    It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

    I would not recommend @reliancejio for Internet connection for any customer. My work got hampered due to their worst customer service and facing several problems with my disconnection request. The engineers visited my place cannot even make out the issue.

    @JioCare I am not able to access jio wallet while recharging jio fiber as the OTP generated is said to be incorrect. While recharging my jio number the OTP is correct and transaction easily happens. Wht sorcery is this? mailed on jio payments care id bt no resolution.

    I have call recording of engineers that the issue of payment link for add-on setup box there is issue and now for hidding there failure they are saying need permission. Higher authority please intervene. @reliancejio @JioGigaFibre @JioCare

    @JioCare I am unable to receive OTP from many websites and services. It started around couple of months ago. Citibank is one of the example for which I am not able to receive OTP. Customer care isse not even close to understanding my issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been waiting for Jiofiber connection at my area but even after waiting 1.5 yrs, there's no sign. I live in Cuttack, Odisha and though there are some areas available in the city, major portion are left out. I'm losing patience. Pls help!!🙏
