@JioCare I called 50 times to the customer care and the local tram to pick the device. I spoke to the overall head in chennai post that they picked the device 1 month later. Got 500 rs and 1000 rs didn’t come. So many complaint given still not got. Really poor service need a sol.

@JioCare it's almost 48hr can't able to access internet connection and after technician visit also problem not resolved .... How much more time you people need to fix this ?????

@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India I am sure while people like me are struggling to get even a decent 2Mbps speed, People living near towers or having signal boosters or routers with outdoor antennas & carrier-aggregation will be getting 5/10/15Mbps. Do something about it.
