    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    @BDUTT @Suhelseth @reliancejio I had a lot of calling issues at my place when 4g was launched. I bought Jio Sim as backup. Now, airtel is far superior in my area. I suggest you force your Sim to use LTE only option for the next few months. 4g works great on airtel.

    What the hell i opted to port my num in @airtelindia but cancelled within time but from last to months to pay my bill even though my current network is @reliancejio i no support provided at Airtel store also, continue calls and messages, @Airtel_Presence please solve

    @JioCare pathetic situation, Network seems to have been gone for vacation. No data and call possible.people are migrating to other operators. Please see, otherwise you are going to loose at least 3/4 customer.Bihar, chhapra, jalalpur, Basdila, PIN#841412

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had placed a porting request from Airtel to Jio. The executive did the verification on 19th Dec’22,handed over the sim and took the recharge amount. Porting hasn’t happened yet. Please look into this as Jio Customer Care said no records are available.

    6 to 12 hrs wait time for a repeated issue is pathetic . Customer care wont register a complaint. says their is a common area Issue. nothing has been communicated to us !!! @reliancejio very poor service

    @JioCare I have booked a jio fiber connection online. You have allotted a service agent for the installation on the jio fiber connection. But one of ur representative came and said he will not instal the connection as he is not looking for the society.
