    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Booked a Jio matching-number SIM online and got confirmation for home delivery. Later, I was told over a call that I must visit the Jio office to collect it. Misleading customer experience. Please fix this, Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber pathetic customer service .Applied for new fiber connection money taken but no installation done .None of the toll free numbers or chats helps to talk to someone or register a complaint to resolve this issue.Already disappointed #pathetic #service

    @JioCare I have spoken with jio drs. He told network has been restored of jio tower. But when my issue will be resolved. Still now no one came for air fiber service. No network from last 5 days. Resolve the issues by today.

    this is the only way to get things done these days so here goes. @reliancejio i placed a relocation request which was scheduled for yesterday (16th) 3 pm. But no one called or came. There’s no way on the app to talk to customer care. (Apart from the ****** bot) pls fix.
