    @reliancejio This is a serious issue and no one from Jio is helping me- can someone look into this - I never had JioFi and I’m being charged since March 2017 and never used it and realised 580 rs are getting deducted since last 2 yrs. Nobody is helping and don’t expect this Jio

    Worst service and Jio really is at no place in terms of service. They all promise to provide services on time but they never mean it. My number is still without network. Neither there store at Khandala nor @reliancejio is interested to resolve my issue . @TRAI @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Water tap is not working since few days, could you please do a survey and replace it within few months. If a #plumber can, you can. Don't worry I am in touch with plumber for network issue as well.

    @JioCare Please do not write rubbish old stuffs in response over DM, the person didn't even bother to read my lodged complaint and responded with some old stuff to teach me that issue can be with cellphone. I am repeating again it's the issue with network in that particular location

    @VitthalBobade @JioCare Nothing will change ever. Jio is best but there are few places where Jio failed to provide network and same has not been resolved even after raising multiple times. Better you port to another network Vitthal, but do not go for @airtelindia , airtel is worst.

    @JioCare I think I enough bear with the Jio, and given enough chance to Jio to improve service, now it's my final decision to switch to BSNL, at least I can really help national company to survive from Jio's destructive strategy. It's time to change.@JioCare @reliancejio @BSNL_MH

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about network issue at new place where I shifted around 7 months back and I have been told that work in progress and same will be resolved within 120 days. I was still waiting for resolution and again I have told to wait for 120 days

    @reliancejio Jio fiber worst experience i have ever had in my life.If I call my local operator it take an hour toresolve issues but the Jio technician is still on the way entire day has gone no work has done.I have paid advance for jio fiber service that is the value of my money

    @JioCare @reliancejio since morning (>9hrs) have raised complaints regarding net not working but extremely poor response. Even after calling thrice and been prmoised for the resolution and technician visit by 5pm, no response from anybody in the support team. HORRIBLE SERViCE
