Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

Dear @BBMPCOMM the roads were dugout at multiple places in Indiranagar for laying #RelianceJio OFC cables. At some places the debris are lying as is since last 4+ weeks without getting replaced by iron covers. The mud and debris clogging the rain water drainage. Pls help.

@JioCare I am getting messages to recharge my Jio Fiber account even after recharging it last night. I am not able to use internet as it says that my plan is expired. It wanted me to check in 2 hours last night and again when we called this afternoon. The service is not yet up.
