    Jio fiber pathetic service if problem is there engineer came to home and asking for extra money everytime. If Monty give they will fixed if not and close SR and go back.please check in ground level otherwise it's a very bad reputation.@JioCare @reliancejio @abpanandatv .

By giving free they destroyed other networks & captured most of the customer's. Now whatever price they keep is the law for all... Wake up ...

    @reliancejio @JioCare : Changd my netwk operator frm X to Jio under fmily plan. The othr number workd only for one day & next day onwards it states credit limit exhausted for Pst Pd. Calg cust care person asks to wait for 48 hrs for resolution. Appellate auth of no use#jiosucks

    @JioCare I'm not parting ways. I've taken a new connection with a different name as customer care told it's not possible to change name. Now I want to disconnect old one as I'm not using it any more. Please tell the procedure
