    @reliancejio Such a pathetic service! Followed steps as mentioned in the guide in your website to activate esim, but you guys deactivated my physical sim without sending activation code. Now i have to visit store itseems

    Reliance Communication didn't pay to contractors n bankers. This was taken over by @reliancejio. Now elder brother Mukesh Ambani also it seems follows the same dictum. "If we pay the money what is left to us". They don't mind their poor contractors becoming bankrupt.

    @reliancejio @JioCare , i visited Nearest Jio store, they told me to visit relaince digital , but teliance digital is closed because of 144 section may be , kindly help me with duplicate sim please , please dont make things complicated for customer!

    @JioCare @reliancejio how to setup NAS on jioFiber. FTP access is disabled when you login to router console. Pls advise solution other than Jio home app.

    @JioCare You people didn't care for the customer at all. But need crores of rupees from the same customers across the country. If we miss or delay for one minute Jio recharge Validity closes automatically. But when it comes to Customer support not happening like that.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I heard after 3 long days of struggle , today ticket has been raised for my issue. Please let me know how are you going to solve the issue? would you send activation code to my alternate number? or reactivate my existing physical sim?

    @JioCare why is it that every time I call at fiber complaint number, the computer says it's a wrong number. And after trying for 15-20 times, the call connects. What the hell is wrong with you guys

    @JioCare please refund my jiofiber connection. I have called jiofiber customer care no many times but every time they tell me that my device will be picked within 48 hours .But no one came. I complained atleast 10 times. Although my internet connection was cut earlier.

    @JioCare recently took Jio fiber connection in Hyderabad.i must say it has been a very bad experience.the customer service is worst and the hardware and internet speed is pathetic.the 5g connection keeps timing out and the TV and internet goes for a toss…pls help in canceling it

    @JioCare I request to all don't buy Jio fibre,after 6 days doing payment of ₹1500 and do all document verification no one is came to install my Jio fibre. This is a wrost service I ever seen. Day by day they extended my schedule and making false promises. Don't buy go for Airtel

    @JioCare I have shifted from Ghatkopar to vikhroli and want to activate jio fiber. Have been trying to contact customer service but I am not able to connect and the person responsible for this area isn’t really responding. How do I get it activated?
