I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Stop treating customers like numbers. Your IVR is a joke. "Press 1 or 2" isn't service—it’s a barrier. Be human, not a machine.

Drisha (@drishadugar13) reportedI had worst experience with @reliancejio and @JioFiber I recently did my payment for wifi and the team transfered it to my previous modem which was apparently taken back to the Jio Chennai team, and it is still active reached out to CRM team with No proper resolution given.
