in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

@MyntraSupport @myntra You should allow login based on email/pwd as well as mobile/pwd Due to poor @reliancejio connectivity, didn’t get OTP. You don’t give me the option to login with PWD. Crazy- I have to wait 30 min to try again!

its been 3days and jio support is not resolving my #jiofiber internet issue. wen asked for the problem to support engineer he kind of forces to install new jio fiber connection and abandon the current one rather than fixing wiring issue with current one 😡 @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I pay for a 1 gbps plan on jio. Fiber and I get 25 mbps download speed on LAN after disconnecting all devices and just connecting my laptop after following up for 4 days I get a response saying there’s no engineer I need a resolution today

@reliancejio I have subscribed for Jio Fiber and deposited security amount. it has been 4 days no one came for installation. Sales guy not picking calls neither replying on whatsapp. Kindly refund money if you are in such poor customer service. @JioCare
