    @JioCare Absolutely shameful service from @JioCare @reliancejio. My internet has been dead for over 24 hours. I have literally begged the Area Manager for support, but he ignores calls & refuses to help. It's Saturday evening, meaning my entire weekend is ruined because of this apathy 1/2

    @JioCare My service request is kept on hold from 2 days where I’m unable to call technician. When I called customer service they don’t have answer nor timeline by when it will be resolved. Truly disappointing and worst experience.

    @reliancejio @KKRiders @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down 3 days. Customer care keeps disconnecting calls after entering my number, saying there's a network issue. Today I was told it would be fixed in 4 hours, then later told it's resolved, but internet is still not working. No complaint number

    Despite multiple follow-ups, my broadband installation has still not been completed.I no longer wish to continue with order. Please cancel the order and process a full refund immediately. @JioCare

    @reliance jio is harassing its customer by deputing dummy engineers who are not visiting house but quoting fake narrative. I am without internet since five days and @reliancejio failed to address it. Worst service experience from this company. @reliancegroup #reliance

    @reliancejio Today morning, your executive assured me that the service would be restored within 4 hours, but it is still not working. When I called again at 3 PM, I was told the issue had already been resolved, which is clearly not true.
