    @JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @JioCare How many hours are some hours. Why can not you simply refund my money. What is the benefit to me out of this utter failure of Reliance Jio... Apart from feeling anger and wasting my time calling your customer care and writing emails, twitter posts.

    @yrmantri3 @JioCare @reliancejio I recently did that too; they've made the process complicated. Three people from customer care tried to convince me not to cancel the connection. Jiofiber used to be really good, they've changed recently.

    @JioCare Wrong information. It's nothing to do with my complaint. One of numbers have full recharged and I was obviously using the data of hat number but internet speed always break. No 5g speed. Another number i recharged yesterday.

    @JioCare Hi Shireen, I have recharged my jio pack on 13th August itself and I am still unable to use my jio connection because of complexity and incapability of your systems and process...its already 5-6 days passed and simple relocation is not been done...kindly call and provide solution

    @JioCare My network has been completely unstable. Mobile data is barely working. Please check the network towers in my area and resolve this ASAP.

    I want to cancel my jiofiber subscription as i am leaving the city, thereโ€™s no way to do that on jio fiber app, tried calling customer care but IVR also dont have option also no option to talk with human support, please help me cancel it asap @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 6/8 Stop closing complaints without fixing the problem. Stop sending meaningless copy-paste responses. A complaint being marked โ€œResolvedโ€ does NOT mean the issue has been resolved. Customers deserve an actual technical investigation not a status update to close the ticket
