    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please Check Service request of 3rd May 2026-- SR000034YTGB. Tried filing in a service request from 2nd May 2026 onwards and finally registered by Jiocare on 3rd May after 6 calls to jio customer care. Check your call logs or I can furnish same.

    Such a pathetic service @reliancejio!Today I booked my JioFiber registration and everything was done by the end of employee they took money and I was promised my connection will be done in 2 hours. Now they're telling me connection is not possible. Such a harrasment @JioCare

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber If people disconnect because of a customer delay of 1 day or have technical problems for the last 3 days, your worst automated customer care system won't be able to provide solutions.

    @JioCare @JioCare @Jio Complaint has been registered with National Consumer Helpline. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Kindly cancel my request and process my full refund immediately without further delay.

    @JioCare No, this is not acceptable. It’s still not working, and it has already been almost 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are asking me to reschedule again. I need a clear commitment on when this will be fixed permanently. arrange immediate resolution without any delay.

    @ConsumerHelp_ @JioCare Thanks for resharing, but my issue is still unresolved. Internet not working since 30 April. No engineer assigned yet. This delay is unacceptable. Please intervene and help resolve urgently. Request ID: SR000034R69N
