    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare if you dont resolve my issue tomorrow i will be porting to @reliancejio @JioCare i am complaining since 18th august and all you people do is call me everyday say it will take 5 days to resolve issue…is this how you people loot?

    @JioCare We are near about 75+ families in this network effected area. Request you to not give us any fake promise. And Not a single person from jio network team visited here from 2017 to till date.

    @JioCare No I have been giving you enough opportunities from 1.5 months . I would want You to take the connection off . I will prefer airtel Xstream fiber instead of the jio fiber . At least they have excellent customer care. Jio takes customers for granted .

    @airtelindia You've got to have an upgrade from conventional to fiber. @ACTFibernet in our area and @reliancejio are available and you guys are promising to upgrade from conventional one to fiber in a month since 3 years. Help me chose

    @JioCare There are presently no restrictions in Delhi. The problem of engineers had been for the last 6 months ever since I got this connection. Down every month is a ritual. Wish you should have had appointed equal number of engineers at par with new fiber connections

    @JioCare After repeating complaints in customer care for the refund of jio fiber connection, no steps are taken. The pick up of instrument was done on 4th August. According to jio commitment the refund will be credited in 15 working days. But all are false commitment to make customer fool

    I am complaining you people about the bill evrytime i just received a message saying it will be resolved or we will get back to you shortly, what you people think of yourself every month you are adding extra charges into my mobile bill plan @reliancejio @the_hindu please help

    @JioCare Anyways iam going to apply for refund tomorrow. Just dont want this bulls$it anymore. You dont have any power to makeyour field person visit a customer & over that you are giving me a reason of restriction. Could you please check how many messages i have written before this one.
