@JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

Dear @reliancejio , I am vexed of your network speed. Complaining about this for the past 3 years. No action taken. After complaint, you make sure that it will come for a week properly then again the speed goes down. I am not going to complaint again. Thanks.

@JioCare @TRAI Hi Team I have registered so many complaints regarding slowness in last 7-8 month but still no action taken by jio . We are getting 24*7 slow speed.Currently i am getting 70 KBPS . Is this 4g speed . I don't know what is going on in jio network.Really frustrating

After complaining many times to @JioCare Their only answer is "We hv lots of customers using internet in that same locations, so you are facing network issues". This is the worst answer. If you know your problem why you are not revolving it, it's being a long problem.

@reliancejio @JioCare Taken jioFibre connection a month ago. Router stopped working. My area engineer person himself called and told its a defaulty router.He called again and told some other issue. He came and did something on the pole and asking 450rs. Why I should pay?
