    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio
