    That shows how much serious are you for your customers @JioCare. Since yesterday I am facing frequent disruptions and still no answers. Today is Tuesday and you have booked appointment for 19th June. It’s better to remove the connection and I will contact other customer.

    @JioCare Complete network failure in Abadpur, Katihar, Bihar. Calls are not connecting, incoming calls have no audio, and 4G/5G internet is barely working. The entire area has been facing this issue for the last 2 weeks. Please resolve urgently.

    @JioCare customer support team on 199 & chat support team is also not responding, 199 no is disconnecting calls many time, no agent was coming on the line

    @MadhanNila9s @JioCare @reliancejio I have been facing the same issue for last 3 days but I just thought let me request for new connection and immediately a call came when I asked if they can fix my wire they cut the call

    @JioCare One week since my relocation — I paid ₹1,200, my service is STILL down, and your engineer won’t answer calls. No visit, no ticket, no update. This is theft + gross negligence. Porting is only sol? huh?
