Manoj Sapru (@SapruManoj) reported@JioCare complaining since Sunday morning for Jio Fiber to give service. Jio fiber is not supposed to get impacted by rains especially in buildings. I give it a big 0 for Service & respons. It's the worst service. You can't call helpline as it goes into automated call.

I just received a call and message claiming my door was locked and the technician couldn't visit. That's a blatant lie—I have been at home waiting all this time.

Also you are sending SMS on my registered mobile no that you may cancel the connection but you will not get any refund.
