    Facing network issue from morning ...trying to contact the support but no one is responding , atleast we need to know Y internet is slow and unable to connect to the system....the workday has been paused...very negligence behaviour from jioteam @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi & postpaid, I raised a service request to close wifi on 1st May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Why not shift the postpaid as well to Jio?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @FibreJio Still i don’t get any update on my request, almost 3 weeks gone the connectivity issue is still on pending, An idiot engineer assign who only miss behaving and doing argue only. I have waste my money on jio from last 4 years literally. No response on mail n tweet this is the facility providing by the jio.

    Hello @JioCare I am facing the worst service with your @jio_fiber. Every month internet does not work atleast for 2 days. Today the router shows green light on, but no internet. Unable to reach the service through call, emails or instant chat. Need a response at the earliest.

    @JioCare True 5G Plan 349 But Why True 5G Not Working inside Home Since 4month ? Also 4G Not Working Inside Home & Speed Are very low I already Shared Details Adress, Number Via DM Kindly Look into this Immediately Work Start Otherwise More People Will Switch to @airtelindia
