    @JioCare Can you please clarify on "at the earliest", is it 1 day or 1 week or 1 year? Its very common reply and no timeline defined. Give me exact time in which this issue will resolve.

    @JioCare I have already recharged with rs699 plan (during extended period of jio fibre). As quota for first additional month over, the recharge should have taken effect now. Now there is no internet in my jio fibre Jiofibre +911179654121 Ensure Problem is solved immediately

    @Jr_Abhishek15 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare Have spoken through DM and also email & call and yet not a single response with regards to a resolution. This is getting ridiculous now. Third day without internet. How do people work from home? Why is the service so lax? Pls assist immediately
