    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare i unable to use jio fibre service due to fault in router. I have already done the needful things from my end i.e. switch off & switch on , plugin & plug out. I have already try to contact via toll free number to register complain, but have got unsuccessful.

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection is erratic for the last 23 hours. customer care number not working with system down message. Diagnostic service not able to connect with router. Do something.
