    Dear @JioCare, Internet connectivity is extremely poor at 26.045048, 86.266589 in Darbhanga district, Bihar. Data speeds are very low, making it difficult to use online services and work efficiently. Kindly conduct a network survey and improve coverage and internet speed asap.

    Paid for my JioFiber connection, but it's still not installed. No one is answering my calls or providing any update. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. Please resolve this at the earliest. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare. Every month I'm facing internet issues. For the last 2–3 days, the connection has been extremely poor, and at times there's no internet at all. A technician visit was promised, but nobody came. Please resolve this permanently

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network at Noida Sector 135 is very poor. Calling cut in between, No 5G coverage even i dont know 4G is also working or not. I dont know you just increase cost day by day but not increasing sufficient network covrage to person associated.

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00002MKOPC Ticket raised for Broadband down. Technician rescheduled without confirmation. No response from technician. Canned replies from helpdesk. 12 hours plus my Broadband is down.
