    @JioCare @reliancejio kindly check your internet connection and network latency as I'm facing a repeated call drop, network failure and very slow speed of internet from last 2 days even called and informed your customer service executive still no resolution is provided.

    @JioCare I already wrote that you are charging Rs.50 for your faulty property replacement. Waive it off because I'm your old customer and paid you too much money. If not get free replacement then remeber that this will be my last recharge.

    Very bad experience with jio fiber service. Last 30 hrs my jio fiber connection problem and still not resolved by jio. Service request no SR00001IGI2R. Very poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @ConsumerReports

    @reliancejio @jagograhakjago @ANI Why are you claiming Jio 5G while a single call is not connecting in the 5G network. Both outgoing and incoming calls are not connecting in 5G. Your 4G network is far better than 5G. Please don't claim true 5G.
