@JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

@PhonePe_ I recharged my jio number from phone pe, I need gst invoice for that. I contacted Your customer service, they told to get from Merchant (Jio). Now @reliancejio @JioCare Says we can't give the invoice. Phone pe should give the invoice. Whom should I contact now??

@JioCare @reliancejio The internet speed has not yet improved in my area (village-kuba khas, Mehnajpur, Azamgarh,Uttar Pradesh-276203). I don't think that jio cares about customer service and experience. #poorservice
