    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio's service is terrible—constant buffering occurs whenever I try to do anything. Even while using Twitter right now, the network isn't working properly; just imagine how bad it is.

    @JioCare If has been two days and the false assurance from the jio continues. No one is coming to fix the issue and no phone call and no technician visit nothing. Jio fibre is the worst service once could opt for. #workfromhome #help

    The service of Jio operator is very bad. If you request for SIM porting, the employee calls and says don't port it, we will get it fixed very soon, but they do not take any action on it. @JioCare @TRAI

    Jio’s network in Noida Sector 19 has become extremely frustrating. The signal is so poor that even basic tasks like making UPI payments at shops often fail. In 2026, reliable mobile connectivity shouldn’t be a luxury. Please improve the network in this area. @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Really disappointed with JioFiber’s customer service. I raised a request over a week ago and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no response from customer care or the installation team. It’s frustrating to be paying for a service that I can’t even use.

    @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber connection keeps disconnecting every few minutes. It works briefly and suddenly drops again. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please look into this issue urgently and provide a permanent solution. #JioAirFiber #Jio
