  Hi @JioCare, my router frequently restarts & turns RED between 6PM-10PM. Technician visited but refused replacement saying router must be "fully dead". Why should I suffer from faulty hardware? Issue is continuous. Initiate a FREE OF COST router replacement immediately!

  @JioCare from past many days I am getting telemarketing calls especially from @Bajaj_Finserv agents using 10 digit regular mobile number any number of complaints are not resolving it I get almost 10-12 calls a day . It is very annoying and disturbing to my office work kindly take note and act strictly against the complaint raised on your MyJio app @TRAI

  @JioCare is getting worst . I had complained about wifi issue and wifi was having less speed. The man came from jio and made it more worst ,that my wifi totally stopped working and now I rescheduled it but they are just wasting my time. Resolve my issue.@reliancejio @jio_fiber
