    @JioCare I just added recharged a number I had not used in long time. While I was able to recharge, but services were not activated. When called Customer care, i was told that number has been disconnected and they can not refund the recharge money either.

    @JioCare I already have & awaiting a response.. now your team is changing the story all together. Earlier i was informed 60days and now it's changed to 30days Ur executive response to me -Ma'am you won't get rich with this refund, it's just 1000Rs Is this the way you'll treat customers?
