There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

A service request was raised on 21 May 2026 at 7:39 PM (Request ID: SR000036F96X), but it has already been rescheduled automatically twice without any resolution. Current status is on hold
