many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@JioCare I have already given all these documents in the month of september 2020 to an agent of a jio care who work to issue sim but till now i have not received that sim. I belong from ara bhojpur 802301 bihar and the care people here are irresponsible,don't pay much attention to things

I am facing the worst Customer service from #Jio. I want to buy the Dongle but jio store didn't have any stock, @Jio store is always closed, No one is picking the call. I think it's time to searching another option now !!! Worst service @JioCare

@akhilagarwal96 Even I was upset with their services and plus their customer support team are worst. They don't bother about their customers. So I ported out to Jio. If you are planning to port out try Jio once you won't get disappointed. @JioCare will help you out
