Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

I'm receiving calls from your call centres assuring me that the engineer is on his way but no one has bothered to turn up. The time slots are being reassigned on their own and still not being honoured.

No idea when they'll fix it. Plus, most of the time, I can't hear or the other person can't hear me on calls.
