    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    Tell me @reliancejio @JioCare,do you value ur customer? I called you today at 7:40pm to complain that I am getting 200kbps,is that a 4G speed? And I asked the executive & in return,she said: “if you want you can come & do my job”& deactivate my number.This is humiliation.

    @JioCare You could not get through coz of Jio network. Whenever you solve the problem, I would be reachable. There is a X in network currently

    @excitel_rocks Your payment gateway isn't working. Your customer support executive said "It's a global issue, We can't compensate & give a discount offer to you". You can't survive without proper customer support with tough competitors like @JioCare & @airtelindia #ExcitelDown

    @JioCare Responded via DM pls look into it and help me with porting process as I m not getting any response from @ViCustomerCare so no use to contact them again and again. Vi don't value their CX so no point to use their service anymore
