    @reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

    @JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network is the worst network, for the last several days I am worried because of this my net ended at 7 o'clock and immediately when I recharged the data, but the net is giving 10Kbps speed since many days. this is happening i am leaving jio from today

    @JioCare I still haven't received the refund for my cancelled order. I want Fiber at my home ASAP as my exams are starting from next week. Plz give my refund today itself anyhow. I don't want to wait another week after experiencing your terrible service 👎.

    @reliancejio @JioCare raised new prepaid sim request on 7th April,got the sim and it's been 34 hours still sim not activated. Customer care 198 or 199 doesn't connect from my other jio no. What kind of pathetic service is this.take money & no one to resolve the issue.worst jio

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare Major issue is internet slowness, not getting responses simply got stuck. This problem has been observed by entire jio consumer at my location not only me. There could be some technical issue please check and resolve. I can be contacted on 97428 38850.

    @JioCare System was showing one schedule of tomorrow I rescheduled it to avoid unnecessary movement technician. Now the system is working so please cancel the visit of 15th April I don't need it now. Moreover never ever depute Mr H Ali. I once again thank Sachin Shah for his service
