    @reliancejio @AnilAmbani_001 Jio has utter rubbish service and customer care is useless, look the chat and they have standard answer but no resolutions at all. And now they are going for 5G, they are not even in 2G network. I am use from 5 years and internet speed is just 2mbps.

    @JioCare Hi, are we taking any action on this? Visit by the engineer has been rescheduled three times since yesterday due to technical reasons. I would want to get my connection closed along with the refund for this month. Just pathetic service, my work has taken a hit because of this.
