    @reliancejio I am Shanthi and i see that your backend team is efficient enough to understand my issue. I called and told them to terminate my service on 14th and since i was vacating the address plus leaving India on 21st, i wanted the connection and collect the instrument

    @JioCare I gave correct address, it is the Agency who may hv put in incorrect details. My Time was wasted! Refund is a hygiene which needs to be done and not a solution.
