    @reliancejio @JioCare Its now more than 24 hr. still Giga Fibre is down. No service is provided in last 24 hr. but Charges for same continues. Such a pathetic service was not expected from Jio. @airtelindia Fibre Do u also charge if no Service is provided for 24 hr.?

    @AwanishSharan @airtelindia Same happened with me. @reliancejio is giving the poorest service, when I requested for portability, they kept calling me day n night and promised to improve their services within a week. Work in progress in ur location is the regular excuse.

    @JioCare Dear Jio, it's not good from your end to keep silent, while I was complaining about bad internet speed. Please don't say heavy load, I am tired of hearing it. I have been a long customer of yours, don't make me think of number portability.

    @Divyesh_Hadvani @JioCare @reliancejio And if we do complaint relet to internet speed they're giving me same reply to from last 1-2 yrs that in your location having more usage on jio network due to that your getting speed issue so our team is working on this but internet speed issue can't resolve

    @JioCare @reliancejio request for new fiber, we get a call within 30 minutes but for service , daily complaints to customer care and daily new services request.. continuing from 4 days now.. today without any engineer visit, in app problem solved.. horrible

    @JioCare I requested for jio fibre for my house WFH. Airtel , act customer care replied but jio not yet... Are u shutting your operation
