  @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare service request number 3BDUL1 was scheduled at 12-1 pm on high priority. Technician did not came and shared number 06151 314 144 is not available, seems it is closed number. How I'll talk to him for issue fixes.

  Yes even I raised this issue and a person came in to my home from @JioCare and looked the coverage of 5G What he told me is there's no proper 5G tower nearby and they are trying to install at the earliest. Which would take 4 months.

  @jio_fiber Worst service by @reliancejio, @jiocare...its been 10 days my internet stopped working.3 times service request created. With out resolving the issues closing the tickets. Local internet providers are far better than jio..openly looting money without providing service.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is down for a week. Multiple complaints raised, zero action! As society representative, if this isn't fixed today, we will remove all Jio wiring from our premises & invite @airtelindia to service the entire society. Fix this!

  @JioCare (Service ID: 778610860366) has already been collected, yet my ₹3,300 refund has been pending for over a year. I have all the proofs and have already registered NCH Docket No. 9632657. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will place all evidence before the Consumer (2/3)

  @JioCare My jio fiber relocation request reference order number -CO0001TG2OXJ was scheduled for 13th July 2026, It's getting postponed continuously. No one is reaching out to me for resolution. I am just getting mails with info of new scheduled time. NO ONE EVER Calls.

  @JioCare I hope you are doing well because my family is not. Why? Because there is no WiFi at our home connection for last 29 hours. I try to connect through app, call and email. No one is helping to resolve the issue. Connection number is - 1203695218. Please help ASAP
