    @JioCare Today i got a message saying the issue is fixed, but it's not. And existing ticket is moved to resolved and there is no option to open it again. This to totally unacceptable, i do not want to raise a ticket again and the original ticket is falsely moved to resolved.

    @Hardism You simply ask the AI voice to connect support, I have done it and it works. Sure @JioCare lacks in many things but this is simply untrue that you cannot connect to human support.

    @JioCare No never for 2 days how I should remain calm actually I paid 2 months in advance and almost all of my projects are over behind due to this. Who will bear my loss did Ambani bear or what? Why still the complaint has not been raised and no tickets are too raised

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, Our JioFiber connection (+91-6226314737) has been completely down for the last 7 days. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. Adding to the frustration, your customer care team does not answer calls.
