    @JioCare In my area i don't get proper jio network. Several time I raised issue to customer care. But it's no use. Now I stopped using jio and also stopped recharging to my jio number.

    Worst support from @reliancejio Fiber in Bangalore, my connection is not working from past 5 days and they are not responding for calls and they are saying technical team is not available to attend issue. Don't know how @JioCare is providing connections with out proper support.

    Just over a minute video, trying to post on Twitter from 8:15... Network just sucks. Both @JioCare & @Airtel_Presence Just advertisements are not enough. Battery was at 60% now down to 22... Just a short video...

    @JioCare i am having issues to recharge on my jio no. I am selecting correct amount which shows on my jio app. Still every time is staying " salect correct amount this is not compatible in your no." Please give me a meaningful solution.

    @reliancejio you are one of the giants in Indian telecom but you don't have proper network just 80kms from Bangalore near Shivagange hills, @Airtel_Presence is doing a better job there...but data speed sucks from both the players...

    @TRAI @JioCare #jio capping upload speeds to 10% of plan illegally. When I raise a complaint, I am asked to upgrade to higher value plans. Totally unethical practices! Planning to migrate to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Thanks for ur concern and quick response. Hope the matter will be solved tomoro. My only issue is, if ur engineers cant visit due to their pre-occupation, how come they put the remark that customer requested for postponement? Did they ever inform me abt their intention to visit?!

    @reliancejio pls let me know who 2 escalate jio issues - @JioCare & email support & even jio appelate authority is not helping - all say there is noone they can connect me to for escalation due 2 Covid 19. This is a lame excuse when we are back 2 normal everywhere #jiocaresucks

    @JioCare Are you an idiot? The due date was yesterday and the erroneous charges have already been deducted through autopay. Check the screenshot attached. Which means @reliancejio charged me twice for previous month additionally charged me Rs 100 for non payment of previous month #fraud

    @JioCare I had surrendered my jio fibre connection last month when there was network issue and your engineer told me to cancel the connection and I will get a full refund of Rs 2500.

    Need help @JioCare After the recent update long standing sound issue was fixed as it was too low before. Now the issue is voice is too loud that it cracks. For first words someone speaks if its loud then cracked voice comes. It's a new problem never occurred before.
