@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

@b50 @JioCare They are worst on customer handling. They can even take six month advance of Rs 4250 in Panchkula and then say the connection is not possible. Did not get refund even after 2 months. Big cheat company.

@JioCare I would do that.. but im facing these kind of issues. I count even get help from my jio app. And tried my best to use chat option in myjio. But nothing helped.

@JioCare enough of it. Thousand times call on 198, thousand times lodged complain against slow network issue. But no solution. Now I'm porting to Airtel within 2days. Yes @airtelindia could be slightly costlier. But you know what sometimes quality matters. Good bye !

I have a 2.5 GB data plan of Jio but I am not being able to view a public website !! Called jio representative but they call i am living in a densely populated area of Jio users so that they can't do anything!! Really SHAME na ! So never ever recharge yearly plans @reliancejio
