    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @sandipsabharwal @reliancejio @JioCare Forget Jioplatform, their basic mobile data speed service is pathetic now a days in my area. Jio is not adding capacity and its choking. We have to take another broadband for normal browsing. Their mobile data is voice only.

    @JioCare I had one month ago takes connection of jio fibre for my work place in raipur chhattisgarh. Now after one month i am stuck in lockdown in my city and hence not using my work jio fibre. I was called by jio team to asking me to recharge my jio service to which I said 1/2

    WTF about the network here @reliancejio . Network strength is good status is 4G VoLTE and internet speed 1-3 kbps maximum. Not able to perform even a single Google search. Either your BTS are garbage or they are not operating properly here. Can @TRAI do anything?
