge (expires in 2 days), and false 50GB usage shown. Fix this immediately, or will escalate to the consumer forum.
