5 days gone of my complaint @JioCare @reliancejio .. A retailer is facing problem of unable to make calls(even on your retailer help desk), without any reason..with having an active demo plan till 15th October.. Where is your service fake jio.@TRAI

It is the wrost service of @reliancejio .. complaining from 3 days...plan is still 15 October bt even no calls going on @JioCare ..on both customer care numbers..says my plan is not active Have to port my number from these fake service..shame jio @AmbaniTina

@JioCare will tell me that there are many people using their service at the moment and that's why the speed is around 10kbps if I called their Customer Service. Therefore, I will save my energy and won't use my mobile till I leave this place. Thank you for taking care of my eyes.

@JioCare Have been trying to get connected with the service engineer since morning. Customer care executive rescheduled visit by herself. Internet not working. Resolution time showing 11 aug. 4 days to get a complaint resolved. What an efficiency.. Not at all expected
