    @JioCare maam we are facing losses because of your negligence last 2 days internet is not working very bad service at the time of subscription your engineers was continuously calling us and now they don't have time to receive our call. seriously very bad service

    @JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

    @JioCare No internet in my house for the entire week. I have been raising service requests daily but to no avail - nobody has come to fix it. SR00001B50RV I demand refund of my bill for the month - no reason I should be paying you at all.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice guys, extremely disappointed with your services. Have been trying to get my services from past 24 hours, such bullshit customer care. These guys don’t care about whatever you say, they will just listen from one ear and throw it out from other.
