    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

    @JioCare useless customer care service! my jiofiber has been down for 4 days and calls have been unhelpful. 1st the complaint was closed without resolving and the next calls are just false promises that services will be resolved at 12 am.

    @JioCare I’m facing serious network issues. I can’t use the internet properly, and whenever I try to make a call, it gets disconnected in the middle and shows “Call Failed.” I’m unable to even contact support through a call. Please look into this issue urgently.

    @JioCare Could you please urgently check and update me on the status of my refund? I can see that the refund is still not completed. It has already been delayed, and I’m not sure what is causing the issue. Please look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet is not working since the afternoon. Have gotten 0 support from your customer care. It's showing as all good on the app and yet I can't even open google. There's no speed. I can't even raise a request because of it.
