    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @OjasPatel059 @JioCare Its not going to improve soon. In my area, I registered issue of in-house low data connectivity since last July. Today, its the same status. At the same time, I logged similar to Vodafone Idea, within short span connectivity improved. Not too gud, bt cn use it for normal work.

    @JioCare again net is down, yesterday your tech attended it via SR00001571DA and said it's fixed. I checked with other jio fiber customers here and they say it's a common issue with jio fiber of frequent disconnect. Not reliable

    @JioCare Again I got the call from an executive but yesterday prashant made me promise to get a call by supervisor. And you guys used to make fake promises with the customer.

    @JioCare The Jio Network in my area is pathetic .We get to hear only broken and distorted voice over call and the internet speed is like 2G . I will have online Final Year Engineering Exams in few days time , how will I give those exams with this poor connectivity and speed?

    @reliancejio internet is dead slow past 2 weeks, called cust care, they keep on giving deadlines of 40 mins, 4 hrs, 5 hrs, but no resolution at all except false commitments. No complaints being taken. I have recharged my 4 mobiles with jio one year plan. Will you return money ?

    It is damn frustrating to call your customer care, IVR doesn't give an option to speak to customer care. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare There was fire on the electricity pole. Most of the wires have burnt including Jio Fiber's, pls restore asap. Jio Fiber number is +91-3613563758

    @reliancejio pathetic experience at Jio - Naranpura Ahmedabad branch. Vimal and shrijee both are rude and do not help customers. Just surfing their mobiles
