    Shame on @JioCare. Every Sunday our JioFiber mysteriously stops working. 25+ families in our colony for over 30 days, yet you do nothing except register complaints that go nowhere. Your customer care openly says it won't be fixed on Sundays. 3rd consecutive Sunday. @reliancejio

    Need help from @GoogleIndia and @JioCare. I activated the 18-month Google AI Pro offer through my eligible Jio ₹999 plan. After just 10 days, Google emailed me saying my Google AI Pro plan had ended. However: MyJio still shows my subscription active until 3 Dec 2027.

    @JioCare I had applied for an additional set-top box for my number 5223553355 and despite being given a date and time for installation, the request is still pending. I have also tried contacting customer care multiple times, but there has been no response. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @dtac You don't need to apologise. I'm praising you. I am cursing @reliancejio @JioCare . DTAC service was very good. I will use DTAC again when I visit Thailand again.

    @JioCare I have put in my service request to get the JioFiber connection installed at my place with number 9716060564 but it isn't installed yet and no one even visited. Kindly check and get my connection installed on priority basis.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Horrible installation services in Raj Nagar, Sector-3, Ghaziabad. For the last 2 days, I have the order number ready, and a payment of Rs. 807 has been made. But you darn installation guys are not even ready to come and install.. Pathetic Delays. HELP!

    Worst service from Jio, we took 12k worth of subscription, and engineer is being rescheduled every day, the case was being closed everytime we raised an issue. No response from team for engineer visit. @jiocareindia worst case ever, didn't expect this from @reliancejio.
