@arunjawarlal It's charges increased, don't know why @TRAI did this, if by taking decision should help common people, ex. Internet data earlier we paying ₹250 for 1 GB, @reliancejio came now it's ₹5, but TV channels prices very much hiked, not help to common people

@reliancejio I need to port out from Jio because Jio is not listening problems of its customers. There is very poor or no network coverage at my home location.Many time I have been applied for tower installation through My Jio App (Partner With Jio) but there is no response.

@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @airtelindia If you try to contact #Jio Customer Support, they will actually let you speak to human customer support staff via call. And they resolve issue immediately. While on #Airtel, there was only IVR menu or you can create a ticket from App. No human will answer your query.

@JioCare What if at the time of paying my bill i would say I will pay at the earliest or will pay my bill very soon,if i am paying bill on time than why should I wait for 4-5 days to resolve my issues and that also from a company like @reliancejio
