    @JioCare @JioCare COMPLAINT REGISTERED of JIO FIBER vide no SR00001BNJ8X ON 18 JUNE FOR CHANGE OF ROUTER , BUT STILL NOT REPLACED ,  ENGINEER HAD CALLED TO PAY RS 2000 FOR CHANGE OF ROUTER , SHOULD I PAY ?? KINDLY ADVICE .

    @JioCare having internet issues past 4 days. Registered a service complaint. One person came checked and said will get bck but never returned. When called they said they have transfered the engineer. Still no person has come to solve it. Very disappointed with the service.

    @JioCare On 17july2021 I lodged a complaint. Also mentioned I am suffering from the past one year. So even after 2 years you only want DM … only to ask a hundred questions. Lucky you guys are. No competition. So inefficiency rules

    @JioCare Budhi ji you can check from your records at what time my internet connection is interpreted and your self are saying that there is not any scheme to compensate the customer there is only the scheme that take the money without giving the services for which your co has takn the amt
