    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @avijeet_writes @TRAI @JioCare Calling CS is worst decision to make, it isn't handy evidence that you have raised your concern 99 days back. Even Chats as well, automated by AI. Mailing is the best route; triggers serious workflow.

    @JioCare worst service ever, I had an engineer appointment to fix my Jio Airfiber on 14 August 11 am to 12 pm , no one came then I had to reschedule to 3pm to 4pm again no one came and I tried to call the engineer no one received the call

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber internet has been down for the last 8 hours. SR- SR00002NFX9Y was raised around 10 am for visit 3 to 3.30 pm, but the engineer has neither visited nor contacted me. The req has now been put on hold without resolving the issue.#JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare 2/2 and that you will try to improve it in the future. How is this a resolved complaint? I’m extremely frustrated after dealing with this for almost a week. Please stop giving generic responses and provide an actual solution and a clear timeline for resolution.

    Could TRAI please clarify why Airtel and Jio have increased their mobile tariff prices? We are paying more, but in my village, Jio 5G is still not available. If the prices are being increased, shouldn’t network coverage and service quality improve as well? @TRAI @reliancejio
