    @JioCare You keep sending me the same link to DM, I keep saying I am unable to DM bcz link is not working, X is not allowing me to DM. Over 4 months I have been struggling with your non-existent network! What am I paying these recharges for if I can't get decent network without drops!!!

    @JioCare @JioCare Installation was scheduled today (23-Apr, 4–6 PM) but no engineer visited. This is unacceptable. Please install tomorrow without fail or cancel & refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio you guys have zero customer service sense or intent. You just want money and once you get it you have no person on ground who is responsible for anything. You have no customer support not even a functional customer care.

    @JioCare My complaint SR000033OEZP was closed without resolution. You claim limited 5G coverage, but within 0.5 km there are multiple towers (including 3 Jio). Still I’m stuck on 4G. Please clarify the real issue and fix it instead of giving generic responses.

    @JioCare Very bad network since a month at Delhi Shakurpur , K block , Pitampura. Can Jio team check this issue at earliest else we can all five jio connection port in airtel. Pl call me on 9971180541 so I can give your bed feedback.

    @ViCustomerCare Please arrange for an engineer visit to my location at the earliest. This is my request, and I will wait only 10 days for resolution. Kindly take necessary action, or I will be forced to port my number to Jio @JioCare .
