My JioFiber connection (installed 5 days back) has not been working since 3 days now. I've called customer care 7 times and all they say is it'll be resolved in 2hrs. They refuse to generate Service Request and no engineer has come to visit. Pathetic !!! @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Woah so u guys revert too i thought it won’t happen atleast for the next five days again. The Service request number is SR0000169CN7. Mob-8958131000 Internet Services at home down since past 5 days and no customer exec has helped or sent the engineer even after innumerable calls

finally we give in! Our corporate is moving from @ViCustomerCare to @reliancejio, even though we don't want to move but due to so many network lags, we finally given in to our 12 years of corporate relationship from #hutch to #vodafone to #vi, it is finally time to move on.
