    @JioCare @reliancejio since when did we declare 0.5 MBPS internet speed as 4G ? I still remember other service providers giving better speed back when we had 3G!

    @reliancejio worst service from Jio fibre..device got picked up on 28th July and still no refund back. Connecting with the service center from last 10 days but no help.

    Very bad service by @reliancejio,I am facing a lot of problem specially in the evening, Even a WhatsApp message is not sent,your team also came after complaining, but they said we can not do anything, you will have to problem Evening and morning. @JioCare @DoT_India

    @excitel_rocks 29 days now nd no 1 cares 2 upgrade to fibre. While speaking to customer care agent he says it is a co. policy it takes 30 days to upgrade a customer to fibre. His name was parul arora nd gave me no resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio u got a new customer contact me
