    @airtelindia replaced rs49 pack to rs79 just to keep incoming/outgoing active for 28d and it doesn't have outgoing SMS.🤬 Now you have to recharge with 129 pack just to send port SMS. WTF😡 Bye Airtel it's time to port all my numbers associated with airtel to @reliancejio

    @JioCare Points to be noted: 1. All u customer care sound like bots. May be true. 2. Resolution not provided for the 3rd straight time. 3. Appellate authority also replies like bots, without reading my concern properly. 4.ur callbacks r only miss calls of 2 seconds

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please Kindly Resolve The Network Issue In My Locality. I am Unable To Fill Exam Forms And Last Date Is So Close. Its Really Bad That We Are Paying Huge Still Not Getting Network Worth Of It. Don't Make Me Abuse To Company.

    @sbsamtongaria @JioCare I'm having the same experience with #jiofiber. My relocation request is delayed by 1 week and I cant even track my service request on the app. It only says the relocation request is open. Very poor app quality and customer care service @JioCare

    @JioCare @jiocare hav sent the details on DM. Pls send a technician today to install wifi. It's already delayed by 1 week. I expect better customer service than what I have experienced with #jiofiber. Pls educate ur customer care representatives on dealing with complaints better.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat Hi Team Jio, Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible its been 20 hrs since the issue was last raised. We dont even get a single extra minute when our plan expires. And since we are working from home we can afford to miss our days work.

    @JioCare Why do you guys spam so much? I start getting reminders on every call 5 to 10 days in advance about my recharge which is really irritating since many a times I find myself in emergency. Plus spam messages. And even after i did recharge, I continued receiving the reminder messages
