    It's been 20 days since our wifi has stopped working and I've been continuously asking for assistance from @reliancejio. They keep on dodging it by saying that their assistant would come and fix it but nothing as such happened. Highly disappointed by their service.

    Unfortunately It's my another complaint to the largest Indian network communication company for it's fake commitments about maintain the services huge no. of customers are going to port another network providers due to no proper data access @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare I have complained to your customer care many times but nothing happened ... just wasting time ... if our problem was solved ... then there would be no one to complain
