    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @JioCare reference number SR00002KQRFQ , Despite reporting the issue earlier, I am being asked to wait for 8 days just for an engineer visit. The visit is still getting delayed, and there has been no resolution so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.

    @JioCare No, this is not acceptable. It’s still not working, and it has already been almost 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are asking me to reschedule again. I need a clear commitment on when this will be fixed permanently. arrange immediate resolution without any delay.

    @JioCare 4 missed installation slots. 2 days of waiting. Today your technician faked "on the way" status — tracker didn't move an inch for 90 minutes. This isn't a delay, this is cheating your customer. Escalate this NOW. #Jio #JioFail #ConsumerRights
