    Hi @JioCare @JioPaymentsBank, helpline 1800 890 7070 only gives virtual assistance, no option for human agent. My Jio Payments Bank transactions keep failing (RE068). This is unacceptable service – need real support and resolution.

    Shame on Jio service in our area. For 6+ years customer care keeps saying “network issue will be resolved in 2 months”. Nothing changed. In the 5G era we can’t even send a WhatsApp message in the evening. Many Jio users here but zero improvement. @JioCare please act now. #worst

    @JioCare By worst service I left Jio.please return my advance payment of Rs 2221 which you had taken from me as an advance with a false promise of good service. Don’t give lame excuse of commitmted subscription to deny my advance payment for which you have not rendered any service.

    @JioCare Kiya faida ?; How many times should I give you? U can't access my location? Whenever I've no recharge plan ur represents call repeatedly and made me mad. But I've an issues with ur network, then there is no one or no help. This is your system. The scenario.
