    @JioCare Saw a “2-Month Free Trial” ad for Jio AirFiber on MyJio. Technician took ₹600 saying it would be adjusted in the 3rd month bill. Now I’m asked to recharge and the ₹600 isn’t adjusted. Support says it was the plan itself. Please clarify.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Porting req raised - NO00015ARCSV Received sim delivery msg on 9 Feb, till date sim not received (almost 30 days), ₹299 paid Multiple SR raised. I am receiving numerous calls throughout the day but only customer support team is unable to reach me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia couldn't find a ground staff to fix the issue since morning. It's illusion that @airtelindia is best service provider. @reliancejio and other local service provider already fix the issue within 2 hour.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates I registered a complaint for my Jio AirFiber 4 days ago, but it keeps getting rescheduled and no technician has resolved the issue yet. Very poor after-sales service experience. Please resolve this urgently. #JioAirFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare On top of that, the behaviour of the customer support executive was very unprofessional. The way she spoke to a customer was not acceptable at all.

    @JioCare Hi Krishna , When the request is raised it was raised within a minute and when it's about cancellation why is it taking more than 4 days I have asked to cancel on 4th March 2026 and today it's 7th March 2026. Why delay?
