    Add one more information. @JioCare your 4G network is equal to 2G. And by using this speed 25% data cannot be used.

    @JioCare When you are working since 2 days for fixing small issues then seriously you have to think your customer support area. Really needs serious management

    @JioCare Pathetic service by your customer care, using 150MBPS Plan still the speed is very slow. They always ask to do troubleshoot but nothing happen.

    @JioCare I have taken my decision and asked the customer care to cancel my connection. It will be a request to you guys please make my payment in 2 days. It will be of great help. I will look out for other options.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Airtel fixed the fibre issues in 2 hours and Jio fibre has not fixed service request number SR00001CSTRF despite the lapses of 2 days. This is the reason Airtel is the leader and Jio fibre cannot retain its customers .
