    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    @JioCare @reliancejio And resolve the issue as it is only a minor issue that wire is broken from the assigned box and your engineer is not able to fixe this simple problem.

    This is really disappointing @reliancejio I've been trying to update customer care that my internet service is not available even after recharging. I'm even not able to approach them now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio look at the matter please. It's already 4 months. Even we can not make a call inside the house. If you are really customer caring then please solve the issue. Don't disappoint the customer. Remember customer is like a god for the company.
