    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Another day has passed with no acknowledgment or contact. How long am I expected to wait, or should I cancel it? This is not how customers should be treated. Just giving updates without any real progress is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Still the technician is same when i try to contact that particular technician he is saying i am in a vacation I don’t know about these service requests if in case they don’t know why should you guys hire them i want quick resolution my work is pending from morning onwards

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service experience of jio 5g it's even working worse than 3g live proof has been attached, even after repeatedly complain it's issue has not been resolved, this condition in city like hyderabad, even jio repeatedly has stopped me to port and assured

    They keep saying same thing that we are working on this, check above screenshots last month and today’s reply. It’s been more than 3 months they couldn’t provide service but took full money. Why don’t you refund if can’t provide service? @reliancejio #fraudJio #jio #reliance

    @JioCare I have reconsidered the decision and again came to conclusion that I want to cancel the purchase as your engineer and sales person did the pretty nice job by helping me to come to this conclusion so cancel ASAP and refund my amount

    And I thought @reliancejio was a reliable service provider, but that is DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE!! Today marks the 3rd outage since I got my new @reliancejio AirFibre connection, & I guess it was a bloody mistake. Complaint raised.. @TRAI
