Logging complaint via app or to connect with live agent, both options not there. Fix these issues and make your interface user friendly and contacting to support team hassle free.

One was made earlier this week which was canceled by your service partner, the new request was supposed to be attended today, no one showed up. I even went to your office at Mansi circle Ahmedabad with the request.
