    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    I had requested 3 to 4 times to @reliancejio @JioCare for providing jio network at VANOTI (DAKOR) PINCODE:388225. Very poor connection provided by @reliancejio in my area. I request to you please providejio network for around 500+ users. keep updating me. @DP97211436 @rp_rushabh

    @JioCare I can't share the broken cable. Your engineers were visited several times but they could do nothing. And said they cannot repair it, it needs spacialist of cable. So I know it well as I collapsed my payment during not running period of fiber so would be again.

    @JioCare The engineer visit has been rescheduled 2–3 times every single day. Each time the scheduled slot passes, the app simply assigns a new visit time instead of resolving the issue. This endless cycle of delays is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio have some shame? Very poor mobile network across Pune . You people only increasing the rates of the recharge but can’t even give good service to the customers.

    @JioCare @JioCare why are you not able to dissolve the issues even after seven days? You are simply not able to send one technician to resolve the issue? Why are you testing our patient so much? You have also closed the escalation ticket without resolving the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Useless service providers I have registered for booking new air fiber in my location i.e Kochari karnataka india 591340 still did not recieve any call.

    @JioCare @JioCare Then who is responsible for this loss? My internet was totally down for 5 consecutive days due to a fault from your end. I paid for a full month's service, not for 25 days. Please escalate this issue to higher authorities immediately.@JioCare
