This is frequently occurring issue with Airtel. My colleagues with Jio sim are not facing these issues. @JioCare , would be happy to port my number from Airtel to Jio.

@PunitUp16 @JioCare @reliancejio Facing same issue. When I ask to check, they registered a complain. After some days, they resolved that complain by saying they will take necessary actions to upgrade coverage on area. But don’t know when they will do?

@JioCare Ctnd..is pending. It’s been almost 4-5 days over. No 1 is assigned for device pickup. It’s really not gd whn customer is requesting fr urgent pickup for some emergency but you people never bother about it.I made it clear that I’m moving out of city.Escalate this for device pickup

@reliancejio Who will help it out for me. I applied for a corporate porting from Airtel to JIO. jio sent 1 person and he collected all documents several times,no clarity to that guy. After 1 month status is rejected reason: Mismatch in document.

@JioCare Ma'am thats what we are telling u.There is no such pack to just keep the service going.The packs available are only unlimited pack. We can't do a top-up recharge or only data recharge. Minimum we have to recharge unlimited pack for a month. U are losing customers because of this.

@bsanirudh97 @reliancejio As far as I know, If you are using Xiaomi phones. Your file manager is included FTP support in default. Otherwise, you need to download FTP supported file manager on PlayStore.
