    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001C15E2 for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912613599674, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 13-07-2022 : 11:00:00. I have been receiving this msg daily. But no solution

    @JioCare We are very very disappointed with the support received on the issue raised several months back..As discussed yesterday on call with ur executive, pl arrange a callback from someone senior in your department for clarification on such poor support. Waiting for a call...

    My jio no. 7836974042 customer center said permanently closed. Why closed my no. I m able to pay my bill but can't accept. Kindly restart my service @JioCare @MukeshAmba @reliancejio

    @Nivedan6042 @JioCare @reliancejio Taking it forward, they had sent me "an after service" feedback link via SMS which does not gets submitted on lower ratings. This service issue prolonged for 6 days of outage. My money has not been refunded.

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare worst service for airtel broadband users .. no 1 is there to listen your complaint ...no option to talk with customer care agent ....no proper service .. waiting for jio fiber in our area
