    @reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

    Tried contacting customer care many times since past 2 weeks. All you care about is your rating at the end of the call. And guess what, that link takes years to open in your network. I don't need your fake promises anymore. I need you to fix this ASAP. @JioCare

    @JioCare Your broadband service sucks! I have a 150 mbps connection but still I can’t watch a 4K vid on YouTube ! Please look into this or I’ll be forced to move on some other service provider.

    We r paying the price of 4G and getting the speed of 2G for many days in Mau district of UP....what kind of service is this? @JioCare @reliancejio .....sorry to say i want to shift towards @airtelindia
