    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @JioCare @reliancejio finally found out that if you give poor ratings to jio service it wouldn't allow you to submit your reviews. No one knows how to fix high ping issue and no one wants to visit to your place to check themselves , keep on asking same questions again and again

    @JioCare i recently take a new connection but my internet mostly running on 2g speed I am paying price for 4g service. Is this your business model. #No customer care loot in India. If I am paying price for 4g I am expecting 4g internet speed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Instead of repeatedly asking same questions to the customer why don't jio technical person visits and check himself what's the issue ?why ping is so high but they are happy enjoying AC air in office without any consideration to customers suffering
