Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , I am in paradeep Odisha now, i have taken 1 year plan on my #Jio number, but here #Jio 4G service is worse than 2G. Stop this cheating and refund me my amount. Because I am going to stay here for a year now. So cancel my recharge and refund my money.

For the past few months, my #jio internet connectivity is very much poor. Your jio customer care is frequently calling and asking my jio reacharge. Every time i memorized them about this issue. That's why I'm not recharging Still they call. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Due to this reason, my office work hamper so much and I also face mental trauma and now I feel I done big mistake of choosing Jio Fibre. When I called to the customer care then they are doing misbehave with me. And lease bothered to help me out.

@JioCare @harilu_21 These guys are good for nothing I installed a new connection and within a week there was an issue and these guys were unable to resolve it even after 15 days. In the end, I cancel the connection and am waiting for a refund. Hope will get it in time!

@JioCare It is was scheduled earlier for today 5th between 1pm to 2pm, now it is re scheduled for 8th now I will be left with no internet for 3days. Will that be compensated. I must tell Jio service has gone to drain, it is really the worst it can get.
