Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

Hey team @JioCare, I have been facing severe network issues after connecting to my VPN (my organization's private network) not been able to work since last 10 days tried to raise tickets and the engineer said that we don't take any guarantee for the VPN, so how is that?

Mukesh Ambani’s @reliancejio announced esim manual set up but it failed. Now my sim is in limbo mode. And they are asking me to visit jio store, was it customer’s fault? Am not getting calls and otp transactions done, will jio return my money back? @JioCare
