Requesting you to send someone for a site visit. The WiFi is going off from all the mobiles frequently. Working fine if the connection is there.

Aman Prasad (@amanprasad32) reported@JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support. Outgoing SMS has stopped working on my Jio SIM while incoming SMS works fine. After multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Please stop passing me around and fix this ASAP.
