    @reliancejio This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects the pathetic level of service from Jio AirFiber. It has been 8 days since I placed the request, yet no one has visited to install the AirFiber connection or even bothered to call me.

    @JioCare @JioCare Been 3hrs now... Called your customer care multiple times and each time they say technical team is not picking. Not sure what sort of technical team you have. You also are staying silent what on earth is this service.

    Borivali's jio fibre @JioCare is the number one corrupt one they ask for extra money and when not given they will just forward our services every other day if the service is so worse in city like mumbai I don't know what will jio provide in future to other cities @reliancejio

    @JioCare Absolutely worst-in-class service and pathetic customer support from @jio_fiber. Raised a complaint and complete silence—zero response, zero support. It’s like customer service doesn't even exist here. A total joke of experience. 🤮😡

    There is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This isn’t the first time! My TV supports only 2.4GHz, but your router sends 5GHz. I also have Airtel postpaid. Please fix this permanently, or I’ll switch to @JioCare .

    @JioCare Just spoke to the service engineer. His duty hours are 9 AM–6 PM. Then how can assign a service visit for 10 PM? Are these fake time slots just to fool customers and close complaints? This is not customer service.
