Can anyone tell me why it was closed in the first place when no resolution was provided for customer complaint. It's a suomoto closure by Jio. This shows how customer centric Reliance Jio is.

Wow!!what a service jio is providing to their old costumers but unfortunately it is not applicabke for new users. For new connection person is available at your door step and giving multiple calls
