This continuous delay is completely unacceptable and amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing unnecessary mental harassment.

Still there is no improvement of network and if I call the Customer Care support they told everytime that it will take 60 days for improvement. So, please wait.

We were so happy that we immediately recharged with the ₹349 plan, expecting to use unlimited 5G. But after a few hours, the 5G signal disappeared and has not returned till now.
