    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare i have been waiting since 2 years and the jio fiber service is still not available in my area. My friend live 250 meters away from my home and he is enjoying the jio fiber services while i am still waiting, none of your employee giving any satisfying

    @JioCare @reliancejio Security deposit paid of 1k on Myjio app for Jiotv made in feb22 however neither delivered nor refunded.Linked to earlier post paid connection which was surrendered in apr22. Currently using prepaid now. Txn ID: DV000000S7R4. Worst cm care !

    @reliancejio @JioCare Team this has been a nightmare and very unpleasant experience, I never and ever expected this kind of needful service, especially from the JIO side, reached out to the JIO team twice, and still, the refund wasn’t done as promised by JIO.

    @listenshahid @JioCare I am using Jio from last 4 years. Quite decent availability. I had down time for couple of times in 4 years. I happen to hear reaching customer care on phone is a nightmare.
