    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I had an important interview which had to be postponed because for last 3days my wifi is down and for last 3days there is no response, I haven't been assigned an engineer neither the past engineers who came to set up are picking up the phones. This is not acceptable

    @JioCare @reliancejio My complaint is pending registered thru Centralised Customer Care but is is closed without doing any thing from back and reason mentioned customer is not countable through my house is open 24x 7 All fake reporting

    @reliancejio i hve installed jio fiber at my home since 1 year.And now from 2-3 months the quality is so low of the data speed.We r not able to watch anything.I just want to ask jio that why do u charge hefty amount when u can't provide the service.
