in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Did you even read the previous response to what was basically the same message from your colleague? 😐 The chat doesn't lead to anywhere useful. If there's a backend team, could you ask them to cancel my international roaming plan and credit a refund. That'd be super helpful 🙏🏽

@Teamambani jio fiber is not working from 15 days . so called jio engineers does not visit.They call on mobile and reschedule the call themselves for 8 pm and after that they don't pick up the call. My work is getting effected daily. SR No. SR00001B6FBX @JioCare @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence i am unable to call axis Bank phonebanking from my prepaid that has TRULY unlimited calls. Customer Support tells me to recharge in addition to yearly advance recharge already done. Why you call yourself TRULY Unlimited? No such issues on @reliancejio prepaid.???

@reliancejio @jiofibergurgaon Customer advice... don't go for jio fiber, this got very very poor customer service, worst field officers.. i try complaining on jio helpline but i have to wait for 10 mins and the call gets disconnected. Field person never response 9870625423. 1/2
