    @JioCare Do u really “care” ur customers? I doubt it. I just had a call with customer care rep & it is really frustrating call I had till now with customer care. U guys dnt knw where my data was used and I dnt knw it either bcz I didn’t use my phn heavily for any data consumption

    @JioCare I have tweeted about my problem yesterday and I have got a very vague with which I'm not at all satisfied. I have contacted Airtel xstream in my area. They are ready to get me connection in a day. Please specify how do I apply for a full refund???

    @JioCare Number 9030323322 I want to port my number from VI to JIO. I went to store to buy sim in Hyderabad . They charged me 500rps.. 100 for prime membership and SIM card and 399 recharges. Why Jio is not providing free sim to customer as well come kit.
