    @arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

    @JioCare no question asked refund policy. However mine is different, many questions are asked and still no resolution and false promise with no empathy and respect other time. This is how @reliancejio false advertisement and misconduct on consumer font.

    @JioCare Internet down from 6 pm. Was told the outage would be fixed by 9.15 pm. Almost 4 hours without service!!! Still not resolved....What's happening?
