    @JioCare Tired of following up. Even the X post will not make @JioCare to work towards resolutions. So don't buy jioairfirber. No customer service and in fact no ways to contact a human in customer service to raise the issue

    @JioCare Network very poor The network is extremely poor. Only one or two signal bars appear,and the internet is not working properly, due to which all the villagers are facing difficulties. Address: VPO Lanka,Tehsil Bahrawanda, District Dausa, Raj– 303501, near GovernmentSchool.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your representative is falsely saying that I rescheduled the appointment, which is completely untrue and unacceptable. Every time I contact support, I only get new timelines and excuses instead of an actual resolution.

    @JioCare Ishween, the jio executive said that the air fibre panel on the roof was supposed to be changed. The same is due till now. I have tried multiple times the troubleshooting and all the processes laid down in the app.. still no Wi-Fi even now.

    @JioCare You yourselves tested and confirmed the speed was only around 20 Mbps. Now suddenly saying “sufficient bandwidth available”without fixing the actual issue makes no sense. The problem still exists. Please provide a real resolution instead of closing requests with template replies.
