    @JioCare I have yearly subscription for prepaid number, I got yearly subscription of jio hotstar on my phone, I have recharged my phone just before one month. Today suddenly my jio hotstar subscription was cut without any msg. No one is attending call or replying on customer care

    @JioCare for last more than 24hrs my internet is not working. Opened SR00003A5Z2T, engineer was assigned to visit on 4th jul between 1 to 2 PM. When i called engineer at 3 pm he said i dont have any SR assigned to me talk to customer care.

    @JioCare @JioCare ur customer care is pathetic. Why they rescheduled engg visit when i called them at 6pm? Where u guys sleeping and waiting for customer to call ? I canceled all my plan as engg was to visit yesterday and engg says he doesn’t know if he has been assigned SR.@DoT_India

    @JioCare Facing a complete network issue. The Jio 5G network is not working and there is no signal at all on my phone. Kindly check the issue and restore the service as soon as possible. #Jio #Jio5G #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare @nch1915 @consumercourtin Please stop shifting the burden of investigation onto me. You know which engineer was assigned to my service request—verify the facts with him. The issue is simple: the engineer refused to replace the faulty fiber cable, demanded money, and I continue to face recurring outages.
