    The internet in my area is so unstable and not only my mobile internet but also the wifi here, I contacted the customer care once for another issue so when I asked him about ping and unstability of the internet it was ignored @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare i have scheduled an appointment on 31st August for relocating my existing Jiofiber connection. Despite accepting our request no one has visited so far or made a all to us for the request.. I was keep trying to connect with you're customer care which seems never exist before,A pathetic experience from Jio.

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    Installed new Jio AirFiber connection today And the settop box and Remote are provided in used condition and the remote is not working at all. Please take action @reliancejio @JioCare all the buttons are not working and is damaged
