    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I pay 900+ for a 5g recharge since last few years living in noida which is a tier 1 metro city Can't jio even give a 4g network When they themselves started 4g in 2016 Is it that hard to give this minimum service I'm not even talking about 5g here so stop talking about 5g

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst customer service team I had complaint on 21/04/26 till now no visit every time I contact customer support they say it will come in sometime.worst part is I had locked call for new connection technician is ready to come in 1 hour. I want to cancel fiber

    @JioCare I don’t need excuses like traffic. Your service is already delayed by 10 days. Share the engineer’s contact number immediately and arrange a priority visit today. If not resolved, I will file a complaint in consumer forum tomorrow.

    Paid ₹3333 on 19 Apr 2026 for Jio Fiber (Order: NO0001CZ0RPM). Promised install in 1–2 days, but 5 days later still no update—only complaints being raised. Very poor service. Please resolve ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
