    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Issue still unresolved, and the engineer visit is now pushed to 17 June. I have suffered work-related losses due to this outage. Last time my rebate request was denied. I need a written commitment on a full refund before this complaint is closed

    @JioCare @JioCare if this can be fixed from backend then please do it. It seems cdn routing changed or bottleneck issue. If this is not fixed then I will have to close connection. At that time don't call me and ask me to stay.

    It’s been three days. No one has come to check. We got a mail and message that within 9.30 to 10.30 on June 11 our connection will be back. If this is the way you address connectivity issues, I would like to opt for other providers not @JioCare Three houses around ours have connection and only ours is faulty.

    @JioCare Extremely Pathetic Service at Kalapathar, Cuttack Area(754009). We are facing 0 network connectivity in my Home, whereas the other networks works fine. Even the Kalapathar Main Market network issue happens all the time since last 1 and half years. Pls resolve this asap.

    @JioCare Absolute nonsense. I am on the ₹899 unltd 5G plan, and my phone clearly shows a stable 5G SA connection. Yet, your network is still draining my daily 2GB data quota! ​IVR and chat connect me with useless AI call and chat. I did not portfrom airtel to jio for this.
