    @JioCare this msg is for prospective customers of Jio Fibre based Broadband Service. Please watch out, their service in NOIDA PIN-201304 is pathetic. They have not been able to resolve my complaint for the past 45 days and are faking it's resolution. Just a food for thought.

    Joi Fiber executive saying to open speed test site despite saying the problem is no Internet speed if Its not opening they cannot raise complaint. Please do the speed test without having Internet speed and let me know @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Internet connection has been disrupted since last 2 days. Response from customer care is unprofessional, even after numerous long and taxing phone calls and 2 service requests!!! Please look into service request number SR00001AE08V on priority.

    @JioCare you are not even registering my complaint. Not replying to DMs or mails. I will sue you scammers to consumer court. Also i have total 4 jio fiber connections. Would like to uninstall all 4 asap. I Would also like port all 11 jio nos of myself and my family.

    @reliancejio Very poor service by Jio Fiber. I surrendered my jio fiber device on 28March 22, but still did not get my refund. I had made several calls and emails but all in vain.

    @JioCare Big nonsense going on ... Repeated message comes to a 75+ senior citizen that on your request visit has been rescheduled where as I never requested as such. I'm repenting after booking with around ₹2800/- payment online
