    @reliancejio @JioCare Paid for fiber connection 2 days back, your person informed connection will be activated and router provided in 24 hrs, yesterday nobody was reachable, later in day they say will provide connection tomorrow or will refund, what kind of service is this?

    Your service request number SR000015QMAB for connectivity issue has been addressed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 18008969999 from your Jio number or raise an appeal with our Appellate. Thank you @JioCare how about you actually do it?
