Another day another case of pathetic customer service by @reliancejio. It's been 4-5 days and my fiber still hasn't been repaired. I'm currently doing work from home and I've been without internet for 4-5 days because your company doesn't care. My SR000018ZGK7 is still pending.

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm trying to call @AxisBank customer care from my jio nmbr from yesterday but evey time saying route is busy at this moment.. I tried from 2,3 jio nmbr but facing same problem..but from vi and airtel no such issue happened..plz look into this matter
