    @JioCare Engineer giving false arrival time since yesterday, still no visit. Asked me to install Jio Partner World app which is not for customers. Internet down since 28 Mar. This is serious misconduct. Resolve immediately or I will file consumer complaint & request refund.

    I have been repeatedly raising complaints regarding the lack of 5G network coverage in my village for the past 2–3 years. Despite recharging with an unlimited 5G plan, I am still unable to access 5G services. @JioCare @reliancejio
