    @JioCare @JioCare At every step you guys are charging money (5+ month service left and ₹2200 paid over and above), but I still didn’t get the connection I paid for. It is very frustrating that no customer care is able to help. What kind of scam is this? Who is responsible?

    @JioCare @reliancejio And even with airfiber aswell. 1000gb monthly which if completed 50%. Which was never happened since 1 year

    @JioCare Repeated service interruptions on Jio AirFiber are unacceptable. Continuous connectivity issues are causing unnecessary inconvenience and raising serious concerns about service quality. I request an immediate investigation, a clear explanation, and a permanent fix.

    @JioCare Bhavana, Priyanka, kavita at times i can tell you guys are not sure of resolution of my refund issue, is that y when I request to give me no. of days no one reply back? Pls get this refund issue fixed ASAP in couple of days 🙏🙏

    @JioCare Absolutely pathetic service! My JioFiber (Order: NO0001EVS71C) was activated without installation and without sharing the completion OTP..Refund my ₹2,221.46 immediately or I'll escalate this to and the Consumer Commission. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our JioFiber in Ahmedabad has been down for over 1 month. Multiple complaints and service requests have been raised, but every time we're promised a technician visit and no one comes. We've paid for the service but received nothing. Resolve this immediately.
