@reliancejio Are you seriously taking care of your customers? Or just opened the company for making money only. Mr. @_MukeshAmbani wants to know what sort of customer service you have jio where they are not able to listen to the complaints. Called 10times still not able to help.

@JioCare @reliancejio Do their technical team knows anything apart from installation ?Do they know how to fix High ping with a server out of India? Why users of Airtel & ACT are not facing such issues? so much for cheap stuff , you receive poor service & technical help.

@JioCare I'm facing daily internet disruption after 8 PM during my work. I reached out to customer care. After a long wait with the tune, they kept me on hold for long time without any satisfactory response. Why does support have to be like this? Kindly do the needful ASAP.

recharged my JIO Postpaid using Paytm, for Rs. 666. Now after successful recharge customer is saying that it is addon on your number and now Rs 10 will be deduct for next 5 years from that amount. They can't do anything with this...WTF!! @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup
