@JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

@JioCare Although I am a jio customer, I have not solved my problem till Today . It is the last day to take my number to another company. If you fail to solve my problem then I think your decision to leave jio telecom is right I think goodbye jio

@reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Now resolve my issue. My ont is cnctd with aprx 200m wire, one cut in middle. Evrytime the issue is at that joint. I hv requested ur engineers multiple times to change the wire bt no1 helps. Im an annual customer, n if u cnt do it fr me, who will u do it4?

@JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve my complain or I am going to port my no tomorrow into Airtel. jio is deceiving their customers as network and data speed problem is going on everyday. Cost increases 1.5 times in 2 years and service quality is poor.
