  Day 8 of trying to get my eSIM activated, and still absolutely no hlp frm Jio. The customer service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ll keep posting about this every day until Jio finally fix my issue @JioCare @reliancejio — he is it this difficult to provider basic support

  @poteto @ChinuKabi there is a problem with @reliancejio. grok bot is not working when i connect my mac to jio hotspot or now the android app.

  Your support flow is completely broken @JioCare . In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled. Worst.

  @JioCare @reliancejio team it's going to be a week tomorrow after the issue started, still no respite. Is there a lack of service engineers on the ground in Chennai ? How much longer are we supposed to wait for ?

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio All connections are same good till you buy. Now I don't have a way to surrender my connection. There is a whatsapp number where I message Call Me I get a callback from the support real person.

  @JioCare @reliancejio applied for new a wifi connection and made payment of rs900on 27 Aug 26 and still not able to get it install when tried to connect with customer care they just say wait for next 24 hrs each time. Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.

  @JioCare What the irresponsible system u have to solve the issues,i should raise complaint and wait fews days to get back the connection,u simply reply with automated message no engineer available or no slots available,if u don't have sufficient engineers why r u providing service
