@reliancejio This is reg. a complaint that while paying the bill , the transaction for the bill paymentwas unsuccessful but the bill amount was deducted from the account and the amount has not come back to the account even after more than 10 days. No +917000746898

@JioCare the Internet speed is sometimes fluctuating and it is not because of number of devices or any issue. Always the chat support prompts to call the customer care but nobody picks up calls in customer care. Is there no direct option to raise complaint as per @TRAI guidelines
