    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @reliancejio jio fiber is pathetic. Keep dropping connection with my cisco connect vpn. @airtelindia wifi works fine with vpn. Tried calling damn customer care multiple times, either they disconnect your call or just don't understand your issue as they are just tech novice

    @JioCare My internet was down for roughly 6 hours due to which I end up taking the day off from work. I expect some sort of refund or credit.

    I do not want to talk to any customer service agents with limited knowledge. Please arrange a callback from a supervisor who is capable enough to understand the issue and solve it. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Please fix the customer care support for English. I am calling the number for +9170188 99999, selecting 2 for English, it always goes to Hindi.

    @JioCare Please do not send me copy paste replies. Instead solve the issue. Your technician has not visited today also. If you ask me to rate jio fiber customer service, i would definitely rate it -10000000. Such a poor and disappointing service.
