    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare I already did contact your team and issue can only be resolved by visiting the jio store which (major inconvenience) is 80kms away from where i am staying currently. So, thanks for the reply but please work on the suggestion.

    I am using Jio prepaid. Today I have recharged on my jio still its been more than 30 mins still when I try to call anybody on jio they don't allow and keep saying my recharge is insufficient I am unable to call JIO customer care too. Disappointing service @JioCare @reliancejio
