    @JioCare hey, I have booked for jiofiber service in my area on 15th jan and the distributor said to me that he will inaugurate jio fiber service on 23rd jan and I will get the service by the last week of Jan or first week of feb it's 14th feb still he didn't provide us the. 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio Do you guys care about customer relations? Again and again facing the issue with networking slowness. But nothing was done. Still the same. What’s happening? Every time they will close the ticket without resolving it.

    @JioCare Hi Team Jio, Today, I got a call from Mr. Mangal Singh from jio head quater, and told me clearly, that, we can't resolve your issue, Due to STB serial number mismatch. But, I am submitting same STB, which I got at the time of connection, I am not satisfied with the resolution.

    @JioCare The issue persists indoors. Even sitting right next to an open window doesn't help. Note that only Jio is having network issues in this area. Airtel and Vi are able to recieve good 4G+ speeds.
