@JioCare Jio Team, I am reiterating here, dont give such answer & resolution. We do have very good networks & happy with that but our only concern while there is electricity failure your network down immediately, means you dont have back up!! @TRAI

@JioCare My cellular service(Calls & Data) is not working from around 8AM today. I’m completely disconnected from the world as I have only one sim. Using a passerby Wi-Fi to give this message. Is there a downtime?

Ported to @reliancejio from @vodafonein1. Happy with the network strength & connectivity. Forget 4G VI couldn't provide basic voice service. Call drop, 2G connectivity issues were the norm. Bought vi card, visited vi store many timea, complained so many times, nothing helped.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I have several times complaints about the worst network issues in the area, but still no response yet I get from them. Please, if you people give more importance to expensive plans than the customers, tell us we will port to other operators. (Pin782120)
