    Dear @JioCare, Extremely disappointed with the poor service of #JioAirFiber. My internet has been down for the last 2 days. Every time I try to contact customer care, I only receive an automated response saying the issue will be resolved within 4 hours, followed by the same SMS.

    @JioCare On standby my phone shows VoNR, but whenever I make or receive a call, it switches to VoLTE. After the call ends, it automatically switches back to VoNR. This doesn't seem to be working as expected. Please register a complaint and investigate the issue. @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I understand you never improve their network and services in my area because I have raised so many complaints about jio mobile network but the registered as my complain jio fibre services in my area whenever power shutdown the network is also shut down.

    @JioCare How can you mark the service request SR00003BD175 as resolved when the issue is not resolved. I still haven’t got an engineer to check on it and Iam still without internet for 3 consecutive days. What a waste of time writing to you guys here.
