@reliancejio 2 GB no use , even if it's 3 GB no use. Because of poor data speed in most areas, not even loading google page sometimes is your so called world largest 4G network is a totall mess.

@JioCare ,it is 3rd time in 4 days. I gave all details im DM. Don't ask me again. As soon as I reached home from office i observed this issue. There is full signal at devarabeesanahalli fly over. But there is no service at 4th cross. Yesterday issue got resolved at 8PM.

@JioCare The issue has been fixed, it was a planned downtime but surprisingly it was not communicated proactively and even reactively by the customer care team when called. The downtime was across the region should have been communicated.

@reliancejio Jio mobile signal is very very low in Thenneri Village of Kanchipuram District from Tamil Nadu. Hope to get good signal atleast in new year 2023. If not rectified, a campaign against @reliancejio will be made and search for alternate connection says local villagers.
