    @JioCare payment done on 16th April, and installation still pending. The engineer Shivraju was very cooperative and communicative for registration and payment, but now he does not respond & provides daily false commitment. Issue raised to Manager Manjunath and await response.

    Hi @JioCare team. After multiple visits, phone calls, the issue is still not solved. The router may need to be changed. We hv a 500MBPS plan but get only 350MBPS avg with new router u installed. Earlier router would give us avg 450MBPS

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio I had recharged my father's jiofi number 6371967717 for Rs.719  on 23rd April at 9.29 AM from my Gpay account. The money got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. I have tried to contact customer care number to speak to an agent but all in vain.

    @reliancejio my wifi isn't working properly, I'm connected yet sometimes there's no network and sometimes the speed is way too less!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I pay my bills in time & every time. Its already paid. This is not like your after sales service. Taking months & doing it only after I scream in social media & in person. Shame on you for the after sales service (Installation) of my extender mesh

    @JioCare @reliancejio Last Month you ppl built a networking tower in my locality. After its completion the tower is still non functional because u dont have an electric agreement with PDD Jk and u fail to provide electricity to the said tower. NO CHANGE TO OUR DISAPPOINTMENTS.
