    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    What’s the point of showing 5G+ when the internet doesn’t even work properly? @JioCare network has been terrible in my area for the last 1 week. Multiple complaints made, zero improvement. And your 198 AI bot is honestly frustrating and useless. Need real support and a real fix.

    @JioCare Today marks the 3rd day of my complaint that was registered via email. We are a business account and there has been almost no support either via the call centre or the on ground team. Our business operations have come to a halt because of this issue. 1/N

    @JioCare more than 18 days... no response. no service engineer is assigned for past 5 attempts . Customer care said I can not cancel my subscription and get back my advance rent paid. no service for but can not disconnect the connection. worst service
