    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio jiocare Jio Fiber harassing through poor service. Internet connectivity down since last week. Repeated complaints not being responded to. Messages say engineer visit is scheduled and then the visit is abruptly put on hold.

    @reliancejio I am not getting refund from Jio as they fail to install internet. Keep telling me to wait. Its been 2 weeks since cancellation. Who to reach out to. Social media or Media or should i make instragram post to get attention.They are going to reply same. “Wait few days”

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I had registered a service request and u tagged it 'solved/closed' but the issue still remains. I'm tagging you from days awaiting for reply but no service is being provided by you. I'm totally unsatisfied with this behaviour. Maybe @JioCare blocks its customers?

    @JioCare 1gbps plan, speeds don't go above 200mbps. Service engineer visited, couldn't solve it. helpline says on the system it looks fine, but in reality the speeds are low what to do? I have urgent data to upload for an enterprise client.

    @JioCare Service ID - 778730161297 Complain ID - ES000002C71D. Leased Line having PING and packet drop issue for 8 days now, not getting solved by sending emails to businesscare or calling my relationship manager, Mr. Palash Das, at kolkata. Better service is expected
