    @JioCare In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

    @JioCare Is it my fault that a multi national company which portray itself as a customer friendly organization, is making money by putting customers in dark. Now either you provide me that compulsory subscription or just cancel my recharge and return my money.

    @reliancejio I have been complaining since 24 hrs for an engineer visit as my jio fiber cable is broken. Yet no action has been taken by your customer care. All they are saying that the engineer will visit in an hour and blah blah. This is affecting my work. Kindly look into it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am a postpaid customer of JIO from last 2 yrs. From last 15 days, I am trying to change my bill plan. I have tried it on My JIO App,JIO store & JIO Customer Care.But nothing is being fruitful. No one is taking responsibility for the same. JIO is harrasing

    @Airtel_Presence It has been more than a week. No updates on installation. The worst service in my city. Please cancel my order on immediate effect. Its my mistake i choose @Airtel_Presence over @reliancejio for fiber service. Thank you
