    I’ve called customer care 6 times, but no one has provided a resolution. Every time I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was kept on hold for several minutes and then the call was disconnected. Is this the customer service expected from Jio? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Is it very difficult to schedule an engineer visit to resolve the issue? Every now and then I have to run diagnostic and end with nothing.

    i had cancelled my jio fibre connection on march 2026 after multiple follow up with jio fibre since last 4months co doesn’t refund my security deposit amount jio care replied me we will help you but now they don’t feels like cheated😔 @JioCare @JioFibreCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio Support,For the last 4 days, the mobile network strength in PIN code 396150 has been extremely poor. Calls are dropping frequently, Maximum times Signal not available, and unstable. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earlier.
