Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake. Why are we paying money for the days that we don't get the services. Everywhere they want to save costs and inform that it is written in the contract. 1413599686

I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.
