    @JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @JioCare Request no SR000035QW0P raised Dated 14th May , Unresolved for last 4 Days, Only Received resedule appointments and your Service Engineer / Area manager advise to discontinue the service as they are unable to solve the issue because of shortage or Engineer.

    @JioCare I use jio sim since 2016 . Today I felt the worst experience from jio. No 5g network, while there is a 5g tower in my locality. Plz resolve my issue .

    @JioCare I ordered a SIM card online May 15th, but a message on 18 may said the order was initiated and advised contacting an agent for an appointment. The provided agent contact number was unreachable. I need help resolving this to get the SIM card.

    @JioCare @JioCare I requested relocation, not a forced new connection or plan upgrade. My ₹199 plan was changed without proper consent and now I’m being charged more for poor speed/service.

    @JioCare Stop saying this is not the experience you aim for. A customer is facing it. It is from your end only. You have stolen my hard earned money. You can see how long this has been going on for. You still have not refunded my 3k. And now you're saying 'if' im eligible. Great work.

    4 days, still no updates, why...? Your mail service is not working... Customer care just cuts my call. The delivery agent number I received said I am not working in jio ... What is this...? Even after raising request, I have not received any progress update... @JioCare
