  @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor experience at Jio Store, Kavandapadi (Erode). A senior citizen visited the store for a lost SIM replacement and even after 3 days the issue is still not resolved. Staff behaviour was rude and the process was not explained properly.

  Dear Jio team, every time we complain, you reply “issue is being fixed” but on ground nobody is actually taking care of it. Same problem again and again. Customers are suffering while your team keeps giving copy-paste assurances. Shame on such service quality. @JioCare

  Really pissed off with the service of @JioCare. Constantly following up for a new JioFiber connection but the installation has been getting delayed for the last 15 days.local WiFi is already messed up bcz of the rainy season and mobile data everyday is becoming frustrating now.
