@JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

@geekyranjit @reliancejio is performing terribly. I contacted customer service about the same but they gave unclear answers. I have 100 mbps plan but getting 30mbps, they said that's becoz of single band router but that also gave me 70 80 mbps earlier. What is this!

@JioCare It's been 3 days of Internet outage and saying Urgency of getting this figured out. If Jio team resolves the issue on time why would chase for resolution. Improve the service and engineer availability instead of false promises of resolving in 24 hours. Pathetic and worst service
