    Worst service of @Videocon_d2h because the constomer care representative doesn’t pickup call I m the Costemer from last 7-8 year but I think will skip this joint another dth just waiting for @reliancejio dth

    @JioCare @reliancejio your executives in my area are forcing me to cancel my existing connection and pay them again for new one if I want my router to work. They are refusing to come and repair the connectivity issues unless I pay for new connection. What kind of fraud is this ?

    @JioCare The network sign itself getting vanished from phone. It comes again only after restart. Forget about calls or internet the network itself is not coming. And even if the network comes the speed of internet is very slow . Phone numbers for reference Manas : 7847044089

    @reliancejio @JioCare Look into it and resolve the issue. Dont expect this type of service, that too from a reputed company like Reliance. I was happy earlier, but after thi I wont be suggesting anyone to opt for jio. Thanks.

    I ordered jio fiber wifi 1Months ago and put it on return on 20th day and the pickup of wifi hasn't been done yet.i an receiving very problem now its kind of harassment. please look into my issue and I need a urgent call from your team @fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Hello Team, The network in my area is unstable since last 2 days. Call getting dropped and Internet speed is also very bad. Please check and fix this as many of us are facing issues while working from home. At/po : Barada , Balichandrapur. 754205 Thanks, Manas
