@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Jio provides the worst customer service. 3days before on 2nd July 2021 I faced a problem in my Jiofiber and today is 5th July they haven't solved my problem yet and every day they just keep saying we will solve within 24 hours.Worst service ever!!!

@JioCare experiencing pathetic internet service for past 10 days. Not even a Google search bar loads properly. I sometimes feel that am I being fooled in the name of your VoLTE service. My work is getting hampered. Look into the matter.
