    Hi @JioCare, I cancelled my JioFiber booking on 28th May because your team informed me that installation was not possible due to technical issues from Jio's side. Today is 11th July, and after 1.5 months, I still haven't received my refund.

    Day 7 of total Jio Fiber blackout in Vile Parle East. @JioCare hiding behind scripts while businesses bleed. As per TRAI rules,demand immediate rebate for lost days. Need a definitive resumption date now or this escalates to the Nodal Officer & Consumer Forum. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare The problem is inside the home. Water is coming from wire and now sparks are coming out and it the wire and router has burnt and now we are calling in jio service than no one is coming they are only giving excuses that they will come. We have called them many times.

    @JioCare Every time I call, the IVR just says "order is on hold" with zero explanation. Customer care is unreachable, and Iā€™m stuck in limbo because you have my money. Is this standard customer service now? Please look into this immediately.

    Dear @JioCare your network quality is very poor in my area. 5G is almost never available, so my daily 2 GB of 4G data gets exhausted quickly. Please improve your network or provide additional 4G data . Otherwise, I'll have to port my number to another network.

    Pathetic service #jio #jionet #internet .. my internet is down from2 days.. delay reason is bad weather conditions though it's very normal in here. People moving on streets.. children playing.. seems we still living in Covid era for jio.. @JioCare @reliancejio
