    @JioCare Hi Team, My village jio tower was there but wrost signal is coming. Last one week we are unable to login the vpn device. Monthly monthly we are releasing good packages and services. These days jio signal is wrost. We have called the customer care no responses properly

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat Facing severe network outage at my end. Your ****** bot is not even allowing to talk to a customer care representative. Automatic diagnosis shows no plan attached with my number, whereas I have 2 active plans. Facing the outage in Bhavnagar.

    @airtelindia services sucks. Their normal support was far better than their so called VIP support. Ain't upgrading my plan ever here. @JioCare are you coming here or I should suffer?

    @JioCare Fraud done by jio team.. Have collected money for jio fiber connection and stop picking up call post that.. mailed and call multiple times to customer service team but getting no response Not expected such cheap stunt from a company like jio. Everyone please be aware
