    @JioCare Please give me the revised appointment date and time. Air fiber was booked on 21st april, it's already 9 days, all my previous appointments were unattended. Now, i am waiting for revised appointment and wish that it would get attended. Please help.

    @JioCare This is exactly why I switched from Airtel to Jio, due to poor service—and now I’m facing the same issue here. If this continues, I will have to disconnect my connection. The worst part is you charge at the start of the month in advance, and gives poor service (:

    @JioCare I didn’t request for disconnection. Issue wasn’t resolved by you and then it was disconnected by Jio —I am mentioning this for 5th time. It was your failure, your incompetence to resolved issue and your escapism policy to disconnect the account when you couldn’t resolve @consaff

    @JioCare I am connected to 5G with a valid plan, but the internet speed is so poor that it feels like switching to BSNL would be better.

    @JioCare My internet is running slow for a long time. At the time of payment in Jio Airfiber, you people start messaging and calling again and again. Is that why we get such an expensive recharge done every month @JioCare response as soon as possible my mobile number- 8770655430

    @JioCare Just to update your team again. Internet after being stable for 2-3 hours in the morning and giving good performance, it has again started fluctuating. My core complaints were: poor speed and inconsistent speed ( regular fluctuations ) which affects my gaming heavily. @JioCare
