    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Team, it has been 2 weeks now and no installation is done. I can wait for today or maybe max till tomorrow. If it is not possible for you to get the installtion done, please let me know the process to cancel this order. Note: Services are available in my area, but box is full.

    I think we should never take a jio fiber connection ,Internet is not working in our area from 3 days and all we hear from them is our engineer will visit very soon and they keep rescheduling the visits .still they don't care @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare There should be an update on when the issue can be resolved atleast ..keeping an issue pending for 3 days when it is not working in the entire area doesn't make sense

    @JioCare Solution provided for SR00001A44T2 isn't satisfying. With my current plan Rs 399 I should be getting Amazon prime membership, but it's still not activated. Please activate it ASAP
