  people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

  @promzzz @Hardism Its the same with all companies but @reliancejio sends me messages everyday saying premium customer care enabled on my number and i can speak to an agent, within mnutes, whenever tried, have never been able to get even a response..except from an automated bot on chat.

  @JioCare @jio_fiber UR technician Bhavin took the otp yesterday saying he does not have adapter currently and will come back at 6 pm and replace it. I called him and again told me he will come in the morning today Now he denied visiting PLEASE SEND SOMEONE 2 VISIT FIX THE ISSUE.!

  @JioFinance @JioCare More than 24 hours have passed, but the issue is still unresolved. My Bank account is not visible. Passbook, debit card and banking access are missing. UPI is asking for reset PIN and all transactions are failing. Your team said it's a technical glitch.
