    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @JioCare Every service provider has resolved the issue only @JioCare is sleeping from yesterday, it's 11.00 am but no-one came for restoration, all local service provider restored their service yesterday and @airtelindia guys are also working since morning, only u guys have tecnical prblm

    @JioCare experiencing internet disconnection and slow speed issues from last 2-3 weeks. Ran diagnostic from JIO app multiple times. It indicates some fault in our area. Why it's not resolved yet.

    @facebook please take note of the poor quality of Jio service before investing more into @reliancejio. Very disappointed and annoyed with this service. Tried Calling, emailing customer care and also tries WhatsApp help. No use and hopeless

    Pathetic and poor like always @JioCare , my device was supposed to be picked up by 1st of March, appointment got scheduled, no one came, complained and request is raised SR00001I9LHK,appointment rescheduled for today morning, no one came,what you thimk customer have free time?
