    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 363 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid β‚Ή12,121.86 upfront for a yearly JioAirFiber Max connection. Installation is completely pending. MyJio app shows Order ID as "null", so I can't cancel digitally. Need an immediate manual cancellation and full refund.Transaction ID in replies-

    @JioCare My network has been completely unstable. Mobile data is barely working. Please check the network towers in my area and resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare I recved a msg that an Engineer is supposed to visit by 7 pm. Then changed to 8 PM. But nobody called nor they came.nor a contact is shared.Ur tracking link dosn't work either. what kind of a joke is this?what kind of service are you providing? This is ridiculous. #Jio #jiofiber
