    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @JioCare My mobile is compatible it is updated to 16.2 other iPhone we are receiving 5g signal so 5g is available even after having all criteria i am not getting 5g service another iPhone in the house is receiving the 5g then why my mobile won’t i get the offer to connect to 5g

    @JioCare Thanks for your response. Yes, as you said 'necessary action has been taken'.. but the action they took was they SIMPLY RESOLVED THE TICKET WITHOUT TALKING TO ME AND RESOLVING THE ISSUE!!!!

    Hey @JioCare, I am not getting 5G in S21 FE in Pune. Also, it shows the device is 4g. Please fix this!
