Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare why are your customer support finding it difficult to explain that a Voucher redeemed on 22/04 is not reflecting on invoice of period of 21/05 to 20/06? Either it is an issue with Billing process (intentional?) or incompetence of Jiocare Customer support. @reliancejio

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Why I am not able to call anyone? I have my active plan and it was working day before yesterday. From yesterday 4 pm it's not working at all. Calls are not working. Can you check and resolve this issue ASAP? So that I can use the service.

@JioCare Have responded to "assurances of assistance" several times in past years that have been using @reliancejio services since they started ! No stereotyped replies please, unless you are a bot. Issue is Jio Fiber services NOT BEING AVAILABLE 3 years after grandiose announcements ..

There are lots of people in my building who are using jio fiber net. I am gonna tell to them to discontinue jio fibre net.Because if any problem happen in jio fibre the technician will will not come.They will come only for installations and for advertisement @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Jio loosing connections is no surprise. They have most disinterested field engineers and poorly managed customer care. @_MukeshAmbani may note this please. A total harassment to your customers.
