    When I call Jio tollfree, after going through ivr punching all the details then it says thank you for calling Jio then disconnects many times on diff days, Otherwise put on indefinate long hold. Is the service tollfree @JioCare / @reliancejio working ?.

    @JioCare We are suffering network outrage from last months i thought it will get better but no their is no improvement and i guess jio don't care quality now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio So spoke to one of your tech team person. She said Fold 4 shows eligible for 5G in the old system and doesn't in some new system. There are two systems apparently for eligibility check. @geekyranjit may be we are facing the same Samaung issue coz of this.

    @JioCare I have texted you my number pvtly. The issue is not related to my jio number but it is related to jio lines which have been hooked up with @JKPDD due to which smc lights have been defunct.

    @reliancejio During netban(2019-2020) we paid full amount even when we got only calling. We deserve to served first with 5g. Sorry for poor english.
