    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    Have had the worst experience with @reliancejio @JioCare . Given an appointment for installation thrice but no one has turned up. This after they have already taken the money , had assured same day service & post many calls with the service center @nch14404 Pls help!

    @JioCare Is this how you guys treat your customers?SERIOUSLY? 3 full days have passed and still you guys can't tell when actually the service engineer will visit my house!!! Please tell the customers before publishing your ads that they need to tolerate such kind of disgusting service too

    @JioCare 3 days have passed, still no update, heck no service engineer even called me regarding my Jio Fibre issue. Atleast someone can say at what particular date and time you people are gonna resolve my issue. You guys are just postponing the date everyday.

    @JioCare Now the time is 3:31 pm at this time only less people will use internet so how can say that there are many users accessing the internet and there is a issue with download speed and the upload speed is absolutely fine
