    @reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

    @JioCare Although I am a jio customer, I have not solved my problem till Today . It is the last day to take my number to another company. If you fail to solve my problem then I think your decision to leave jio telecom is right I think goodbye jio

    @JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

    There is always slow internet that i cannot use my wp and instagram when i reach customer care they say we will slove it soon but nothing happens @jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have also air fiber connection which is also having same issue of network, in my area I think there is some issue with the tower which is 150 mtr from my house, kindly check the data of tower for past 3 month analys it n reply

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Ishveen, It’s been more than 15 days since I ordered. I still don’t have any tentative installation date. At this point, it’s better to cancel the order. Please process the cancellation and initiate refund. #JioAirFiber

    Faced the exact same issue with @reliancejio where shift requests weren't resolved for half a month, forcing me to switch to @airtelindia. Now, the sheer amount of exact same shameless behavior from Airtel's ground teams is appalling. Look at this endless loop:
