    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Earlier Jio network was good, but it has been very slow internet, from last 1 month, everyday between 5 to 11 pm. I have call the helpline for resolution. I have one recharge pending if issue doesn't improve i have no other choice than to port my number. Tnx

    @reliancejio I received a 5 TB Google One offer with my recharge, but it shows “Offer already redeemed” when I try to claim it. I haven’t redeemed it. Please help me activate it. 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare Done. But, please look into changing the terms. One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything.

    Even after complaining several times jio has done nothing.. I have all the complaints numbers and screenshots.. Zero effort to improve network at my area.. @reliancejio 😡

    @JioCare All standard SOPs mentioned in your app have been followed. I have been trying this from yesterday every 6 hours. Still issue is unresolved. Send a representative ASAP Or I will switch to some other provider.

    @JioCare I want a refund back to source. Raising these service requests again and again is of no use unfortunately. Earlier as well this was raised. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible. This is the msg which I got. Then why so much delay?

    . @JioCare @reliancejio This is very disgusting that you are stealing my data. I have not used much internet today still you are saying that I have exhausted my data and slow down the speed. I have topped up my jio number annually still you people want me to pay more. There is no customer care executive with whom I can talk. Kindly help. Else will have to go to consumer court
