    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    Your support flow is completely broken @JioCare . In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled. Worst.
