    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @reliancejio Set your customer care right before opening more and more locations. Your policies are bad . Your customer care team are useless who dont even understand the problem and give scripted answers

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service from #Jio I visited Masoodpur & Saket Jio stores in New Delhi twice in the last week for a duplicate SIM (lost SIM issue). I had to manage my office work to visit both stores, yet no resolution.

    Called @JioCare and the concerned tried to connect to the network team twice, but couldn't. Assured a call back, again no action. Tried porting, generated UPC. A lady called requested to hold t porting and assured the solution. Again no action over a long time. Fake commitment?
