    @JioCare @reliancejio jio AirFiber and Jio mobile network have been down in my area since Friday. I've called customer care multiple times, but the issue is still not resolved. This is causing major inconvenience while working. Please resolve it urgently. #Jio #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare It's been more than 24 hrs still the JioFiber outage is not rectified at 560082. IVR is not reaching to the customer care also.

    @JioCare @JioCare - I am not able to open the UrL nor I’m able to access the technician contact via My Jio app. This is such a low service nobody expects from such a company. None of them called me until this time. Setting new standards on poor service.

    Shame on @JioCare @JioFibre Internet is down from last 10 days. Raised SR several times, but they havn't assign an engineer yet. Shameless company taking money every month and don't care about its customer. No way to contact them, everywhere they have placed bots.
