    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    @reliancejio go for something else.this is the 2nd time in a month my jio fiber is down.i am a jio fiber user frm last few months speed fluctuate a lot n if something happens u hv to followup with jio team like hell.takes atleast 2-3 days to resolve a problem.pathetic service.even m switching

    Feeling frustrated with very poor internet service of @JioCare and for alternative i had @Airtel_Presence but both are eating dust. I just don't know why doesn't anyone put FIR against these companies. If they providing poor service we should be charged less.

    @JioCare I've already shared the text received from Amazon multiple times over DM. Amazon have confirmed that the recharge was processed on their end. As usual your copy and paste messages don't help. Just because there is no SMS that doesn't mean the money was not paid.

    Hey @JioCare, now I am fed up with frequent call drops, network drops and slow internet speed. I am paying you full amount and expect atleast decent service. If you are unable to provide, it's time for service provider change.

    @JioCare Hi Vaishali - It's been two days since the STB stopped working and no commitment to resolve. No revised timings has been provided for technician visit. Can you define your "earliest" This is a prepaid service which means I pay for Jio's inefficient service too🤦

    @JioCare I have requested jio care for shifting of jio fiber to different home. I have called them multiple times to customer care but always they get fixed appointment for relocate but one one visit to get fix it. first time i am very disappointed with Jio.
