Vikas Singh (@vikas14d) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Shraddha, please read the issue carefully. The engineer HAS reached multiple times, but the material/Odu is NOT WHITELISTED in your system. Rescheduling visits won't help if the backend isn't updated. Escalate to the provisioning team to whitelist it. Stop the generic replies!

Press this, press that.. and then disconnect. Are they afraid of customers and his anger for not providing services?
