    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    Increasing plan prices without providing network is completely unfair! If 5G isn't available in an area, 5G plans shouldn't be sold there. Millions of citizens are wasting hard-earned money on non-existent 5G services. Provide proper facilities first! ​ @DoT_India @reliancejio

    @JioCare Zero response so far, and no one is taking responsibility. One person called saying he would visit to check the issue and asked for my location. I shared it, but now he has switched off his phone. I’m extremely disappointed with Jio’s service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio "In Badhpura village, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, most of the Wi-Fi connections in our village are Jio AirFiber, which have been out of order for the last 3 days, and no action is being taken even after making a complaint."

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber This is my order number Order Number : NO0001F5ZCZC I have done the payment on 12th but still haven’t received any update regarding installation. Please guide and fast track the process. Never expected this poor service from Jio. No response from the customer care after payment.

    @JioCare @JioCare it's over 24 hrs. Why my issue is not resolved. You are trying but I can't see the update. You are only posting the generic reply again and again. I lost my complete day because of this issue . So plz surrender my connection I am not going to continue this.(1/2)
