@reliancejio @JioCare Please improve network in our location. Not able to recharge, call and use Internet as soon as we enter the shop. Poor network connectivity.

@JioCare Most worst experience ever I had with most trusted brand JIO as would suggest if they want to use service life long then okay but if any problem persist & would ask for refund then had to pass at least 1 year or more then that or else had to forget your amount of refund

@JioCare My Jio Fiber is down since yesterday. Customer care told engineer would come today at 11am to resolve this.But till now noone came. This is second such issue within a week. Please look into it @reliancejio

@JioCare I am facing network issue and slow internet speed in my area. I have tried to contact the customer care from the my jio app and they just didn't even try to fix the issue. Pay for 4G and not even getting 3g speed. Most of the time there is heavy load on the tower.

@WarsiBeing @JioCare @reliancejio Yes exactly bro I'm facing slow internet issue but nothing give the resolution always given the excuses many customers using internet on the same time it's not resolution dear jio still my family also facing same the problem we trust on you but never given the resolution on time

@reliancejio very good service as a data very bad service call not connected from others when they call. OTP reaches after many hours. Facing same issue from 6-8 months. No service improvement.
