    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    Dear @JioCare as you have stated earlier that my location is not under your network coverage. Then why don't you set up a jio tower in our location?I have sufficient land for this. For the slow data speed many people are refusing to use jio. So pls look into this matter seriously

    @JioCare If you are unable to provide support on helpline number then you should close that helpline, whenever i tried to call on 1800-896-9999, then always hearing , unable to support this time. If you are unable to support then remove the care helpline

    @JioCare I can't connect you. I am facing the issue from a year and your representative already told me that it's crowded area and we can't help in that. And also told me that #jionetwork is planning to expand iny area but I think nothing worked. Hope you understand the issue.
