    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @JioCare , since April 12 I am approaching on Jiocare twitter but no resolution, no refunds, only general reply, very poor, unprofessional and unethical approach, not single Jiocare representative called me, Not a single acknowledgement massage , no time line.

    @JioCare after having 5G, it feels like we are using 2G here. Poor connectivity, constant call drops, and slow internet are troubling everyone in the area. This is really disappointing. Please resolve this issue on an urgent basis.

    @JioCare This is the same generic response again without any clear ETA. My service has been down for more than 2 days. Please provide a definite resolution time (date & time), not just “earliest”. Kindly escalate this to the concerned team and confirm.

    @JioCare My order number for Jio Airfiber is NO0001D2JC72. It's been a week when kyc and payment is done with the Jio executive but no installation has been done till now. I am literally regretting to opt for jio airfiber as is has so pathetic service. @JioCare help.
