    Jio network has been down in my area for over 24 hours. Businesses can't accept online payments, people can't work, and the local economy is suffering. This is unacceptable. @JioCare fix it ASAP. @airtelindia, please bring your 5G network here. We need a reliable alternative.

    Dear @JioCare, The Jio network in Maruru, Sagara, Shivamogga, Karnataka frequently goes completely down. The entire area shows “No Network” for hours, I’ve raised multiple complaints, but there’s been no permanent fix. Please investigate and resolve this issue urgently. #JioCare

    @JioCare Hi jio team. Any update on my request. I am wondering that even after so much of escalation there is no resolution on this. Now it’s almost a year that I am chasing for this. Now I have to move to consumer court for the same so that I can get resolution for this in legal terms.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing Internet problems since 3 days and I was promised to be done by today but it didn’t. Your team is very irresponsible neither they told me the reason nor rescheduled my installation.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Support, The indoor network coverage in my area is extremely poor, especially at night. Internet speeds are so slow that even WhatsApp messages fail to send or receive, and YouTube videos don't load. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved.

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates India's worst customer support reliance jio fibre. After many reminder and follow up mine relocating connectivity not done. My wife already complaint in jio fibre then also no revert. Took 1200 rupees for relocation. Useless jio fibre. Mukesh Ambani?????
