@JioCare This issue is still not resolved! I've held enough patience from Last 6 days. Your engineers are calling and asking to take new connection by paying 1500 instead of repairing the issue! Ur engineers are marking issues as resolved without even coming to location! Pathetic service!

@JioCare Dear team Jio Fiber. My Jio Fiber ID is. 06743506424. I have opted for 699 plan with 14 OTT but I am unable to enjoy those OTT till date. Only 2/3 OTT is able to watch. Tried to get ot resolved in chat help but that was not done. Pls resolve this issue at the earliest.
