    @jiocare @airtelindia now I am planning to switch to Airtel fiber, as I am so disappointed with jio customer service. My jio fiber is not working form 24th July 2022, hope Airtel will give better service.

    @reliancejio #JioFiber @JioCare Worst service ever seen in my life ! Its been a month since i have raised an termination request for Jio Fiber connection. I haven't received any updates on termination status. I'm definitely not going to use your service next time .

    @JioCare Since 21st July JIO care is only asking for paitence and association. I have subscribed this service to get professional service and support. I have lost 5days of my monthly pack so far within a month. Next pack is due very soon will I get service without payment?

    @JioCare unable to access internet for last two days..91-7662355754 Worst part even Jio mobile is working at pathetic speed... Complaints not being registered citing technical reasons . Kindly ensure connection and internet is accessible...

    @JioCare Improve after service and support ! My JIO fiber service is down for 6 days in last 2 weeks. Paid for 30days pack and used only 24days so far. How will I get compensated?

    @reliancejio trying to reach your team in every possible way. In Europe & out of nowhere network of jio vanishes after a week. No bars at all. Got a recharge done too. Can someone reach out to me pls!!!!
