Jaskaran SINGH (@JaskaranSI8926) reported@JioCare i m stuck wid damaged sim outside india, as soon as i land in india, 1st thing i wl do is port to airtel/voda. I send an email for help, i get reply after 24 hours asking stupid things, i reply within 15 mins, nd next reply is again aftr 24hrs. Small issue, been weeks :)

Eskimo (@_eskimo8) reported@JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

These ‘temporary issues’ are happening quite frequently without any logical reasoning. It’s a shame that a company like @reliancejio cannot manage its services inline with global players.
