  @JioCare ,You keep asking customers to DM you, but you never respond. I've sent multiple DMs and haven't received a single reply. Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?

  @JioCare Even after reporting the exact location in Vasai West this morning, there is still no Jio network. No response, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Visit the area and check the ground reality instead of ignoring customers. Time to port to another network #Jio #VasaiWest
