I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

I was promised a refund/extension, but now customer care claims my tickets are ineligible. Please open a priority escalation ticket and credit the outage days to my account.
