    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    To @reliancejio @JioCare (1/3 )On 5th feb 2022 i recharged for jio fiber 999+gst plan From same day i m unable to use my internet as well as setup box. I made multiple complaints but you did not solve any. I request you to cancel my jio fiber connection and refund my deposit

    @JioCare this is ridiculous guys I am unable to use Internet inside my home this is called monopoly? Still I am outside my home for use Internet. I converted my sim from airtel to jio but after 2 years I am facing same problem jio should look into this otherwise we'll go back

    Have already sent all details to @JioCare through DM but of no use. How else can I prove identity? God is not willing to visit Jio Store. Or are suggesting to port the number to some better service provider Even though it is insignificant for you but then every drop counts. @TRAI
