    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    @JioCare @JioCare how can anyone be rest assured whn no one is providing solution. Raised issue since more than 20 days but nothing happened. SR getting closed without resolution multiple times. Wat ur team doing apart from reopning the SR ? If u can't do anything then refund my money

    @JioCare The network strength in Gurgaon Sector 43 is very weak. The network drops, internet lags, and payments don’t go through. The exact location is DLF Commercial Building in DLF Phase 5 (opposite DLF Camellias and Magnolias)

    Failed MyJio recharge, money debitedand it’s been 15 days with no refund! Absolutely unacceptable service. This has completely destroyed my trust in Jio. I’ll never use a Jio SIM again. I'd also urge customers to think twice before relying on this service.@JioCare @reliancejio

    If I had a rupee for the number of calls I have made to @JioCare in the last 20 days for the same problem, I'll have 20 rupees, which is not a lot but it's concerning that I've had to make 20 calls for something that should've taken one. The most scam company ever!

    @JioCare I can understand Suraj, But the day passed I am without internet. Also I am not able to see any escalation Service request number on My Jio App
