    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001DRSTZ for your Jio Fiber. I had specifically informed customer service to tell the engineer to get cable that has broken close to one year but how is it possible that you will follow the request. Pathetic service

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Your agent in Kolkata called to explain that the previous modem and plan had some issues so he changed the modem and plan to a 3 month prepaid with 2 months free plan. Now i am getting message to pay up to renew. The gentleman promises visit but doesn’t

    @JioCare Problem resolved but after 4 days from the day of complaint. So kindly extend 4 days of my plan. The customer support executive also assured us that we will do it for you but they haven't done it yet.
