    Help @JioCare while doing a recharge I selected @JioMart cashback balance but when paying from UPI the payment failed and now I'm again trying to do recharge it show only ₹1 as jiomart cashback balance before it was more than ₹80.

    @reliancejio Poor customer services for new Jio Fibre customers!! After taking order money, no service engineer is responding over call for activation and installation. Kindly look into the service request ( order number NO0000LEN4TX).

    @JioCare No update only tickets will be raised later it will be postpone to other week without any reason.if you are not able to provide service then provide customer the money which they have payed until you resolve the issue @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio The low network is so poorly performed that even a small message does not go to a whats app, or even a small data of 200 kb is not downloaded. The internet completely hangs. The indoor performance of the BAND 40 is very poor. only good speed in good outdoor network

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Logged Fiber issue ticket over 40hrs ago. Service center only gives false promises and reschedules the missed visits. 4 times already. By Monday morning if my service doesn't start, I am leaving Jio. Can't have Jio as primary service provider

    @JioCare After going through tough 1 month of “torturous” #JioFiber experience, i have switched back to my previous Service Provider. Also canceled the #JioFiber connection today. Hope to get my refund soon.
