    @JioCare Hi jio team. Any update on my request. I am wondering that even after so much of escalation there is no resolution on this. Now it’s almost a year that I am chasing for this. Now I have to move to consumer court for the same so that I can get resolution for this in legal terms.

    @JioCare @reliancejio , When there is a power cut in our area there is network coverage; no incoming/outgoing calls, no internet. It seems like there is no backup at the mobile tower. Please look into this and resolve it ASAP

    @JioCare my jiofibre connection is canceled on 22nd June but still my refund not processed yet Person who uninstalled the connection has not followed the process and unnecessary I am suffering , registered complaint against him still no action taken by @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down for the last5 days and despite repeated complaints, the issue is still unresolved. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.I have been left without internet for days with no proper update or resolutio

    @jiothings @jioMotive @JioCare Around one and a half months ago, I reported an issue where the device was falsely registering trips. Despite raising the complaint, the issue has still not been resolved.
