Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

Very bad customer service @reliancejio @JioCare . They claim to call you to resolve rhe query but don't call and send you the same standard message again and again. Store people and toll free number also not helpful.

@JioCare @JioCare @airtelindia jio airtel is far far better in providing wifi services I am also using airtel from 10 years but no problem is faced and just using jio from last 2 months and u seems to be a thug

Day 18 @reliancejio , Mukesh Ambani Mobile data issue in Trichy 620020 Tired of explaining the issue to jio support team again nd again nd no respose from them afterwards clearing chache nd restarting the device isnt gonna solve the issue, u better improv ur netwrk @reliancejio

@JioCare Ur customer care is not being helpful in suspending the sim. They've been given the Aadhaar details, the last recharge amount, etc. but apparently those don't match ur records. And ur customer care exec is being really rude to my friend who is being seriously patient with her.
