    @JioCare @JioCare this is very pathetic copy pasting same template & not processing customer need earlier you guys asked money for picking device & rescheduled the pick up of device 15 times & now post submitting device my self at jio care it's already a month & have not recived refund

    @JioCare As per the customer care no deposit was collected , then this creates how come 3 month offer collect 4536.54 ₹, such a lie in all the steps where is my 1 month joining offer , how come a prepaid be considered as post paid , I have paid the deposit amount .

    Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

    @JioCare your guys sent a message for feedback and I have reported the same issue to improve indoor signal strength in the Bangalore city proper and you guys can’t even do that, I don’t see any reason why not to port for other connection for a better services and connection!

    @JioCare Sent you a DM, now please help out. ur agent promised 48 hrs installation time after which i agreed & paid 1500 on 11th, after which he is not picking the call or call back. cust care is also poor as agent put me on hold for 10 min and disconnected the call. u need recording?

    @JioCare The customer care called to enquiry about the issue and cut the call as she too was not aware or justify the amount collected saying prepaid .. confusion with postpaid and also 1 month offer

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried porting my number 7558861466 from @reliancejio to Airtel. Now i am getting signal in the airtel sim, the airtel agent write me activation OTP in a paper but i lost it . They given their number as alternative number. So i am unable to receive

    @JioCare @JioCare this is very bad where you are making customer await for more than 20 days post cancellation of service without any update and later no resolution 1st to pick up device there was money asked Later postsubmitted device at jio Centre & not yet received the refund

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    Jio outgoing not working, customer care has only automated chat messages, huge issues in data calculation suddenly data drops to zero. No customer car only automated IVR so keep dialing numbers finally disconnect. No regulatory audit, no check from govt @reliancejio,@TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup My Jio fibre connection is not working and yesterday evening I raised a service request but till time no response. I called helpline they are only rescheduling the visit. SR000019B0XP & SR000019C2OU More than 48hrs no resolution.

    @JioCare Service team came, worked on the junction box for 5 minutes and link came up. Still #unhappy because 1. It took more than 24 hours to rectify the fault. 2. The fault itself arose because Jio personnel worked on the junction box and left after making the link down. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Jio takes money for 4g internet but gives speed in 8-10kbs only. It's becoming so much difficult that I am facing many problems in online studies. It's your duty to satisfy your customers. What has happened to jio service? Is it only to give ads and betray customers?

    @JioCare No pl u don't understand. It's more than 4 days. This so pathetic..it's a herculean to reach out for helf for jio fibre. Have lost all faith in ur services. It's a time to swithc over to other service providers.
