    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    I had requested 3 to 4 times to @reliancejio @JioCare for providing jio network at VANOTI (DAKOR) PINCODE:388225. Very poor connection provided by @reliancejio in my area. I request to you please providejio network for around 500+ users. keep updating me. @DP97211436 @rp_rushabh

    @JioCare shameful service received! Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasn’t fulfilled and haven’t received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!

    Hi, My Jiofibre connectivity is down for last 3 days. Your team is scheduling appointment and then rescheduling it on their own without consulting me. And then never showing up on the rescheduled time also. I want a resolution or I am switching to other network. @JioCare

    System stopped workin again and we sceduled a engineer visit. @JioCare just shameful and pathetic services. No engineer can fix them. Please avoid using it if you are a WFH employee.

    @JioCare Rescheduling without providing a confirmed date and time is not a resolution. Please confirm the engineer’s visit timeline and complete the installation without further delay.

    @RelianceJio @RelianceJioCare : My jio fibre got disrupted on 10th July 2026 and I raised a complain for resolving the issue vide Service request no SR00003AT6AN. Still as on date neither Engineer call nor Engineer visit nor any communication from jio side. World classs service.

    @JioCare @JioCare What criteria you require there was no internet connection for 9days straight in the month of April. Why can’t you adjust the bill? Is that the customer need to take care of repairing the connection issues? The request which I have raised closed without any resolution
