    people's are falling in , during such 5-6 hrs of poor coverage we are getting consistently. If you can't able to fix it just let us know , we will change to another network. But u guys r saying we will fix it from 2019. Still we are facing the issues @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio has launched 5G but sad to say network quality of 4G are still poor is some areas. When I contacted @JioCare, they told me have have patient as Jio haven’t adequately network coverage in my location. They claim to have Wi-Fi calling but that doesn’t work too.

    Jio WIFI plans with OTT Subscription is the worst ever plan launched by Reliance JIO. they are claiming to provide OTT but so many issues are there. JIO should work on its plans again. @reliancejio @RelianceEnt @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Today is Day 9 when cancellation request was submitted and I am tired of calling the customer care .Even wrote to your appellate team but still after 9 days, refund for order number as NO0000N3XVBP (landline 01135754047) is not processed Its height of frustration for me

    @JioCare Worst service by jio it's been more than 24hour and yet my issue is not resolved.. after every call to customer care they are saying abhi ho jaega abhi apko call aega msg aega.kuch nhi aya h..

    @JioCare Better choose airtel than jio...jio fibre don't provide service ..they just claim will gve best service but they make customer fool
