  Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

  @JioCare Thanks, but calling this a "priority" for 5 days with no resolution is unacceptable. My port-in is still pending. Please provide a clear timeline if you can’t resolve it within that timeline, cancel from your side. No one seems to be coming to deliver or cancel the order.

  @JioCare I have been using Jio AirFiber for the past 1 year, but I have never received the speed promised in my plan. Most of the time I get less than 1 Mbps speed. I’m paying every month for a service that barely works.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service from jio fiber customer service. Since 1 week I am complaining about my internet issue and booked engineer visit. But no one visited. When I call in customer care they only reschedule visit. Better to avoid jio, useless service.
