    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm a JioFi user., n want to draw your attention on this : Very slow & Limited 4G/LTE service here in Patiala, Punjab since 24th Dec night! N none of ur automated customer care process works when your internet connection doesn't work at first.. so they r pretty useless

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber provider asked me to pay for 20₹ per meter of their wire because my house is little far from road what kind of service you'll provide me in future i should rather opt for @airtelindia atleast they do not charge extra for wire while providing fiber

    @JioCare What’s the point when i don’t get network in my place. You need to extend the plan another 15 days as I was facing accute hardship due to this.I pay and don’t get the service that’s not fair.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I have paid ₹2500 as deposit for Jiofiber on 21st Dec 2020. Due to worst service by Jiofiber, I sent mail to jio care to cancel my request. I have provided details asked by jio for refund the amount but still Jio not refund my amt. Jio not responding call also.

    Hello @reliancejio I made a prepaid recharge for 3gb which included disney hotstar subscription for the month as well. Recharge done. Wifi working but hotstar is not. Please help.
