    @JioCare there is no internet connectivity since 28August. I’ve raised multiple complaints but nobody is taking them seriously. No resolution whatsoever. Pathetic service

    @reliancejio Airtel Fiber is so much better; I never faced a single issue with it. I never expected JioFiber to be this terrible. I’m going to disconnect this right now and switch back to Airtel Fiber. If there is a number one worst fiber network out there, it’s JioFiber. Guys, don't use it."

    @JioCare I am ******* not getting any frequent reply since last 3 days for my cancellation request. Or call for service you write on your website 24*7 service but reality is different.
