    @JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve been complaining about my Wi-Fi for months now. Every day I have to use the help option in the app. Every week, I have to call the local representative for a wi-fi connection issue. Horrible service. I think I will shift to @reliancejio now

    @Vaibhav51552614 Primary SIM is from @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio worst network. Zero customer care, only BOT reply, their outlet (Pin code : 561207 - Bagepalli ) is busy with new business not time to service issue. Every time no person is available come tomorrow. Lot of tomorrow have gone.

    @JioCare I to simply raise a technician visit request to get my jiofiber router working. Can’t seem to do through 1800 896 9999 as it redirects me to Myjio. Can’t seem to do through My jio as it redirects me to this number. Please just need to raise a service request

    @JioCare Taking this much time merely to identify the issue is completely unacceptable. The network has been down for two days, causing significant inconvenience. If your team faced a similar outage for two days, would you consider that acceptable?

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is down due to a fiber connectivity issue. Your automated system has already diagnosed the fault and generated Service Request SR000038F7EH. The problem is that I am unable to reach a human representative through any support channel: #JioFiber
