    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am not even able to recharge. I have a myjio account lined with my number but to login it requires OTP. Since there is no service, I can't even get the OTP. Jio chat shows it isn't even a jio number. What ********?

    @JioCare Shocked to receive sms that issue is resolved still nothing 24 hours gone without checking facts how can you sent untrue info that data line is restored
