    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still awaiting action. No one has reached out for support yet. I've sent a 48 hours notice to get this done or I'll be forced to raise a chargeback on my credit card. I've tried everything that was possible to get support.

    @JioCare We have spoken to multiple customer care executives, but none of them has taken ownership of the issue. We are simply being given scripted responses and empty assurances while our complaint remains unattended.

    @JioCare Day 3 of continuation of the issue!! Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio !! Not a single person from their technical team tried to contact and resolve issue.. Problem started on Sunday and its Wednesday

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I've been complaining about slow internet speed consistently for the past 4 months, but haven't received a solution yet. I hope I won't in the future either. So please refund my ₹3599/- 5G recharge. I don't want to stay on your network.

    Paid for my JioFiber connection, but it's still not installed. No one is answering my calls or providing any update. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. Please resolve this at the earliest. @JioCare #JioFiber

    I recharged with the Jio 899 plan for Indian content and cricket on Hotstar, but these features haven't worked for 3 days. Also, neither Jio nor Hotstar support is responding to my queries @JioHotstar @reliancejio
