people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

What can a consumer do if continuously facing network issues, not able to watch online videos and customer support is just saying issue will be resolved? Paying tarrif for virtually no service and not a single action has been taken to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Paid 10612.92 Rs. for jio fiber on the date of 04 Oct. 2022 but still not providing Invoice for that really worst service. trying to reach customer care and while talking with customer care executive name SUMIT ask me to hold on call and then disconnect my call

@reliancejio why you lauch the JioAutopay in postpaid connection? I am continuously facing the problem. No payment is auto debited .my service continue stop because of your worst autopay Service. Customer Care not even take the complaint for the same.@TRAI please make the rule.

@JioCare operators deliberately reduce or restrict the bandwidth and give the same excuse for years that "internet is running slow because customers are increasing in the area". Getting 2G speed at 4G price. Fails to open Google search. This is fraud. @reliancejio #JioTrue5G

@JioCare Still no resolution from your end. So now i have a unused 2nd router for which i paid Rs 2447 and i didnt get to use it, I cannot cancel it. My money wont be refunded until device is pivked up.
