I had applied for enablement of an existinh service, someone cleverly cut the wire just when I applied, and since I didn't use it at all, and informed them, I thought they'll dismiss it, but they didn't.

As a loyal Jio customer, I expected better. Please resolve this immediately. 2 schedule appointments and no one showed up.
