    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    @reliancejio - paid on 18th August, still asking money for recharge, customer care is so pathetic that not even connected the call, could you pl reply that why u r asking me to do recharge again, that have i already paid ?????

    I got a call from this number +919242080233 saying that it Jio Office number and they will allocate my number to another person if I don't recharge. Why are you guys doing this **** @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare 4 days already didn't recieve refund till now???????? @JioCare kindly give an update otherwise I have to fil le complaint in consumer court it's getting really frustrated

    @JioCare However, we can't commit a date now. Please ensure your network settings are configured to '5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto)' on Android or '5G Auto' on iPhone. This will allow you to access 5G services as soon as they become available in your area - Tanushka (2/2)

    @JioCare You were very fond of proof. 7904876736 number recharged for ₹. 69/- data pack. From morning to till now not working. Whole day is spoiled. Unable to do any transactions. Let me see what are you doing!

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare nd now, even the AI-integrated customer support is extremely frustrating. It feels like m talking to a bot that doesn’t properly understand the issue or provide any useful resolution. Customers need actual support, not automated replies and repetitive excuses @reliancejioindia

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI Many days have passed, but my Jio network problem is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. The network is either unavailable or hardly usable. Please take urgent action and provide a permanent solution.
