    I escalated this to senior management and was repeatedly told, “15 minutes” and “the entire Gujarat network team is working on it.” Yet nothing has been resolved. Stop giving false assurances and restore the connection immediately. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare using postpaid family plan and 5G is not working called CC many time but no response if not fixed I will port out or discontinue the number without paying. @Airtel_Presence pls share your postpaid plans

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 6 days and no engineer has visited yet. If my issue is not resolved today (14th July), I will file a consumer complaint and seek a full refund for my annual JioFiber plan. Either restore my service immediately or process my refund. #JioFiber #India

    @JioCare First of all it was a 707 payment ..& if i was not eligible then tell me 1- why offer banner has been rolled out in my app 2-why customer care confirmed 2 months offer eligibility and tell me to recharge with 707 rs Who will take accountability for this @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare I must have called 20 times but he didn’t pick. Isn’t that grossly insensitive behaviour. Now I want my refund of the amount that I paid online. Pathetic customer service by Jio store. Call toh uthana chahiye atleast.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what the hell, I can't even get costumer support from jio helpline number. You all are deployed AI for costumer support which is very irritating thing . Make a good machanism for helping the costumer. Otherwise I am going to switch my number to other SP.
