    @reliancejio @reliancegroup like to inform u that we are very disappointed with Jio network service and have also complained many times but not getting Proper response and solution for Jio Network. Hereby, its an humble request to Jio Group to provide solution for Jio Network.

    @JioCare I ported my mobile number to jio services, but I am not able to televerify my number because it is asking for 5 digit pin, which i didn't get in my mobile number. Kindly help me, my number is dead and my incoming is stopped now.

    @JioCare Although I am a jio customer, I have not solved my problem till Today . It is the last day to take my number to another company. If you fail to solve my problem then I think your decision to leave jio telecom is right I think goodbye jio

    Unacceptable Slow Speed with @reliancejio AirFiber, 100Mbps Plan. After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, Mr. Deblina Chakraborty from Jio said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device. Why am I paying for 100Mbps then if 30Mbps is all I get as “appropriate speed”? @JioCare #JioAirfiber #Jio

    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    Unfortunate Jio does not have a provision for address updation for its post paid service leading to wrong billing addresses in case of shift in residence. Repeated attempts to update address prove futile. Why such shoddy service? @JioCare @TRAI @GoI_MeitY must rectify

    @JioCare Replied. I will not pay a single rupee after 30th April. I already terminated by connection on 30th April via email. It is your responsibility now. Otherwise we will file formal complaint against you in consumer court. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare my internet connection is not working and your toll free assistance has given me SE appointment on 7th May. Is this fair? Your service is detoriating day by day. I am unable to talk with service advisor, why?
