    @reliancejio What a pathetic service, my jio fibre isn't working and the customer care has scheduled a visit on 28th i.e. after 60 hours and you claim service within 24hours. What a **** piece and there is no way of connecting customer care again,its just redirecting to complain.

    @JioCare I had purchased Jio fiber on 30 sep 22 and installation is done on 04th October 22. Subsequently device was not working for which complain has been raised by me in customer support. Engineer visited and stated to cancel the order on 10 oct 22. Amount not refunded yet.

    Have anybody ported their number? The PORT sms therefore never gets sent if there is an outstanding. There is no way to know the this balance and clear the same. Net effect is one can never port. Is this then a mockery of @TRAI dictum? @Airtel @reliancejio

    @JioCare Mam just look...history how many times i have raised the query but mu problem was not resolved...Today they have given me the appointment but engineer didn't come & I called to customer care so many times but there was no resolution of my problem.i am suffering from jiofiber
