@_MukeshAmbani wish you could feel proud of the service you provide to consumers post sales. @reliancejio 2 days and wifi still not restored. Consumer left helpless calling helpline for resolution. Your policy doesn't allow to create service request so no technician can visit.

@JioCare 2/2 no I caled him he didn't rspond on 6th nobody turnd up tday on 7th I got a call fm sura Romeo that he will be coming bt evn after an hour nobody turned up Ive a call but he dint pick up at least for n hour I tried his no he dint pick up and the problem is still not resolved.
