    @Sujithavin15 @JioCare @reliancejio Yes. After many weeks it was disconnected and refunded but they never came to collect the set up box though I called them multiple times.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hey @JioCare 5G trial pack has been activated on my number as I can see in MyJio app. But after that neither I am getting speed in 5G, nor even in 4G. 4G is also not working. I am not even able to use the internet. Please can you check what is the issue?

    Dear team @reliancejio @JioCare On 25th October i disconnect my jio fiber till now no one visit to collect the modem & set top box pls take my concern very seriously. @reliancejio pls work on ur services bcoz of this i never want to take a jio fiber connection at my home
