    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue is NOT resolved. “No HB flap observed” does not mean the connection is stable. I am still facing frequent internet drops and connectivity issues. Please stop closing complaints without customer confirmation and arrange a technician visit for a permanent fix.

    @JioCare Mr Md Irshad visited to check the problem, suggested my wife to change the adapter. When she said what has to do with adapter if internet speed is slow he had no answer. Created a scene in my absence while my wife was home alone. Forced for ticket closure took the OTP and went.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio This has been dragging on for a month. I am incredibly frustrated with your terrible help desk and completely useless voice assistant. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do you guys actually care about your customers? Please resolve this ASAP! (2/2)

    My Airtel connection may be disconnected soon, putting me at risk of losing connectivity due to this delay from Jio’s side. Please intervene urgently, arrange immediate SIM delivery, and resolve this issue without further delay. @reliancejio @reliancejio

    Out of all the companies iv come across, @JioCare is the absolute worst. The customer service team does not seem to be held accountable and the management seems to be happy fleecing paying customers. AI bots are the new #OfficeOffice

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber internet services down since yesterday & the Co. only flashes message "will be restored at 10.52 pm" & repeats it every 6/8 hrs with time change but retaining the "0.52" in the end. Wow what hi-tech but no resolution or response!!!
