    @JioCare Internet speed is very slow some time daily , even jio apps doesn't open at that time . Many time a complaint to your customer care they always says ( many your work at that time ) It's not my problem I pay you Huge money so it's your first priority to give services

    @JioCare Still speed is 3 kb/s. People are watching the poor service of Jio. Fraud company ever. On the name of speed in Mb/s providing 0.19 kb/s speed. Shame on jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare It is not provided on jio TV app. Please don't make wrong statement. You also offered free channels in the post paid jio Fibre which i availed. Then DD sport is part of that. It is deficiency of service on your part of not allowing to watch DD sports on match time.

    @JioCare I have been applying for Jio Fiber since last 2 years but I have not received any revert yet from Jio. I stay in a core residential area of Navi Mumbai still can't get the service.

    @JioCare we have issue with network. Since last two years we have poor network connection and very poor range we can not even talk on mobile phone in our House. Coordinates as below 18.7863364, 75.8530466

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Goodbye to jio broadband connection for non providing the speed paid for300mbps and not clearing the complains by providing speed below 50 mbps showing loot of customer so in future no recharge on +911913552655. Shame for this loot by Ambanis. Now airtel

    @JioCare I am Canada and not able to connect to any network tried both BELL and TELUS. I want to opt for a pay as you go plan but somehow the network doesn't seem to work. Can someone help?

    @guitaristujjwal I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
