I've contacted support multiple times, but no one has been able to fix it. I urgently need this number to receive OTPs for banking.

It’s frustrating to be paying for a service that I can’t even use.

Jio says sim has been disconnected and airtel says it is still in jio. No one is taking responsibility and just passing it to the other. It has been 7 days

Reopening the service request without resolving it does not address the grievance. Kindly provide a final written resolution. @TRAI
