    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare i have raised request for slow internet speed 1 hour ago even than also no technician is being alloted and facing low speed (below 1mbps) from morning. No satsfactory answer from toll free . I that how you deal with jio fiber business users? Same problem always

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio In the past - as a part of my 90 days plan - I could watch #JioHotstar OTT Channel. Why have you stopped this...? As a loyal customer of #Jio for many years - I find this unfair and I am disappointed. cc @JioHotstar

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service in Chennai (West Mambalam). My relocation request raised on May 16, 2026 was cancelled without any intimation, and I have received no response to multiple emails so far. This level of service is unacceptable. #jiofiber

    @JioCare Reply sent and u can check the previous chat history also. I downgraded my plan from 100mbps to 30 mbps for this reason only as I was hardly getting a speed of 10 mbps and now the internet speed is down in single digits.

    @JioCare too worst service given by jio in vasnat enclave area not working since last 15 days and whole call to customer Care they making auto recording that there is an conjunction in your area What the hell is this Why not resolving should we close the connection
