    Facing issues with my 5G network since morning. When I dm jiocare in X about this they told me to use 4G. Why should I do a extra recharge for 4G data while I have already recharged for a unlimited 5G plan. Very much poor customer support experience.@reliancejio @JioCare

    My service request no. SR0000366TGZ. Please take action against the Vasai JioFiber team. They keep putting my request on hold and rescheduling it without calling or informing me. I have to contact them every time just to know the status. Very disappointing service. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how does this make sense? If I try to get a new connection, your team calls instantly and is ready to install within 1 hour. But for a relocation, I’ve been waiting for weeks. Why are existing customers treated like this ? Fix this! 😡

    Dear @JioCare, @TRAI My No- 9110101453 has been facing an issue for the last 1 month. My daily data gets exhausted by afternoon even when there is very little/no usage. Pls Check & resolve this issue at the earliest. Otherwise, I will be forced to port this No. to @airtelindia
