    @TRAI Data is too slow in our villages. We pay 5H and getting speed of 3H @reliancejio totally scam huge penalty should be imposed on them.

    @TRAI @TRAI please take action against @JioCare . Just worst ever service, It's working like 2g and 3g speed. Inspite of 5G recharge, we are getting this kind of speed.

    Installed the @jio_fiber in 2020 with refundable security 1500₹. Closed the connection in April/may 2026. But got only ₹500 as refundable amount. customer care person telling me that ₹1000 was charged for installation in 2020. What pathetic and disappointing service @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI Jio team, this is the 4 or 5 service request I've raised with your team, but for the last 10 days, my problem has not been resolved. You only raise SRs and your team messages that it's solved, but the actual problem has remained for the last 10 days ??

    Stuck in the middle of nowhere because @JioCare @reliancejio on-device eSIM conversion failed! Now my physical SIM is dead, eSIM won't download, and I have ZERO network signal. Can’t even call customer care. Extremely frustrating. Please DM and fix my number ASAP!
