Hi @reliancejio I had book home slot for a postpaid card 4-5 days ago. No communication or action has been taken on the same. If you don't serve the customer with the service you have added, then the service is useless. Kindly fix this!

@Airtel_Presence I have previously used @JioCare at a different location and I used to get messages for service interruptions, and their customer service is far better and faster compared to yours. This is what matters. I hope you resolve my issue before I switch to AJIO Fiber
