@JioCare I have done MNP of my @vodafone to @reliancejio then I transferred my prepaid to postpaid. want information on intnl roaming & for that I am continously calling customer care but no one knows anything there & they r just put me waiting for 30 minutes & then disconnection

@JioCare well well well it's look like jio on the verge of loosing it's customers,In my area signal strength is so poor that you can't even talk even when you on the roof as well... 110042 pin ,so please correct your strength or loose your Many customers in our Society

@reliancejio why fiber is not available in Ahmedabad city? 380050 pin code is not available from 1 year. What does coming soon means? I know local cable operators are not allowing but you should raise complaint.

@JioCare Hello guys, whoever is reading this. I had a grievance & they told it will resolved as soon as possible and from that time it already completed 2.5 months.. worst service. Guys do not fall into trap of Jio Fiber they will make you frustrated and harass u like anything

@JioCare there is no way to generate SR though your system which SYSTEMATICALLY avoids a SR. I’ve paid for 6 months in advance and nobody to listen to my complaint for Jio Fiber. Anyone listening?
