@excitel_rocks for me thinking excitel is an organisation which can fix issues quickly was a big mistake. I had meetings with client and to my rescue @reliancejio came. Thank God for jio which has superior connection without interruption. I will shift to jio fibre.

@reliancejio India's fastest growing and Slowest problem redressing network. One can die of an emergency than rely on its Customer service and connectivity. Called them for problem only to listen to same repeated, learnt by heart response "wait for A MONTH (from past 4 months).

@JioCare where should I complain regarding recharge issues since you reply only through computerised answers through myjio app, whatsapp and even email complaints are only taken through browser and never replied .Call on 198 has the same fate.Only repeated computerised answer

@JioCare @JioCare you didn't tell me why you sent an untruthful message to me. Why did you send a message stating the connection will be installed on 4 September when you never had the intention to honour it. You owe an explanation. I stayed back home on leave believing it to be true.

Hey guys never ever use #jiofibre these guys of @JioCare have been making fool of me since yesterday morning about service request. Their engineer is not able to visit since yesterday. @reliancejio this is your high priority right?
