    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare Spoken to Your so called customer care executive named “Prasanna” regarding speed issue & replied that it will take 8-9 months so solve your issue. So should i port my number into some another network operator??

    @JioCare Since Morning jio internet is not working and it's showing red light blinking in the router so i just call the customer care and they said that any person can come to your place on 3rd of Jan. Can somebody tell me how important is internet in nowadays

    Dear @JioCare Facing frequent network outrage @ Manjushree T.E Assam Po Sonari (785690). Tower was installed few months ago but very frequently facing no network. ~ 1200 subscribers are affected in this area. Multiple attempts of call, Can we escalate this up the chain?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have cancelled my jio fiber plan on 16 Dec 21 and from there onwards i am daliy following up for pick up of Jio set top box on your customer care number. Daily they are increasing the date for picking up. Worst service ever. Will never use your service.

    @JioFiberVoice @JioFiber0 @reliancejio Your service request number is SR0000186VW9. Internet and television not working since 31.12.21. After around 50 calls technician came finally but was unable to resolve the issue. Plz look Into it urgently
