    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare Now I can understand how Jio is providing service to their customers.... They are wasting time first to their customers and customer care only doing timepass to send message for asking their number again and again.... Its really frustrating to me

    @JioCare Income Tax Login page is not opening using JIO Fiber network... I have escalated this issue but still awaiting response and solution from your end... Its been a while and JIO Care is taking a lot of time...

    @SamirPa79750750 Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @reliancejio absolutely pathetic service quality. Untrained, Ill-equipped, indifferent service staff. Haven't been able to get a STB installed for last 5 days. Nor have been able to cancel the account. Shame on the @reliancegroup Highly avoidable.Rather go for @Airtel_Presence
