    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @JioCare My SIM is giving lot of troubles. I have been facing the issue for the last couple of weeks. Duly lodged complaint but yet to be resolved.

    But both jio and Samsung customer care says that I need a Samsung phone. Meanwhile my friends who don't have a Samsung phone have been using the esim functionality perfectly well. Can someone at @reliancejio help me out here?
