    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio pls think twice about the service you are providing in 4G before bringing 5G. There may be just increase in price not in accuracy of the services.

    @JioCare And only one answer getting from your side that is many customer using same time that's why network is not working. When you are not capable to handle then why distribute too much sim card

    @Nithish_73 @JioCare Trust me! They only have an AI bot to respond to our complaining tweets but without any solution. Also, they replaced their entire human customer care team with a useless AI system.

    Vidhyanagar & Karamsad are city in Anand and connected to posh areas bjt here there is a very weak network connection of @reliancejio I can't even send the msgs. Have to use others hotspot. After many complaints there's no improvement. Terrible @JioCare
