  @JioCare Lies, lies, lies. Repeating a lie doesn't make it the truth. Basically you haven't sent one person to check in 4 days and to avoid responsibility Jio is shifting the blame to non-existent cable operators. I REPEAT....THE PROBLEM IS INTERNAL!!!!

  15+ days. No resolution despite repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups. Only bot replies and false assurances. I've now filed a formal complaint with @jagograhakjago (Docket No. 9765478). @JioCare @reliancejio, I hope this finally gets resolved.
