    At which speed @reliancejio increasing subscriber at same speed network issue increasing. Please look into it else people having lots of other options also. Please don't ask DM your issue, address state etc....

    @JioCare I am facing network issue and slow internet speed in my area. I have tried to contact the customer care from the my jio app and they just didn't even try to fix the issue. Pay for 4G and not even getting 3g speed. Most of the time there is heavy load on the tower.

    @reliancejio Why you are providing such a poor internet speed in kanpur ,chhapeda chauraha area ?? This is continue at least from last 15 days . If u cant provide speed of 4g net so why are u charging the rate of 4g. I am literally frustated . Do not use jio who r nearby

    @JioCare My jio fiber net is down for last 10 days. If you can't provide the service, please don't take up new connection.. service is bad in 560064npincode. No technician or engineer visited from last 15 days. Tickets are closed with resolving

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @JioCare you are alwaya saying this word but why you are not taking any action for low internet connectivity issue regarding you are giving very bad network across the Gujarat.

    If something exist as poorest network ever it should JIO as i cannot make calls , surf internet, or even messages and the bonus prt is i cannot contact the consumer care services , hats off to the 5g power when you cannot use "JIO ALWAYS SUCKS ". @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have raised the concern yesterday on twitter but no solution has been done till now. First at least improve your customer care services.Every time i called the team they always say its in process,is this is the way you deal with your customers @JioCare
