Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio 2 days back a fire took place on the electric pole in Sewak Park Dwarka Mor Delhi. All cable of service providers burnt. Airtel people started the work and fixed the connection but JIO is sleeping.All JIO customers are suffering. Immediate action required.

.@reliancejio @JioCare 80+ HOURS outage in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) and still NO resolution. This is complete negligence. No ETA, only copy-paste replies. My work is severely impacted. As per TRAI regulations, outages beyond 24hrs require compensation.
