    @JioCare Even today, no one has visited. I am now left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court to seek justice for this poor service and the inconvenience caused.

    @JioCare No internet connection since 15.07.2026. Engineer doesnt pick call, nd gives incorrect reports to office without visiting. Area Manager, Mr. Malappa (9653673622), threatened to disconnect service if we continued to call him. Not single representative has visited premise

    @bhikan797 @JioCare I am facing the same issue. They simply cite stupid reasons and close the ticket. Guess they are no longer able to maintain the network. Time to ditch @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst network experience for months. Calls drop, 4G barely works, and True 5G is unusable. Despite repeated complaints, no Service Request (SR) is even generated—only copy-paste replies. Please register my complaint, generate an SR, and resolve the issue permanently.

    @JioCare However, I received the same assurance during my previous complaints as well. Every time, I was asked to wait around 10 days for network optimization, but there was no improvement. Since 18 May, this has been the same cycle—assurance, waiting, and no actual resolution.

    @JioCare my JioAirFiber has been down for 15+ days in the Borivali East Station area. Am I expected to pay for a service you haven't provided? This is seriously affecting my work. Stop giving excuses and resolve it immediately.
