    @JioCare I went to a store to buy a new SIM card, but without giving me a new SIM, I mnp someone else's SIM. Why would this be done to a customer without telling me anything, to deceive the customer

    @JioCare Jio is not ordinary company it’s Jio and we expect faster modern infrastructure support and not what has been going on. When Jio uses antiquated systems with inadequate manpower support people like us who are WarVeteran & SrCitizen with need to connect with children in US, suffer
