    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare My order id was NO0000GTGX27. I gave 2500rs and waited for more than a week for the installation. The executive was just extending the installation date by giving some lame excuse. I got the refund now but why wasn't the service provided when (1/2)

    @reliancejio I have booked JIO Fiber and make payment 2500 rs. 2 days has been passed but not got connection . Even don't have any portal for complaint.

    Pathetic service from jio fiber @reliancejio @JioCare its not working from last 24 hours, I am regularly calling jio care almost around 10-12 times and all I am listening in return is that Engineer will visit in 30 minutes. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare i am living in a little village of kalyanpur, dist- dwarka, gujarat, Because of covid, our schools are closed and we are attending online, But because of slow internet speed i can not study properly. My study is suffering a lot . Please di needful🙏🙏🙏

    @Sanket_Mukherje @reliancejio @JioCare They are making fools to the customer. They will call you from morning to night for registration. As soon as you registered they vanished like nobody was there only commit till you registered. Worst services

    @JioCare @reliancejio I can get the speed of 40kb/sec HARDLY. There is only 5 users of jio in the radius of 3 km but your troubleshoot says " due to many users in your area nerwork is weak" :- is it a solution?? Plz do needful🙏🙏

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 1 yr Hotstar subscri bought with 598 recharge. The validity was told to be 1 yr. but due to poor coverage I was forced to port out of jio. Now you have cancelled the subscription which was supposed to be for 1 yr. reason given is that since 1/2
