@JioCare Sir no one their to help out if any thing happen it will taking 15days pack going weaste and we are taken connection for office purpose very disappointed..,rat has cutdown my wire near router I complaint directly near by office no response no customer support

JIO network is bad and to rectify this they say please take JIO Fiber. I complained about this in the month of June and till date they have not taken any action. Thank you JIO for your poor network and poor customer service @JioCare @ee @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence Thanks so much. The broadband has been fixed by Vishnupal ... he is a very dedicated engineer with @Airtel_Presence. However mobile network is very very bad. It's been over one month and nothing is being done. I have already migrated 2 Airtel mobile connections to @reliancejio
