@JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

@JioCare @reliancejio @consumerforum_ 3 days prior to expiry of pack, Jio is sending messages both in Hindi and English, emails, and notifications at the beginning of every call. Every call is wasting my one minute. This is harassment & irritating customer to recharge. Stop it.

@JioCare Hi Team, we have installed jio fiber since almost two months in building. The fiber cable is installed is shoddily done and wires are running across the buildings. We have been asking sales person (Priyesh sharma) to correct the installation but no avail. Kindly help

@JioCare @Rakeeb_78 Don't try it man, they will just forget you if you didn't like the service and try to cancel while in trial period, they'll tell that refunf will take 7-14 days but for me 40 days have passed and even if I try to call customer care the automatic voice doesn't let me connect.

I deactivate my currect fiber connection. Because I'll get a JIO Fiber Connection. I try to many calls to JIO Executive Akshay but he didn't answer my calls. It is very bad experience with JIO Fiber. I don't know how I get my money back. (3/4) @reliancejio @JioCare

Hello @JioCare , Amazing customer service you guys provide. When paying for a 150 mbps connection, we get only 30mbps speed. I paid 2500 for 30mbps. The motto of your company should be to irritate the **** out of your customer. #jiosucks
