None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

No proper updates, no accountability, and customers are left without service. If this is not restored immediately, I'll be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and the telecom regulator.

Getting a new connection, @JioCare please accept this as a formal cancellation request.
