    Hey @JioCare my #JioFibre complaint has not been resolved till no. Complaint no. SR000015ZVSX. There is No Connectivity since 28 JULY. Your Executive Sourav Saha of Jio Sales Team 7, Siliguri had misguided me since last two days. Why should I recommend #JioFibre to my Friends ?

    @JioCare On my num. the internet speed is very slow even I'm not any such dark location still the speed is provided very slow. The speed is so fluctuating at a two near by distance. In house different and out the house different..why? Solve my net speed issue

    @JioCare Jio engineer said they can't rework the wire. They informed me to cancel the service. Can you check and confirm whether my location is not serviceable. I can go ahead with cancelling the service, thanks, Nagendra. Registered mobile : 8248757849

    @JioCare hello Jio. I've indoor network issue badly at b m das road ,patna. 7011638730(jio) 8754518981(alternate no.). Jio sim - no signal, even unable to make call. Airtel and vi (my roommate) good signal. Pls tell patna, technical team to contact me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio And also when I ask, why my network is not working properly?, they ask me to turn off the jio fiber box for few minutes Daily. I mean why?, if it is a new fiber network it should not be done. We used to turn off our routers 10 years back for issues like this

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio tower is not functioning from last 3 days in my area . No one is looking into this , getting same ignorance reply from jio customer service that 'Many user are using internet at same time that's why u r facing slow internet ' . Please resume jio service
