    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @reliancejio @JioCare i am not getting any outgoing or incoming calls, my internet is working good. Yesterday i gave a call to your customer service, he was telling within 48 hrs i will b getting a call from the netwrk team. Seriously?? 48 hours? What kind of service ?

    @JioCare Booked a Jiofiber connection on 18/10/2022 till now it is not installed. Why is it delayed I don't know what the issue of JioFiber team is as I said earlier at the time of registration that I want it on an urgent basis but no action. Order No. NO0000N9JLZU

    @JioCare @reliancejio why are we continously facing issues with 4g network in 4g device since the 5g rolled out. Is 4g no longer be working? Do we need to opt for 5g tossing the 4g devices? Worst service. Fix 4g network coverage firstly.
