    @JioCare More than 3 days since I have shared the requested details but there has been no update, no action. Certainly this is not the 1st time I have raised the issue. I have been following up for past 2 months. So, its very clear that there is no intent to resolve and refund my money.

    @SagarPrabhas141 @JioCare is too worse brother. Same issue I faced. Already paid amount until May 20 in March for broadband. Again they charged me in April. When mailing them. No proper response. When calling customer care. No proper response. @reliancejio

    My Jio AirFiber is still not working and there is no proper resolution yet. Service Request No: SR00002L6OSI has already been raised, but the issue continues. Very disappointed with the service. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber
