    @JioCare Since your DM, contacted your WhatsApp chat support FOUR times. The chats all end with a false promise of escalation and “get back to you” or the reps disconnect the chat abruptly. We are paying for the service but not getting even a single day of service. @TRAI @reliancejio HELP

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am trying to get jiofiber at my residence from last 1 week. In the jio app, it says there is no service in my area but i can see there is jio cable laying in electric poles just 100 meters away from my home.
