    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare Plz see the msgs. The schedule also changed without my consent and information. This is highly disappointing and alarming situation for me as well as jio. By this type of pathetic behavior of your staff the Jio is loosing their customers. Mr Mukesh Ambani should look after this type of useless and rude behavior of their staff. The customer's are highly dissatisfied. I am paying jio for the following- 1 postpaid mobile connection 3 prepaid mobile connection 1 air fiber 1 jio fiber And after giving my precious money to mr Mukesh Ambani, I feels that I am fool and paying such a huge amount for my foolishness.     @JioCare What does "if" here means? I was told by the service provider and the guy who came to install that once cancelled I'll get the refund. What do you keep prolonging this issue daily? In the last reply I was asked if I want a refund back to source or voucher.

    My Jio SIM was inserted into a JioPhone on 24 Aug, but I’m still unable to recharge it with a JioPhone plan. It’s been more than 3 days, and customer care isn’t connecting me to an executive. Please help resolve this issue. @RelianceJioCare @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare @RelianceJio, I ordered a new Jio SIM (Order ID:NO00015JSGBT but it hasn't been delivered yet. I received the delivery agent's contact details, but he keeps delaying the delivery every day with false promises. This is frustrating and very poor service.
