@reliancejio They are not helping me at all. I think it's my fault that I believed in JIO Network and ported into JIO from other network. Really, JIO's Customer Care Service is pathetic. They don't know anything and can't solve any problem.

@JioCare I made a internet speed complaint before a year ago in March -2020 and that time some temporary solution has been given to me. But now again the speed is useless can not do WFH..what a pathetic approach of jio telecom to resolve a complaint. Location 311602

@Airtel_Presence I am your Platinum customer and to get service from you I have to work 3hrs including waiting in Q. Suddenly SIM get corrupt and I have wait 3hrs to get my New SIM which will take another 4hrs to active. Thanks to my @reliancejio I can tweet this to you.

@reliancejio Guys the network connectivity in Andheri East has dropped to worst in the last few days. And the jiocare robot is not helping at all, are you guys going to do anything about this or you want us to consider something else?

Hi @ViCustomerCare again same issue. I have not used any data or calls.. Got billed for international roaming for this.. This is happening month on month. Then charged extra for service tax. I am too frustrated with your services. @reliancejio @airtelindia please help

@JioCare Just spoke to customer care, time slot for engineer visit was changed from 10am-2 pm to 10:30 pm NIGHT. you guys surely are not taking this seriously or doing anything to solve the issue. Merely pasting replies n Twitter from a template does not help @JioCare @reliancejio
