  @JioCare I purchased the 100 Mbps plan and activated it successfully. I also received the confirmation message. However, my internet speed is still around 30 Mbps. I have already restarted the router, but there has been no improvement. Please check and resolve the issue.

  Absolute **** service for long time customer from @reliancejio fiber. Qt every Friday they disconnect my unlimited yearly plan only to resume from Monday. Absolute robbery, I want to figure out how to register a complaint now in consumer care against them at this point.

  @JioCare I'm facing a network error where I'm unable to use the internet on 5g even though I have an active 5g plan which covers unlimited 5g data usage. Secondly it runs on 4g and even on 4g unable to do a single google search

  @JioCare @reliancejio there is no internet connectivity for past 3 hours and there is no update on the complaint if it is going to resolved or not. there is no human agent connectivity on customer care number. You have horrible support
