There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

What I will do until then, from yesterday night till now I am not using internet but paid for it. Will I get compensation for this issue ?

Pravin G (@gmpravin79) reported@reliancejio ₹1,200 refund pending for 9+ months! Paid for JioFiber relocation on 2 Nov 2025. Service unavailable, so I cancelled and returned the device. Jio confirmed on Dec 13 that the refund was initiated and promised within 7 days. Still nothing @JioCare @jio_fiber
