@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@reliancejio @Google Hii jio people's you gyzz r just pathetic because of u gyzz my mom is suffering after so many complaint i hn not received ny solution she never get any singles in her jio number thanks to you gyzz ppl use mobile fr emergencies but no gyzz don't even bother to look in to it.

@reliancejio @JioCare We have had no internet on JioFibre network for the last 7 days. Innumerable calls to helpline is unanswered. No customer service person to speak to. Local reps stopped taking calls! Horrid service..deeply dissatisfied

@reliancejio @JioCare I installed jio fibre yesterday,False promises was made regarding speed and coverage by your employee.Bad service,unprofessional behaviour, lack of knowledge,wifi still not connecting to computer. No one came to fix,local level jio manager not responding.

@airtelindia I am regretting after switching from Jio to Airtel first due to nonsense internet speed and secondly it ask for separate recharge for making calls on toll free numbers. This is real nonsense. @reliancejio @JioCare Plz help me to port my number to Jio.

@JioCare struggling to get a resolution for past 10-15 days through customer care. OTT apps are not working. Very poor service by Jio. They say engineer cannot come for this problem. request help. I can’t pay and not get the service. Looking forward for resolution. 9867679121
