    I had requested 3 to 4 times to @reliancejio @JioCare for providing jio network at VANOTI (DAKOR) PINCODE:388225. Very poor connection provided by @reliancejio in my area. I request to you please providejio network for around 500+ users. keep updating me. @DP97211436 @rp_rushabh

    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @dolo_650mg @reliancejio Ethipoyindhi yavvaram already. Inthaku mundhu network strong unna places lo ipudu assal vastaledhu. Worst customer care support. Ticket raise chesthe dhikku diwana undadhu. Deshanni nashanam chesirru… before jio there were more options n more offers.

    The ground staff keeps your complaints on HOLD - this was you cannot even communicate with the JIO customer care centre. @JioCare @reliancejio Ridiculous. Asking the customer to pay for a dodgy installation done by their team. Irresponsible

    @reliancejio @JioCare I want to permanently close my JioFiber connection due to poor service and unresolved connectivity issues in our area. We are switching to Airtel. Please share the disconnection process and raise a closure request at the earliest.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Past whole week Internet is down. Technician did hard reset. Worked temp. Down again. Router is green. Jio app diagnostics says everything fine. Jio care on App doesn’t work. Premium profile. Stop fooling people! after call of paying 3 months advance.

    @jagograhakjago @reliancejio @jiocare Please intervene. It’s been 15 days since I paid, but Jio still hasn’t provided the service. Multiple SRs were raised but closed as “resolved” without any solution. Please resolve this ASAP.

    I thought it might be a network glitch. So I called again and the exact same thing happened after explained full query. The irony? I was calling Customer Care from my Jio number.🥲 Is this a new way of avoiding customer queries? Please look into this. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Why make a simple plan change so complicated? Jio-is this really how customer convenience works? Or is it easier for you to create a new connection than modify an existing one? @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceJioCare #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @JioCare sent DM. anyhow another day passed with lame reasons. it wont even take 30 minutes to fix the stb. but customer care says that everyone is busy. so the jobless is me , taking WFH everyday & waiting for the person to install fkng stb.
