    So far my order isn't cancelled, customer care reps don't care, I've had several calls disconnected on face, some just lied to me saying they are raising escalation req all the while they didn't. So @JioCare IG the thing is you guys are only responsible until you take the money.

    @JioCare Hi team as per your statement today is also complete.still i don't get any update So very clear you treat your customer like a dog so kindly return back my i choose other network they ready for ontime installation and our circle change the network day by day. very worst service.

    @JioCare My AirFiber connectivity has been severely low for days. Despite high recharge costs, no one has resolved this worst service experience. Please send a technician immediately to fix the issue, or process a full refund of my money. Customer support team is irresponsible.
