@indiaanil @JioCare i have understand this time is not connected your service but coustermer for pay recharge time given your company money and coustermer didn't free use your network pay and use .is not my problem is yours problem between solve short time this problem

After several (atleast 100) complaints @reliancejio isn't taking any action to improve the network stability in my area. We students have to miss our online exam and classes due to the network issue which is continuing from last 80days. Please take necessary action. @DoT_India

@JioCare Guys can somebody help me on urgent basis to resume my Jio broadband. customer care yesterday said they will fix it within 24 hours and today i got to know services engineers aren’t available. this is clearly irresponsible.
