@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@JioCare SR00001BVJT8 This ticket has been raised since my internet service is down. This connection was taken 10 months ago. The engineer visited the site and told me that the connection has been provided long distance. It can't be fixed since it may be cable issue.
