    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFibre +91-1135598530 landline phone & lan not working since 11 AM today. Customer service people are prolonging on line chat & totally INSENSITIVE to customer problem. Jio service is not customer friendly. That chat person was insensitive

    @JioCare @TRAI My Jio Wifi not working from last 48 hours but no respond , need to think whether we should retain with jio or move to Airtel . They don’t have technician from last 48 hours to solve . I feel jio is now not a good option

    And when I complain about it to @JioCare customer service they refuse to give. Why also disconnect my calls without any solution.

    @JioCare pathetic support and chat features. Takes ages to reach an agent, who joins and disconnects without listening to your issue. No option to raise a service request directly, helpline is a wrong number. Just keep going though options and wait for a sensible agent.

    @JioCare You guys wouldn't kn because obviously the flow of information is so poor, so let me inform you. Someone came to fix my wifi and i sent them back. I need it to be disconnected asap. @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio @JioCare has got the slowest service in Jodhpur. Connection booked on 09-07 still not installed. Salesman Vicky sant is not answering calls and head Mukul is clueless about his staff. @Airtel_Presence can you help me get fiber?

    Fourth day in a row. Same time no internet. Technican visit was supposed to be 2 days back no one here yet. Router upgrade not done. I am tweeting from @reliancejio mobile data. Useless @tataplayfiber only takes money no internet. Guess time change my network soon.

    @reliancejio SR00001C4ED1, waiting for a resolution for last few days. Your installation guy has broken the internal wiring as they don't use spring wire during installation of #JioFiber Is the customer supposed to pay for mistakes done by your engineers? #upyourservice
