    Worst service of @Videocon_d2h because the constomer care representative doesn’t pickup call I m the Costemer from last 7-8 year but I think will skip this joint another dth just waiting for @reliancejio dth

    @JioCare (2/2) They promised that I will get 100% refund and device will be picked up within 7 days after cancellation. I called support couple of times but trust me Jio is providing disappointing service. Really troublesome. #patheticServiceByJio

    @JioCare I thought Jio proviedes best customer support when it comes to any queries. But recently I purchased a new Jio fiber connection and due to PON port issue, I had to cancel the connection request on recommendation of Jio engineer. (1/2)

    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare #worst Worst ever service...when call on customer care directly the answer comes as thanks for calling jio no solution provided worst . They are not even porting out the sim Worst jio!!!!!!!!

    @JioCare So connectivity down on 31-10-22 around 10 or 11 pm was restored around 2 or 3 pm on 03-11-22 and that’s again gone down on 03-11-22 at around 11 pm. It’s 5 pm on 04-11-22 and no resolution to the same. Is the company going to compensate for this horrible services ?!
