    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @JioCare Hi I have a postpaid connection and and my bill generated on 14 th August. I am unable to assign data to my child connection. I have raised a complaint. But no action was taken. If you can't solve the issue ASAP I will move to airtel from jio

    @JioCare From Past 7 days jio network and speed both was worst and I didn't use anything like call and Internet. What's going on?

    @JioCare I m a jio pre-paid user and using the 149₹plan which has plan validity of 24days ...but my calling services always intruped before 2 days ,it's really rediculos ....I request you to solve this problem urgently ...

    @JioCare they shut down jio tower and says temporary issue from 6 days and customer support ran away in middle of conversation whenever electricity goes off network issue starts now it's permanent and jio doesn't care about their customer time for airtel now
