    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is unacceptable. Engineer already visited but issue still unresolved. It’s been 20 days of zero service.If this is not resolved immediately,process full refund without deductions.Failing which,will escalate to consumer forum. #JioAirFiber #PoorService

    @reliancejio @JioCare terrible service from you guys. First jiofiber installation was scheduled on 25 th nobody contacted on that date later it was rescheduled to 27th and it was not done today

    @Airtel_Presence Definitely I will switch to Airtel or any other service provider. Because @JioCare @reliancejio support is clearly saying that they can't resolve this issue. And suggests openly to switch to other service provider.

    @JioCare Again there will be rescheduling complaint is raised on 24th April when it will get resolved today at 7 I will complaint on @nch1915

    @JioCare Your service is useless. You’ve taken my money but kept the service suspended. No proactive communication from your end at all. I’m the one constantly chasing updates. I’ve called 4 times today, every single time I’m given a different waiting period. Absolute harassment! 😡

    @JM_Scindia @reliancejio @JioCare I search only incoming & outgoing without data pack not available customer is force to take data pack on all plans.Please take necessary action on urgent basis and provide without data plan also for poor & middle class people.
