@JioCare This isn’t good as the new postpaid users get 199 plan which has Tv & Laptop but Since I’m old user i’m getting the mobile version that lowered to 149. This is unfair practice. When asked Support they said i have to switch to prepaid then back to post to get this offer.

@JioCare I have lost my phone and the JIO sim in it. I have been to 3 different JIO stores but I am unable to get a sim replacement because of the agent's app backend issue. I have tried customer care, email, bot chats but no help until now. Please help!

@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10263698028014 is faulty. Always there is trouble in connevtivity and says some junction box is not working. If this is the case, we will shift to @reliancejio Fiber Net.
