@JioCare I have tried contacting customer care multiple times via calls and emails, but there is no proper response or resolution. This is very disappointing and causing inconvenience in daily work.

@reliancejio Ordered Jio SIM on 05/04/2026 via MyJio app, delivery promised within 48 hrs. Today is 10/04/2026, still not delivered. No call, no contact from delivery executive despite many complaints. SR No: SRO00032YA8J. Kindly refund ₹399 (₹50 booking + ₹349 recharge). Poor service..

@JioCare If I had knew that I would be denied Technician visit for your router issue or connection issue then I wouldn't have gone with Jio fibre. I would have gone with Airtel Fibre. Atleast they provide Technician visit to check the issue

@reliancejio I am not sure why jio never offers proper network connectivity after 7 pm in rural areas, I have raised my concern regarding this with support team. But the issue still persists...
