    SHAME ON JIO @JioCare I am so done with your service, It's been over 6 days and NO ONE has come to my house for the relocation of my Jio Fiber Connection, Airtel is 100x better than your slop. Am I paying my bills for a dead connection? Is this the way your business works?

    @JioCare @reliancejio "Will update you soon" that's what I've been hearing for 1.5 months. No connection, no refund, and no resolution. How many more days do you need to return my money? Please stop sending generic replies and provide a definite timeline.

    @JioCare There is no Reschedule option in the app. The technician never showed up at 12 PM, and the issue is still unresolved. Please provide a real update instead of template responses. Check DM
