    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my fiber has been down for a full day and the complaint has been lodged for so long still no action has been taken. The Jio Center keeps giving me new numbers to dial and request service. How pathetic can Jio fiber get!

    Since yesterday, no one has reached out or called me to resolve my problem or query. The customer service team is untraceable . IDK how can such a big data service provider have such callous after service team @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup utterly disappointed

    @JioCare Facing irregular speed issues with my jio 5G connection from past 2 days. I have 150MBPS plan yet getting speed between 30-150MBPS and thats is not constant. Jio executive saying getting 45MBPS on 150MBPS plan is normal.

    @JioCare I got a call stating JioFibre on Truecaller but no one spoke and disconnected the call and I nvr rcvd any further call. As usual Customer is the main point of Negligence for @JioCare @reliancejio
