    @JioCare Have followed this process 3 times in last 7 months, DMs and all. Even shared location (longs and lats) but you guys simply don’t do anything after that. The simple issue is that there is no Jio tower nearby which would improve the signal strength but you won’t give a damn.

    @JioCare I booked my jio fibre connection (NO0000J9KEHN) 6 days ago, the sales man promptly came to take my payment but my appointments to install are being postponed EVERYDAY. Helpline does not even have an option to support such cases. Either install or refund. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia @JioCare Refund process - Jio checks customer's last 3 year recharge transactions Customer requests current year's transactional invoice - Jio says we are not capable of providing. Double standards? Where is the transparency and is the IT team sleeping?

    @JioCare No the issue has not yet been resolved. I am unable to hear voice during audio calls and same goes for the other person on the line .

    @JioCare The jio care centre at Bhandup West was finally able to resolve my query and get the date of birth updated. But the customer support should be more approachable

    @RelianceJioCare @JioFiber0 @reliancejio Worst service given by Jio Fibre. Continously complaining for UNINSTALLATION of Jio Fibre connection. 4 times call log at Jio customer care but still prob not resolved from 20 days. Some service request number SR000017FLV9 SR00001775LA
