    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @JioCare No no i don't want to bear anymore 1month is a good time for anyone to resolve the issue.if u can't do it then u should not give more connections. I will cancel it 100% and will make sure that u guys don't get any other connection in our society too.

    @nikhilchhajar @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Will not work Jio persons will say "We are here to help you". Don't get befooled. The phrase "we are here" truly meant only for their office desk. No one will listen 2 ur complaints 4 network connectivity. I am waiting for any action endlessly 4 more than 2 years. 0 network.

    @JaiswalSingla @JioCare They have the worst customer support , initially they trapped customers with instant arrangement of technicians when we took a new Jiofiber connection but now when there is a problem they didn't even assign an engineer to visit and internet is still down.

    @airtelindia Waste service, 5 days since given complaint and yet the issue hasn’t been resolved. Pathetic, really pathetic !! Wish to shift to other network. @reliancejio Can u provide any better service?
