    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare I am facing severe internet connectivity issues with my Jioairfiber at Mallampet locality Hyderabad since yesterday. Request you to resolve asap, there is no service request option found on the app, every time I try there an automated message your airfiber impacted

    @JioCare Horrible service experience. My order no CO0001SBTPRR for relocation from 3 floor to GF has been rescheduled for almost 8 times without my consent. Even after several escalation through customer care no solution @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio. Since 29-Apr-2026, I have raised multiple complaints but my Jio Set Top Box issue is still unresolved and JioJoin has not worked since installation. SR: SR000034O5TH Senior Complaint: SR000035S9XT Still receiving bills despite incomplete service.

    @reliancejio so u said service request has been filed for rebate. I have been waiting for a month for that. Sitting with a cancelled Wi-Fi connection. Because I know u enough to realise if I pay once there will be no rebate. Now what? Waiting for me to fold?

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets My internet suddenly showed 0 KB left without even using the data. Then I recharged with a ₹39 3GB/day data pack, but the internet still didn’t work and it again showed 0 balance. Seriously, how much more will customers be looted like this? Fix your system

    Jio fibre not working since 22 May. Complain raised and even wrote to appellate team but no response. Pathetic service and extremely rude staff . Service number SR00002LA0BS @JioCare @reliancejio
