    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    Its regarding the pathetic service of jiofiber. Jiofiber was down my house in Motera Ahmedabad from 1800 hrs. of 19.04.2026. Nobody has reported as on 20th even their app had assigned the work to some S Dodia. I think I should look for some other net provider. @JioCare

    Extremely frustrating to be without a working @reliancejio connection in the 415613 area for over 24 hours now. Service disruptions happen, but a total blackout for this long is unacceptable. Kindly look into this urgently. @JioCare #JioDown #JioCare

    @Reliance Jio @JioCare I am facing serious network issues at my location in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Jio 5G network is not available, calls are not clear, and internet speed is extremely slow. I have already contacted customer care twice, but no proper response was given.

    @JioCare : can’t really understand why on earth it takes JIOcare long time to resolve internet issues . My internet is down from last 24 hrs , Engineer can and said it is fixed it worked for few hours and again it stopped working . Worst services from JIO

    Dear @JioCare I raised compalin for jio air fibre speedm is less than 1mbps and ur customer care given date for home on 22nd april so hkw do i office work tomorrow or should i take leave due to network issue by @reliancejio its is rediculuous service frm @airtelindia
