    @JioCare @JioHotstar Amazing service! Bill paid, subscription active in MyJio, but JioHotstar wants me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar, Hotstar blames Jio, and the customer gets nothing. Can't watch matches or movies despite paying. Brilliant.

    @JioCare Worst customer service. From 4 days 10 times I have explained issue in ur Message inbox as per ur request, but again and again asking me same things. Sharing how to redeem video links. Ur executive cannt understand English also ?? It's worst and now I m leaving it. Hell

    @JioCare This is NOT a WiFi issue. The problem occurs on both LAN and WiFi, even next to the router. Multiple users in the area are affected. Please stop sending generic responses and escalate this to the network team. JioFiber: 02035950528.

    @JioCare No internet since Saturday. It's Monday now. Multiple follow-ups on calls and X, yet no resolution. Three days of downtime has directly impacted my work. Extremely disappointed with the service. either restore the connection immediately or process a refund for the downtime. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop sending the same copy-paste response. It's been days, yet there is no refund, no resolution, and no meaningful update. Your promises mean nothing when nothing gets done. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

    @JioCare It's really shameful for you people that you are not able to handle the complaint. I had raised complaint on 4-6-26 and you had scheduled technician on 7-6-26 but till time nothing had been done.
