Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Why the customer are forced to listen the recharge the related ivr message before cal even though have to recharge after 3 or 4 days. It's so much irritating, Can you guys take this as priority and resolve.

@reliancejio @GoogleIndia Having issues with two jio fiber connections. Customer care really not interested to solve the problem. Better let me know termination process of the connection. Already getting installation done from another broadband service provider.

@JioCare Again same complain of frequent disconnection jio is least bothered of hard-earned money of their consumer , every other day issues with jio connections.
