    @JioCare The engineer has visited 5 time but couldn't do anything. The only solution is to change the set top box, which you guys are not doing. Change the set top box immediately.

    @JioCare its pandemic time , i am struggling to work from home . your internet speed is too slow and now my dongel is not working . for this reason i walked in to two of the near by jio stores , they say dongles are out of stock suddenly , and they have no idea about it .
