    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare Hi Neha, 2 urgent issues: 1. JioHome (91253796177): Double paid (₹4,240). Refund extra ₹2,120 immediately. 2. AirFiber (LR000019LFNR): Shows 'Activated' but NO installation done. Plus, you took extra ₹1,200 for zero work!

    it took them 10 days to schedule an engineer visit He comes and says "The Router doesn't support 1gbps" How does jio does not know what router they have supplied me? Can't they see previous requests to replace the old router? Completely useless their team is. @JioCare

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @ConsumerCom Mr. Ambani, I would like to inform you that I am using Jio Fiber with the reg Mo, 8960536000. I had raised a complaint on the same day of installation, i.e., 17th May, regarding the issue with set-top box.Service Request Number: SR00003679BH

    @JioCare On calling customer care they tell just restart and suff but no one is understanding the issue. I am not paying money for no internet connection and all the scripted response.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @ConsumerCom I am also still waiting for an update regarding the extension of my plan validity. I have been unable to use my set-top box for the last 12–15 days due to the ongoing issue and request compensation through a plan extension. Kindly look into this matter.

    @reliancejio No internet connection since afternoon. Jio texts me saying power outage and connection to resume from 6.38 pm. Still no internet connection and customer care guy says it'll resume late night around 2.38 am. Need help JIO

    @JioCare I am utter disappointed with the service. I have only received 1111 . Rs 2221.41 is still due for which i have been given one UTR to check with my bank. Why the hell i will check when i have received part amout and not the rest. UTR- RNO000DEO8ZK Kindly refund the amount
