Worst service ever by @JioCare @reliancejio. They don't pick up devices over multiple days after service request. Rarely register un-installation request and when they do their engineer doesn't come. #consumer harrasment. They eat up device security from consumer @jagograhakjago

Wanted a Jio Sim Card. Placed an order for it twice from the website. But it seems like @reliancejio is generating so much business that they're not interested in having more customers in their network.

@JioCare I have no internet service since yesterday. My Jio fibre ID is 400126779022. Your customer support and chat box is not responding. Please resolve the issue at once or send a technician. This is a regular issue with Jio. Please reimburse the fee for every day of no service by you.

@reliancejio The new recharge in queue so it will be activated when earlier recharge will be over. @JioCare team please stop making fool to customer. Your team told that 555 can't be returned back and for calling I need to make other recharge. How will I make call now?
