Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

@JioCare I encountered the same issue this morning, it is not resolved. Also in jio app it claims that an engineering is yet to be assigned. May I know where is it updated as resolved? Also if low priority is set considering the timeline is @JioCare not interested to retain customers?

@JioCare My JioAirFiber internet has been not working for the last 3 days (Request ID: SR0000331505). No call or visit from the assigned engineer, Jitendra Kumar Saini, and he is also not answering calls. if this is not resolved by today i will go with Airtel.

Hi #JIO, @JioCare team, we are not sure if this tweet will reached to you but we are disappointed with your service, first we had raised request for relocation for JioAirfiber in July 2025, for which we have paid close to 1000 rs, so far nothing happened.

Wouldn’t it make sense for @reliancejio , @airtelindia and all other network providers to allow 2-3 minutes of extra data if - the user’s internet is over - the user came on the official app to recharge A lost opportunity for a recharge that the user could have done.
