@iamkrwagle @JioCare @reliancejio In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

@JioCare 3-4 times I made complain but it is not resolved. You may look back my tweets. One Engr visited to me & said, there is no problem of speed. This report might have been submitted but my complaint of dialing 1800 even Jio help line number starting with 1800 is not resolved

5g does not work on my samsung galaxy s 20 fe 5g. But when I use my sim on another phone I get 5g. 5g is available from other service provider works on my phone. Have called customer care thrice. It's better to move on. @JioCare @reliancejio
