    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    @JioCare @EpicCmntsTelugu Why DM? this is not a user specific issue it is a general query applicable for all subscribers and should be answered on the open forum rather than privately on DM. Don't just have bots auto reply to all queries have humans respond on a case to case basis.

    @JioCare The wifi service of jio has became worst in place. Complaint raised on 18th till now unattended. Yesterday one Kalita called me but did not turned up. Today it's showing some Hassan Ali but his phone is switched off. Time slot 10 to 11 AM and now it's 10.39 AM @PMOIndia

    @JioCare will be processed, while another says no one ever promised a refund. This is completely unacceptable. Some representatives don't even review the case properly before speaking to customers. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep changing their statements and (2/4)

    @JioCare iam facing worst network in my area no signal since night . If it rains signal will be gone & i live in tier 2 district head quarters. This is the poor service of jio. Not this time every time if it is raining signal is gone even i can't access 4G

    @JioCare Habiba thank you for the update. It's beyond 2 months we had connected & discussed issue, it's getting tougher, I had disconnected fiber for the reason but due 2 the delay of resolution it has almost defeated the main purpose & caused stressed, pls resolve in 1-2 days 🙏

    @JioCare services are the WORST. I have had wifi for three days now. No explanation just apologies for the inconveniences. Y'all are realy the worst.
