    @JioCare: Extremely disappointing experience with @reliancejio. The JioFiber service person (Sivakumar) was rude and explicitly told us that he would not install the connection, asked us to cancel the booking, and said, “I won’t be able to do anything about it.”

    @nikhilk101 @reliancejio Happened to me as well, while refunding, they have posted error message, account details not correct. They had to just initiate reversal to the same source of payment. It's holding it since 10th July.. Imagine by the time a customer realize and again update same details,..

    @JioCare, msging you on private DM isn’t helping the matter. You are just replying in loop without any real help. The issue is clear, either give me an active Fiber connection or give my money back that you have already taken. Simple. This has been a nightmare of an issue @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid for a Jio AirFiber connection, but my request was cancelled (screenshot attached). I have NOT received my refund.I sent multiple emails, How can activation be complete when the connection was never installed? Order ID LR00001DR6Z7.
