@JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

@jiocare @reliancejio Such a frustrating service from reliance jio i am so exhausted with such network unable to even google anything and customer support is telling due to high number of users are there so they are unable to resolve issue! Not even a complaint is registered.

@hardik_4_u I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@reliancejio You guys sucks. Nobody ever calls to resolve the issue. I have been following up for more than 2 months but still no update received. Also, there is no option to switch to other operator and have to carry on my work with this ******* slow Jio fi and bullshit network.

It's more than 30days and i'm still awaiting for my refund from @reliancejio,@JioCare for the disconnection of my Jio Fiber services.The customer support doesn't respond to my calls and mails till day.I had to make late interest payment on my credit card due to @JioCare

@JioCare Can you let me know approximate ETA like roughly after how.many days or month's I could see improvement ? I've been hearing this from past 2 years that Jio Team is working on resolving network issue in this area but sadly nothing has improved ? This will help me decide further
