    @JioCare I have recharged my Jio number but thats not reflecting. The payment from my account was deducted. The chat on the app isn't useful and the call centre number ( 1800-889-9999) mentioned is not valid. Can someone help on priority?

    @reliancejio what's your network...dammmm not working...any website... speed 10kb is this 2g network. My village jio speed 10kb ..what a cheating with customers..4g price but speed like 2g ... When jio launch 5g maximum speed 30kb.... what a business ambani sir...our money Weast.

    @npr_ed Anybody facing the issue with changing password from Myjio app? Is your mobile able to scan the connected devices? @JioCare @reliancejio I complained regarding this issue on 20 th January, have received no solution but only a new request for sharing screenshot

    @reliancejio your fibre services are down for over 24 hours now. There is no message from your side regarding this nor have you informed by when the services will resume.

    @JioCare on each successive day I am receiving same notifications on my personal email for unknown mobile numbers. Very unfortunate for me as a jio customer......!
