Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

@reliancejio utterly useless internet service. Hv bn usng jiofi frm last few months & i've never been more disappointed in life before. Trying 2 watch Inv Vs Eng series & d stream has been so blurry (bcz of 3rd class jio) dat i haven't been able 2 watch even the faces of players.

@reliancejio today i have faced a most derogatory and henious behaviour by one of your company's employee "manoj atta phno 8250996234" i really regreted today for taking jio postpaid never faced such a henious language from any serviceprovder voda, airtel. #feeling ashamed#

Dear @reliancejio Just saying you are in a low network area would not solve the issue because I can't change my area but it would have been better if you had not sold simcard in the area your network could not reach...pathetic

@reliancejio Still no resolution. Why its like this! tha I have to pay the bill as well as I have to suffer too. I pay the bill on time but I don't get the service on time. Is the company will bear the cost of what I am loosing due to the this service. @reliancegroup @flameoftruth any words?
