@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

Till now my net is very slow. I just asked jio team that is it resolve or not ? If not possible for jio team to resolve my problem then I will Port my number. As per my experience jio service is very very bad. @JioCare

@reliancejio I have active "welcome offer" on my no, and also 5G network available in my area but not connected my mobile from 5G network. My mobile (iqoo7) supports 5G network.

Regarding the service ticket #SR00001FXTZ7, I am facing internet issue since 10th Dec. On a serious note, I want the service to be resume today (15th Dec). This is not the 1st time I am facing this issue. Last month around 10 days I faced this issue. @JioCare

@JioCare And this issue disappears when I'm travelling elsewhere and not in my area. So this is definitely a thing to do with Jio service at my location.
