    Respected @reliancejio I am using your services for a long time but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and the internet barely works at a good speed. @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani

    What a. Poor service @reliancejio @JioCare not activated my jio fibre despite installation. Already 3 days passed. Technician not giving ticket number saying now your problem will be solved. Same time Airtel fibre get activated in 1 day. 9040198788,8249741738

    It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioSaavn using jio from last five years with pay for yearly plan I want to put a caller tune sidhu moosewala but you have issue with the not able to hear the track of sidhu moosewala in your caller tune hear option kindly slove this

    @reliancejio There is a height of patheticness, @JioCare @reliancejio, sit above that. Nothing worse that sim porting experience. Customer care is incapable of solving anything, just forwarding or avoiding. Pathetic!!!

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio why do you need to take a Live Photo of a customer to book a new WiFi connection? I just made a call and denied a new broadband connection by your team because I refused to get my photo captured. Why a passport size photo won’t work for you?

    @JioCare STB freezes in standby. Remote and STB LED stop responding until power reboot. STB and remote replaced (SR00002L9TI6,SR00002LOLRI), but issue persists. New complaint: SR000038NWYH. Please escalate and provide latest white STB instead of repeated refurbished swaps.

    @JioCare Thanks for resolving but please ensure this doesn't happen every alternate day. You don't refund for outage days then kindly manage your services properly to avoid frequent outages. This is the 3rd such incident in a week.

    @JioCare After 12 days of continuous follow-ups, escalations, and repeated complaints, my internet was finally restored yesterday afternoon. I thought the issue had finally been resolved. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last 24 hours. My JioFiber connection is down again.
