    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare @TRAI it is third consecutive day when again there is no jio network in my area since morning. It would come in the evening and will stay for night and again it will be down after that. What the hell is happening, apart from asking about the details and addresses from us

    @reliancejio I am from a backward village of Lakhimpur district, Assam. My village (80 No Grant Solmari) is in the bank of River Dikrong. There is a severe network issue. Even we can't make a phone call. We have make a lot of complaints but no one has approached with a solution

    @JioCare What u are working here and just giving fake information and cheating to customers and it is waste of my money and @reliancejio is cheating to customers and nothing else. Noone worried about solution. No one connecting for even open complaints and even timelines exceeded.

    5 DAYS..5 Days now the JIO sim hasn’t activated. Such a pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio . I will be complaining now. Your customer service has been totally disappointing

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Jio is down in Kondapur Hyderabad (500084), no signal since last 36 hours. On network reset, the signal comes for 2-5 minutes and then disappears. Jio Executives in store and Customer Care have no clue. #JioDown

    @JioCare Chahavi , it is a poor service I had to go online. You have made it so difficult to reach real people for complaints. For more than 4 days net is down and do you realise it makes work from home impossible? On top of it service engineers scheduled for time slit never turn up
