    Hey @JioCare I did recharge of ₹2121 valid till 21 Aug 21.But I m so fed up dat I want to switch to @airtelindia can I get my money back or I have to move in loss. Since March 20 till now I got to kno dat Jio is only asking issues to DM but never ever solves it @TRAI

    @JioCare I'm sorry but our service is still not restored. What's baffling us is a lack of transparency and communication to tell us what's the problem and steps being taken to resolve the same. Really a poor standard of service. Our service request number is SR000013SBRH.
