Priyam Suri (@priyam_suri) reported@JioCare No technician has visited till now. Last Monday a technician visited from Jio who told us to switch Jio fiber into airtel / any other local provider and after that daily Wifi disconnects and then comes back automatically. Still facing the same issue.

The Jio app offers no options to resolve issues. Recharge costs are exorbitant, and there are no offers available; there is no one to provide guidance.
