    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare I have already raised complaints on 25 Aug and 28 Aug, and both promised resolution timelines have been missed. Your own service update for SR00003EYLUX confirms an ongoing network outage at my location.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The way your support team is communicating with customers is extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, your replies make it sound like the customer is at fault. Please train your support team to communicate respectfully and professionally.

    Dear @reliancejio your 5G service sucks on Thondamuthur Coimbatore. Something clearly wrong with stability of data connection. Signal strength drops quickly too. Clearly way below 4G connectivity and stability.

    hello @JioCare @reliancejio there is disruption in Jio Fibre services since friday night, yesterday they said that services will get restored by 9 AM today and its still the same issue. Your team has missed 4 deadlines given by them to resinstate the network

    ISSUE since 2 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 16 days back Nikammo , kuch toh bolo @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. I hv raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying

    @JioCare And their customer care number is equally worthless. The prerecorded AI doesn’t even give an option to talk to a real person. How are customers supposed to get help with issues like this?
