I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence absolute disgrace you are. refund the amt that i have paid for next 4 months & take away ur connection. Each week that too on a workig day there is some issue which takes 2 working days to be resolved. No backup plan? pathetic service. refund asap. Moving to @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare The Jio Fiber Internet Is Down From 3-4 Days In My Area (Sundervan Layout,Narendra Nagar Nagpur) and I Guess In Whole Nagpur Area. Had Contacted Your Customer Care But Didn't Get Any Answers and Also Local Jio Guy Didn't Had Any Idea.Please Resolve It Asap.

@abhisekhpatnaik I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@reliancejio @JioCare We are facing network problem since last 2 days in our area. We are unable to make calls and also unable to use internet service. Our phone has only one signal. We have talked to the customer care many times but they are still not able to resolve my issue
