Earlier there was no problem in paying rs 1 n 1.5 per minute for normal n land line calls respectively ..but all of a sudden 6 Paise seems a very big deal..so isn’t @reliancejio responsible for this as well I mean letting the telecom users realise their value of money😄 #FunFact

@JioCare The issue is resolved in the morning. But, the interaction between customer and organization shouldn't be a bot all the time. Humans should be there to resolve the customer issues beyond FAQ's

It was enough. Previously, I have connected four devices to my Airtel Mi-Fi with excellent speed at any point of time but it is not, from past two weeks. I can't continue work from home with this worst speed. @JioCare can you call me tomorrow to port all my numbers(family plan).

This Complaint submitted dated 15.12.2011, which is self explanatory describing the plight of an individual inflicted thru malicious acts of a Servicer Provider. The response received from Chairman’s Office was at least honest in comparison to your actions at present.. @JioCare

@JioCare You all representative of Jio are helping JioFiber in doing fraud. You all always says rest assured your refund is initiated and will recieve in 7 to 10 days. But I have never got any refund in my account even after complaining twice in Consumer complaint and 50 times in Jiocare
