    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare I'm heared the same answers for past 3 days from customer service intelephonic.without my concern , scheduled assigned but nobody coming. But now you say new term confirmed slot. I know your response from last 2 days sheduled. Let other customers also know about the poor response

    Finally, I have decided to switch to another company. Thank you so much for providing the worst service. Yes, I will take many other people with me and will recommend others not to switch to the @JioCare @reliancejio network.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare My Jio AirFiber is facing a serious speed issue. I have a 30 Mbps plan, but I’m getting only 0.25–1 Mbps download speed, while upload speed is around 29 Mbps. SR No: SR00003EXK9L was raised yesterday, but there has been no technician visit.

    @reliancejio Requested JioFiber reloc with 6 dy notice. Despite multiple folowups and promises, installation was not done. Tdy I found that only the uninstallation ticket was created, with no installation ticket for the new location. Now I’m left wo service. #JioFiber @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Jio promised that my services would be restored by 12 PM today. It’s past 12, and my service is still suspended. Every time, I get a new timeline, but no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
