If my issue is not resolved today (14th July), I will file a consumer complaint and seek a full refund for my annual JioFiber plan. You all are deployed AI for costumer support which is very irritating thing . Make a good machanism for helping the costumer. Otherwise I am going to switch my number to other SP.
