@reliancejio @JioCare sir i am waiting for pickup of device from one month every time same response we are working on it. Don't use jio fiber guys any issue they won't help. They don't have time to pickup device from 30 days also .

@JioCare Please cancel my connection and refund the complete money as your company is unable to provide me service. My recharge amount from 19/9/22 onwards should also be refunded as there is a deficiency in service

@JioCare my relocate date was 28th but such a great brand it was rescheduled from jio thn provide my engineer no i contacted he told he can't do relocate he suggest me to cancel my current connection and he will give me new connection. Is this the service?? My money wasted

@JioCare Jiofiber network is available across d road for us ur people say it may take months I fail to understand y can't it be done quickly perhaps ur intervention can influence n get d process done quickly When 2lac villages cud be connected then how come v r made to suffer in a city.
