    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    @JioCare Still no refund after 14+ months. At this point, it clearly feels like Jio is not serious about resolving customer issues and does not value long-term customers. Despite repeated follow-ups, proof of payment, bank confirmation, service request, and multiple assurances from you1/3

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Its the 8th day i have been complaining for my jio fibre.But no engineer have visited to solve the issue.Lets see if they are coming first or i will change the connection first.Everyone executive from your care is only saying give us some time. No solution

    @JioCare Your team is working last 25+ days not solve issue. What they work? why you not give 1 month free due to your technical issue why charged to me? i am also asking for visit engineer check my all cable, modem, wifi etc no one visit till date.

    @JioCare @JioCare , I want to log a request for disconnection of Fiber. Fibre connection is down for more than five days without resolution. When I try to reach customer care by any means - mail, phone, whatsapp, Jio App, I get only automated reply. There is no way to file my request.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, my Fiber has been down since April 24. Two technicians visited, did nothing, and now my complaint is "on hold" with no supervisor in sight. 5 calls later, still no internet. This is unacceptable service! Service ID: SR000034ALT1 #reliancejio #jiofiber

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.
