    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    Pathetic service, worst experience! My Jio Fiber has not been working and I have been constantly following up since 26.04.2026. Engineer visit is being rescheduled without my request/consent or knowledge. No resolution till date. Just fooling the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Multiple complaints raised through all channels: offline, customer care, email, & social media, yet no permanent resolution. Only delays so far. This is not level of service expected @JioCare If I wasn’t locked into a yearly plan, I’d have already switched to another provider.

    @JioCare Hi, My jiofiber number is 4435671148 Internet connectivity is very bad from a long time No one picks call in your customer care number Please send technician asap to fix it, else I will disconnect and shift to airtel
