    Very poor Jio service in Tarya Sujan, Kushinagar (UP). Using both Jio Fiber & Jio SIM but facing weak signal, call drops, slow internet and unstable fiber connection regularly. Please resolve urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    JIOMART SCAM IN MY CITY. Frauds,- They have accepted the order yesterday (7th May) and not yet delivered till now (8th May 10.25am). The payment has been already done through upi. No customer care support to call, toll free number too not working @JioMart @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio JioFibre technician PRANAB (9287991559) assigned via Jio app REFUSED to visit my home in Jorhat, Assam. Called support 6 TIMES today. SR: SR000035A27R. Same issue in Nov-Dec 2024 rescheduled 15+ times. 4 MONTHS of harassment. No resolution. #jiofiber

    @JioCare Stop with the generic replies, Shashank.5 days of 'processing' and zero answers. I asked for an SLA, not a script. Stop prolonging this and provide a definitive resolution date. Your 'earliest' is already 5 days too late. Looks like service standards are non-existent.

    This lack of support is extremely disappointing and is causing serious inconvenience. If @airtelindia Fiber service is available in my area, kindly help me with a priority new broadband connection, as I urgently need a stable internet connection. @reliancejio @airtelindia
