    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customers without providing a service. They are not able fix the internet issues since many months and now jio expecting customer to pay bill and even not allowing to port the number to Airtel.

    @JioCare paid for jiofibre on 20/7. Somebody came after 6 days and told technical issue . We will come after 24 hours and nobody is there. Pls expedite installation.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio i booked an appointment for jio fiber installation but somehow after the initial payment you guys are not installing my connection neither you are allowing me to cancel the same. This is not done and really disappointed with this service

    @JioCare Pathetic service! My Jio Fiber has been down for 1+ week. Daily the engineer visit is rescheduled without anyone visiting. Today my complaint was closed without any engineer visit or my OTP verification. Multiple calls to customer care, zero resolution. Please fix ASAP

    @jhootha_hi_sahi @JioCare @reliancejio Time to move on again to the local cable network providers. I also faced the same issue. Jio is becoming pathetic day by day.

    @JioCare Akshay it's 2+ months passed reason I terminated cuz of medical emergency, but didn't get refund yet. Still u guys need more time? All these time what has been done, Nothing except on record keep creating SR. Only till tomorrow afternoon 4 PM, transfer the refund by 4 pm

    @JioCare Very disappointed. Full payment made on 15 Jul for JioAirFiber. Promise: installation in 10–12 days. Reality: only automated replies, no action. Is this the service Jio stands for?
