    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio the point is check how frequently your network is down and it's not accepted. Every month you raise bills regularly and demand your charges without fail for such pathetic service. Check the chain of my messages and tell me if it's an occasional problem? ??

    @JioCare I think there is no any timeline of "resolved soon" as no one has attended my complaint yet. No technician has visited yet. Very poor service from jio after taking 5 months rental in advance. Please take your this dustbin box.

    Today is the 4th day and my internet by @reliancejio @JioCare fiber is still not working. Such a bad decision to go with jio as they can't corrected the service from there end even in 3 complete days. Such a bad decision to choose jio fiber. Very bad service & customer support

    @JioCare 8 days since I raised the complaint and still no resolution. U can’t even arrange a technician visit in an entire week. Every time it’s just rescheduled with no action. Truly one of the most pathetic and disgusting customer service experiences. SR000035V583 — STILL NOT SOLVED.
