    @JioCare @reliancejio The jiofibre is still disconnected. The problem is still unresolved even after sharing the details in your inbox and calling your executive many times. 24 hours have gone by. What kind of service is this??

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet connection #9163377888 has been disconnected for the last 5 days, and despite repeated complaints, no technician has visited or resolved the issue. This is affecting my work and daily activities. Kindly escalate and resolve this on priority. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Is it going to be resolved today? The customer care number has only 1 tone since the complaint is registered no one is ready to speak. Last time I am asking is it going to be resolved today?

    Time to quit @reliancejio Enough is enough! No 5g network for even 30 consecutive seconds in any 15 minutes since May June.. And it's happening in throughout Bihar even after they're charging 899 for recharge.. Port to BSNL or other network is only option
