@JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

@geekyranjit #esims spoils the entire network interface. Is it a HW or a ntwrk issue, don’t knw. Only @airtelindia & @reliancejio provides eSims but I’ve tried both. Due to the additional esim network, my primary network also doesn’t work at times and the esim network is dead most of the time

@jiocare @reliancejio the kind of service you are offering in Ranchi Jharkhand is pathetic.. I have been trying to reach them for last 7 days but to no avail.. The people have created a vicious circle of jio app-customer-care and plenty of apologies mails, Nothing works
