I called customer care immediately and was told: “Don’t worry, the 3-day validity is just formal/technical. Your add-on won’t expire and will be used later.” I trusted that statement.

Airtel SIM is now dead, but my new Jio SIM has No Service.WhatsApp bot accepted my ICCID confirmation, but the automated backend order status is stuck on "Not Processed" due to late delivery. Please push activation through manually.

It is still not installed, and absolutely zero contact has been made by your team. Furthermore, your toll-free number is useless.
