    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    Had the worst experience With Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare Just switched from YouBroadband to Jio fibre.Took a plan of 150 Mbps with jio tv After installation the speed comes at 47-50Mbps.9n enquiring they say , 150 will come only with a 5g device. Lack of informing the Customers

    @reliancejio TN RJIO not responding addition benifit 29 days par with 336 days plan. Two validity plans are working simultaneously in my jio no.I raised complaint to extent my validity 336 to 365 days but they refused to change.

    @JioCare My internet is disconnecting 9-10 times a day. No resolution at all. Even they have disabled creation of new service request. I gave feedback that my problem has not been fixed, but they didn't even bother to look.

    @JioCare @trai received call no. +918167272959 from #Jio regarding my recharge plan issue. He send a #sms asking for #OTP Why does jio need an OTP to see what complain I have done. I guess this is fraud & jio must take action for this issue Be careful @MahaCyber1

    @JioCare I want prompt initiation and proof of cancelation guaranteeing refund in form of official email and message on my registered mobile number. I will NOT BEAR with this because at the time of assistance I WAS NOT HELPED WITH FROM THE JIO SERVICE GIVERS

    @reliancejio I raised request for cancellation request for jiofiber two times. Every time Advisor team closing the request without any resolution. @reliancejio is playing with Customers.
