@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare Need to correct customer (9835659262) father's name as "Dasai Prasad" based on the proof we have provided at the time of getting connection. Sorry to say why you are not able to understand the simple things like this. Hope this will help you to resolve my Issue ASAP.

@JioCare I have done recharge of 597 for additional data of 75 GB but I am unable to activate it. The app and websiste isn't of any help as everytime i click on activate it land back to same page. I am using JiFi so can't connect to Jio CUstomer Care. I have been trying for 2 hrs

Dear @JioCare , You guys have no network for fiber in my society that is totally understood because local authorities do not allowing you to digging the roads but I wanted to know if Local Authorities are making problem for the mobile network as well? @reliancejio

@JioCare I have never dealt with such an unprofessional team ever. I have received one lie after another regarding my installation (which was installed incorrectly to another building). Nobody has apologised for the continual lies and incompetence of the team.
