    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare my Jio Fiber was down twice this month, total downtime about a couple of days (you'd know the exact time from service records). You don't give an extra second, while you've taken a downtime when it was paid for! How to adjust this?

    @JioCare So I’m today through out jio and order Airtel fibre so I suggested never install jio brand any product because jio service very bad

    @JioCare @dasharath95107 No longer believe these repeated assurances. Every time they told that your concern has been noted and will be resolved at the earliest, but there has been no actual resolution. These repeated false promises are misleading and unacceptable. NO0001E5054S.

    @TRAI @JioCare I'm facing slow 5G internet speed at my home from past 2 days. I've been contacting the customer team on calls and emails but the they are very unprofessional. They don't even listening to my query, aren't taking any complaint and disconnecting calls. #jio
