    @JioCare @JioCare What's the ETA? I don't trust you guys as I've received no help since last week so telling me that you are working diligently doesn't mean anything. Why can't you just ask one of the engineers from the Jio store to visit and resolve on priority? @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence Nah not anymore, it's painfully bad, I don't have any hopes 😭 My recharge is ending soon, I'm going to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare if they give good offer I think 😭

    @JioCare My India number got put on hold due to inactivity. The helpline says the only way to get it back is by biometrics again but I can't travel to India in the next 60 days due to Visa issues. Can you please help?

    1.5 month old @reliancejio airfiber(100mbps)getting30-40mbps,call support dont register complaint as everything good from back-end.Registered complaint via twitter&email.Complaint close without informing consumer.After 1.5 months Jio engineer fixed the fault @TRAI @DoT_India (1)

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare @reliancejio , Jio Fiber service got disrupted due to cable cut. Raised the service request on 23.07.2026. But no service engineer visited yet. In June also service engineer took 7 days to visit , now same thing is happening. Don’t you learn from past mistakes.
