    @JioCare hi team, we got the jio fiber connection last week and since then it's not working. We are not able to raise ticket from app as it says no agent is available and no option to raise ticket. Please resolve this asap. Let me know what details you need

    Do not tell yourself best support and customer friendly company when you can't deliver the services on time. You GTB nagar store is unprofessional as they didn't help me regarding the new sim issue. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence Airtel is far better then your services.
