Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

Hello @JioCare I tried recharging my Jio Sim card but the transaction could not be processed but still I lost my Remaining 20% Cashback which was available there and it has also not been refunded, Help me with this as soon as possible.

Service Request Number SR0000185VPW for JioFiber connection was scheduled on 31-12-2021 : 13:30:00. No one has turned up and this is the second time in a month this is happening. Pathetic!! @JioCare

@debabrata199426 @reliancejio @JioCare I first tweeted two years back then their was some improvement but then same problem maybe because of covid many people started using internet around me but now it's faster than my WiFi 🥲... I have deleted all previous tweets related to jio so you won't be able to find them :/

@reliancejio, I was a happy user of Jio but since 02 months Jio network and internet is very poor and even I miss my incoming calls as well due to network issues. I use Jio with the sentiment of Indian Origin company and would like to ask you to resolve the network issues.

Cheating with faithful customers. I suggest all customers don't trust on them jio fiber ..please don't go with jio fibre .. After 999 plan you will not get all subscriptions.. customer care team told me you gave us customer it's your fault..@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
