    I am very disappointed with Jio mobile network in Uttarakhand @reliancejio it's very poor although every telecom company straggling to provide good mobile services. @ideacellular @bsnl @airtel

    @JioCare If this happen with one connection, I can assume that may be technical error, but with two, definitely, it is an intentional act that reflects your bad intention i.e. not to refund.

    @JioCare Same old copy paste answer and a bunch of lies. The network guy who visited the site himself told me that there no proper tower nearby. How can you say the coverage is good? Ridiculous excuses, "peak hours"? , Speed is hardly 200kbps throughout the day.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why can't I call on 18001200 (@YESBANK Customer Care Number) from the Jio number? It always says that, "The number you have dialed is invalid" when calling from Jio number. But I am able to call on that number from Airtel number.

    @JioCare Such a frustrating experience, even after raising a concern no one is even bothered for resolving the concern. They only just reply to the dm. Is being more than a month. Worst service ever. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @Brijrajsinh__ Aren't you guys ashamed of giving this as a reason? Are you guys going to refund the money for the period when you are not able to provide proper service? I've been complaining for more than 2 years and you are giving the same reason.
