    @reliancejio enda sunni , why should I use my mobile phone somewhere else? Is this how u reply to your customers. Idhula India’s largest ISP. India’s 4g network is one of the worst service in the world.

    @JioCare @JioCare you had your chances. No resolution on network issue despite repeated complaints, moreover the store guys doesn't know how to convert from postpaid to prepaid and they refused to close my postpaid account as well. No proper network, no proper customer service.

    Hello @JioCare I live in Mumbai Andheri abs after shifting homes recently I have desperately tried to connect with your Jio Fiber staff to redo my Internet connection but zero revert. The app doesn’t function well either. I need help ASAP as I work frm home.

    @JioCare Net speed working just like 2g network poor network connectivity unable to talk raised a complaint earlier no action taken
