    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From last 3-4 months I suffered alot due to your worst network connection as most of the time when someone trying to call me they get cross connection, unavailability of network or many more drastic things. It's forcing me to port into @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio The service of jio is good every where in our country but there are still some villages where it can be better like in bihar rural areas. It will increase approximately more than 1500 customers.Because no telecom company focus in that areas.

    @JioCare Some one named "Nirupama Singh" responded when I wrote an email on 19-July-2021. It's been more than an year and the issue is still the same.

    @JioCare The issue has to be resolved by tomorrow or else refund the fee and the initial de deposit.Its second time within 5 days.What sort of behaviour is this.The engineer's name ramesh 7093161014.Promising to visit for the past 2 days but doesn't even care to call back.

    @JioCare @reliancejio me and my family we all are using Jio from the starting and I am very sad with the customer and network issue we are facing. It’s very disappointing that we are facing internet issue from one of the best telecom company.

    Finally will port back to @airtelindia after 11 hell days of @reliancejio with no assistance after multiple complaints . Pathetic service.
