@reliancejio just booked the installation for Jio Fiber in Kolkata. Was clearly told that I have to pay Rs.300/- to the service person apart from the applicable free. They refuse to service my order. What a consumer centric behaviour.

My jiofiber is not working for 36hrs Make several calls in customer care .They keep saying that issue will get resolve but nothing happened. The engineer also came and said that issue is from pole. Please tell me @JioCare is this how you solve issues.Really disappointed#jiofiber

@JioCare I got the installation appointment yesterday as well, but nobody came from your team. Same is the case for today. Worst Customer Service by Jio. Never go for Jiofiber. Will go for Airtel if Jiofiber not installed today after a week.
