  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare is there any SLA for the technician team to restore the wifi network It's been 2 days and yet the wifi is not restored. All that a customer is left with is to keep calling infinitely to hear "wait for 6hours" and call back if issue is not resolved.

  @_MukeshAmbani wish you could feel proud of the service you provide to consumers post sales. @reliancejio 2 days and wifi still not restored. Consumer left helpless calling helpline for resolution. Your policy doesn't allow to create service request so no technician can visit.

  Hello @JioCare I would like request to you that in my village there is no network coverage, we requesting to install tower in our area! @reliancejio
