    @JioCare It's not solution 4 g you taking money for 5g and you gave me 2 gb data limit after this speedd not working as 4 g or 5 g why I am paid for true 5 g

    @JioCare Your “non-refundable” statement does not answer my complaint. I am not cancelling on a whim: Jio failed to provide the paid service for 9 days and blocked complaint registration through its app and IVR. I reserve my right to seek refund and compensation for this deficiency.2/2

    @JioCare Stuck on the Jio Self-KYC page for a new SIM activation! Proceeded to the final payment stage, but the option to redeem a Jio Starter Pack E-Gift Card / Voucher is completely missing from the portal. Please fix this UI issue or guide me on how to redeem it.

    @JioCare My network is down ! Even after schedule engineer viist no enginner visited ! Shameful . No internet in mah house from morning.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is no longer working. Despite repeated assurances over several days, my connection is still inactive. This reflects a failure to resolve my issue within a reasonable timeframe. I have received promises but no resolution. @reliancejio (1/2)

    @reliancejio Pathetic Services without any support at my place. Seems no one is there to help us or resolve the problem. Facing problem of WiFi over a month, the problem still persists. Can you give a solution?

    The assigned engineer says he can’t take any action until the Fiber Distribution Box is replaced by Jio. He isn’t visiting the site either. I’m left without internet due to damage caused during the pole restoration. Poor service. Resolve this urgently. @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why do I recharge again when I have reacharge truly 5g unlimited plan of your network issue in the area then why again and again pay you. It's your fault you have to pay me as compensation to me from the jio site and you told me to recharge 11 rupees for data why why why ???

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio mere bhai... Why the hack my net is not working since last 10 days!??? Like it's working on 2g speed broooo whyyyyyy!? I have 5g with one year pro pack... Do you want me to switch!?? Hotspot is killing me when I'm outside of my room!
