@indiaanil @JioCare i have understand this time is not connected your service but coustermer for pay recharge time given your company money and coustermer didn't free use your network pay and use .is not my problem is yours problem between solve short time this problem

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm using JioFi and its speed is very pathetic. It's always shows blue light only. Current Location is Chakkargaon. Improve your 4G network coverage so that speed of internet also increase.

@JioCare Why am I being charged for incoming calls on international roaming even when I am not picking up the phone?? I’ve been highlighting the issue proactively with the unbilled amount even before the bill got generated & finally when the bill is out, nobody’s addressing it!!

@JioCare @JioCare not sure why the refund is taking so much time.when you guys want business you are prompt but on other side when refund is asked due to your inability to service- you take forever. Also the sales executive has just been unresponsive now! Not a Reliance Jio standard!!!

Hi all, it is more than 24 hrs and only mails & sms of resolution in next 24 hrs even after follow up. Network & service quality deteriorating every day and field staff not available. Regret having recharged for 6 months. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup #JioFiber #JioTV
