    @JioCare This is truly unbelievable and unacceptable, hopeless. Even after so much of follow up for more than a month, no solution provided. @reliancejio @reliancegroup jiocare reps are not at all helping to resolve the issue.

    Too many issues with @JioCare. No resolution of issues for days, heck not even a response. International roaming issues in most countries. Call drops even with full network coverage. Worst it feels they care far less about post paid users. Time to port.

    @JioCare Shame on Jio. Pathetic service. I have submitted my JioFiber disconnection request 20 days before and you people don't have time for site uninstallation and device pickup. Even after so mails, you people are rescheduling the already rescheduled appointment date. Worst.
