@JioCare The complaint no. SR000018M3CC. DATE OF COMPLAINT 31/01/2022 TILL DATE NOT RESOLVED Only receiving the msg we will resolve ur issue in 24 hrs. Now it's become 10 days but issue is not resolved. What is the TAT to resolve the issue.?

@JioCare Jio auto payment deducted on 3rd Feb 2022 of Rs505.00 but recharge not done yet. Contacted Jio customer service but they disconnecting my calls.

@reliancejio Your network doesn't seem to work half of the time, To make a call I have to switch to Airplane mode then switch the airplane mode off to connect. Also after connecting you cannot hear the person you've called. #RelianceJio #Network
