  @JioCare pathetic service from Jio custcare. SR00001GP47I got closed without providing Solution. Request for an escalation asap. Complaint description - Additional 15 days validity didn't get credited with half yearly recharge done for half yearly jiofiber plan.

  @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic service! Neither I can make outgoing calls, nor the internet works with speed. Clients msg me saying aapka phone off aa ra but it shows full network. Horrible experience.

  @reliancejio you guys have the worst customer service and crap service which you provide.I have raised an SR00001HNJL7 and technician names Pawan was assigned (+916302464606) who has rescheduled my appointment for 2 times. I spoke to customer service associate named Ruby 68016606
