@JioCare DM is not opening. Jio 395 Rs plan gets refunded in Delhi ( PIN 110059 ) when recharged by retailers. Why ? For the last 6 months it gets refunded for 15 to 20 times and then recharges successfully. Costomer care says nothing wrong with this plan. Why we face this problem ?

@JioCare @reliancejio it's been a month since we purchased Business fiber, and our Office 365 service is not yet activated. It took 10 Email Reminders to answer our complaint over email. I have started recommending others not to use your services. @VasudevGlobal

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare For the past 3 days, I have been asking countless times to cancel the order and refund the money for order ID: NO0000O91N4J. You kept putting me on-hold for no reason. If I don’t get my money back by today EOD, tomorrow I’m moving to consumers court :)
