    @TRAI I understood. But why do @reliancejio comes with a resolution of DND not registered even when it is already activated fully on my number? This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.

    They called me assured about fixing the network at the earliest possible but I am waiting till next 24 hrs. Hope it will be fixed as early as possible. @JioCare

    @JioCare Booked new Jio number (TN circle, Code: C632162519). Will SIM be delivered & activated at home, or should I visit store? Prefer doorstep due to heatwave. Please confirm. Direct message not working

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio Airtel is the only good option. Jio has a problem with internet quality as well as customer service.

    @JioCare @JioCare I m not satisfied with your respond , as my account is valid for next month ..? Then why did you ask for again base plan for just getting the network signal ..?? I don’t want to accept or dial the call while roaming , I just want to keep active my phone in network to receive SMS . Hope it’s free of service , if we have enough validity on our account .

    @reliancejio @TRAI The customer service agent openly says I cannot raise complaint and I can go ahead and call customer service number - this is not giving any improvements to my situation. @TRAI not just jio everytime I run into issues I have to beg to my ISP , fake out that I'm leaving country.
