    @JioCare Appointment was scheduled today at 9am to collect the Device,no updates yet, R you guys fooling us by just sending a appointment message or making fun of customer? More than 2 weeks to collect the device and initiate refund? Such a worst service from @JioCare.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sir last 2 days thi incoming and outgoing calls are stop in my area in all jio users facing same problem. Jio to jio stop calls but jio to BSNL etc. Calls are going. I hope you can solve my problem. Dwarka Gujarat. 361335
