    @JioCare Hello Jio, my internet is not working since 20 July 2022, and when I complained on the jio number, they registered my complaint and told me an engineer will come and resolve the issue at 7pm (20 July 2022), but no one came or no call from anybody after that,

    Its merely shame for @JioCare had enough. Neither i am getting service nor you are disconnecting jio fibre. Everyday i get a call from your call centre asking the same question. Your engineer never visited. I am going to consumer court for harassment.

    @JioCare 30hrs to attend a fault? And you ask me to keep paitence and co-operate? Service schedule has changed 3rd time in last 30hrs.

    @TRAI what is the punishment given if any operator fails to give service after 10 days @JioCare Keep on complaining but no solution got to spend extra to install another operator fiber i.e airtel. But who is responsible for harassment and loss. Kindly take action TRAI
