    @Anshuma40208584 @JioCare @airtelindia Bhai, The situation is exactly the same here. Very poor Jio signal and pathetic internet connectivity in Lucknow, the capital city of UP. I also raised a complaint last week, but unfortunately, it was all in vain. If this continues, customers will have no reason to stay with Jio.

    1/1 @JioCare cc. @TRAI @DoT_India My Jio network has not been working for the last 4 hours. There are no signal bars, and I’m unable to use mobile internet or make calls.     @JioCare Impossible to reach the call center agent They’ve deployed a voice bot which is good for nothing just like their service team They’ve all the time to call and take advance money for relocation but can’t call - #terribleservice

    @JioCare All I want is to **discontinue my connection and close my JioFiber service**. After experiencing such pathetic service, I have decided that I do not want to continue with Jio. Please stop making this unnecessarily complicated and process my disconnection request immediately.

    How to surrender and get refund or the 3 days old jio wifi connection @JioCare . Its not working properly 2 visits and 3 call supports done in last 3 days but finally its not working. Connection taken 3 days back. Worst service
