    @JioCare @JioCare The technician has still not arrived despite a confirmed schedule. My JioFiber has been down since 21 April, and now even the assigned visit has been missed. This is complete negligence and a clear failure to meet your commitment.

    @JioCare I have never seen this much worst customer service among all the service providers, Jio customer care is nothing but a bot, Jio Agents are nothing but fraudsters and Jiocare is nothing but farse !

    @reliancejio @JioCare Shraddha, please read the issue carefully. The engineer HAS reached multiple times, but the material/Odu is NOT WHITELISTED in your system. Rescheduling visits won't help if the backend isn't updated. Escalate to the provisioning team to whitelist it. Stop the generic replies!

    @JioCare Another day has passed without any successful resolution @_MukeshAmbani . I am unable to understand if this is so difficult task for your team to refund my booking and security amount when I am not availing the services. Do you do this with all your clients??

    @JioCare I have tweeted this same issue last month @JioCare , and I didn't get any refund for the number of days for which JioFiber was down. Resolve this issue ASAP or I'm discontinuing the JioFiber, no point in having a service that doesn't work😠

    🚨 🚨 @JioCare more than 20hr gone but no resolution is given to me on you @jio_fiber complaint I have raised complaint on 22 April at 9 o clock at morning engineer visit and said their is an outage problem and we will resolve it in 1 or 2 hr but. They put my complaint ON HOLD

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst, ***hole, money minded. if you call on toll free number to speak to customer care person, they keeps you circling in their Menus only. Press this, press that.. and then disconnect. Are they afraid of customers and his anger for not providing services?

    @JioCare If you can send a technician to help fix the router, then it is fine. I am definitely going to remove the connection within 2 days and will not recommend anyone to install jio fiber

    No refund for over a month, and I keep getting the same canned reply every time. Why should I have to wait for my refund until you find a 100 Mbps customer? @JioCare @reliancejio #JIOSCAM #SCAM
