@JioCare after multiple complain,now your customer care doesn't pick my cal and inside my house i am not getting phone signal. No nonsense company that everytime we do complain wait u for 2 days and automatically resolution ends without any help. Waste of money

@reliancejio @jio_gigafiber i have raised request fir relocation of jio fiber but no one visited and every time the support team is just recreating the same discussion. What kind of service is this. Can you pls have someone to visit or else i will disconnect jio

Worst service fiber.Everytime I raise ticket for same problem but no permanent solution and again wait for 24 hrs to assist problem,never think of such high level brand took so long to solve some minor issue ,it effects my job as well as my sister classes. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I have sent a message mentioning my jio and one alternative number. But no contact has been made. And in primaface I know your reply that in my area so many jio connection are active and you do not have capacity to serve better service. Still you can allot new jio number. @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence internet speed at my current location is very poor. webpages are taking longer time to open. uplink downlink speed is under 1 MBPS. kindly resolve the issue at earliest else I'll have to switch to @reliancejio
