    Not even 24 hours post the fix, internet stopped working again. @JioCare @reliancejio Nobody picks up the call, the bot automatically reserves a next day appointment, no human to speak to. Getting a new connection, @JioCare please accept this as a formal cancellation request.

    @JioCare Yeah I read it and from that it seems that either you folks: 1. DID NOT READ my messages clearly. 2. Didn't understand the issue at all. 3. Have no inclination to get this issue sorted. So, I guess I should discontinue ny services with you once my current plan ends.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic level of service from your team and customer care. They aren't resolcinythe problem and when will call to complain they disconnect the call. Your team is not competent enough to resolve the issue instead they just give lame reasons

    @JioCare I went to service center, since the sales person converted the amount into coupon, im not getting refund. This is what the service center informed. Can you look into what is taking time? Let me know the actual reason?

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR
