    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

Your internet service is very worst and very slow poor in the world. So I switched to another service provider. I am user of jio family of 13 years but I am still not able to connect with them.

    @JioCare Jio claims to be India's fastest 5G network, but the 5G service in Kharagpur, Jaunpur (PIN 222203), Uttar Pradesh is extremely poor. Frequent switching between 4G and 5G, very slow internet speeds, and unstable connectivity. Kindly investigate and improve the network.

    Hey @JioCare I have raised a bill revalidation request on 25th May with promised SR closure date of May 27, 9:57 AM. It is still open. SR# SR000036OC5B I’m constantly calling your phone support on a daily basis following up with absolutely no resolution or clear timeline of the SR closure. No communication is initiated from your team. Just false promises that SR will be resolved “today” whenever I call. Bill is due today. I’m not bearing the overdue charges or face suspension of my numbers given it’s a failure at @JioCare end to provide me with a revised bill on time. Please take care of your backend mess at the earliest. @reliancejio
