@JioCare - Activated 5 GB Data Add on pack,since more than a week from my side...however it does not provide data & is not activated somehow..Calling your customer care does not help, as even they don't know...Feel you have too many customers & don't mind losing few like me soon

@JioCare Few days ago I have registered compain against my jio fiber red blinking problem but till now my problem is bot not solved. If I talk to customer care they say that sir your problem will resolved with 24 hours and till now it do not get solved. #jio

@reliancejio @JioCare now it's everyday from past one month, when your network lags. Videos unable to run, even Google search don't run properly. Issue betwn 7-30pm to 10pm, time specific. Jio tower is just infront of my window. Burla , sbp , Odisha 768017.
