  people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Apps are working very slow messages, attachments takes long time to send. Although net speed is normal. Issue is faced past 5 - 6 days. Complaint lodged no revert.

  @JioCare @reliancejio No Digital Sound output from the Jio set-up box. Poor quality sound for all other applications as well. Setup box connected Via Optical fiber to my sound box and no Dolby sound output. Called technical and he says the Jio set-up box is having this issue.

  poorest service worst service i suggest to all people never use jio fiber service its too bad @JioCare @reliancejio i face complaint every month of connectivity failure and executive is not fixed on there given time

  @JioCare Service request number SR00001IRFZ9 pathetic service.  one visited my place neither got any resolution and the irony is the ticket gets resolved automatically. This is utter non sense and unprofessional conduct from service provider. Never expected this grade of service
