    @JioCare I writing this to inform you how pathetic is Jioairfiber service is. This is regarding the connection bearing# 4031775175 at Hyderabad. Ennumber of service requests raised that the TV channels aren't working properly for over 2 months yet the problem continues

    @JioCare says unused prepaid JioFiber balance won’t be refunded even when the service remains unresolved and the customer wants to disconnect. Is this how Jio maintains its “customer count” by trapping prepaid customers and refusing refunds? Pathetic policy. SR00002M10F0 @TRAI

    @reliancejio how many days should one wait to get the Wi-Fi connection fixed ? It’s been 4 days and it keeps saying there is an outage but no one else has an issue where I live !!! This is just poor service and pathetic communication interface as it’s going in a loop

    @JioCare Finally it was resolved after a month. But now jio is not ready to provide the extension for the service interruption days. This is totally not acceptable. Why should I pay if it's been used for a month?

    @JioCare I have already checked the app, but there is no update on my complaint and no technician has contacted me yet. The issue is still unresolved, and the lack of communication is frustrating. Please escalate this matter and ensure it is resolved as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Whatever, it may be resolved that by EOD. Because 7 days are more than enough to resolve any issues.
