    @reliancejio i am very sad that i gifted a jio number to my mother when i was in India .I am unable to get a good video quality when i called her from canada because jio have a very poor quality of network

    @JioCare When I contacted Jio Appellate then I got the standard reply that they will respond in 24 hours however they have never responded back.

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber connectivity is down at my residence and cust care says it will be attended tomm morning. More than 12 hrs to resolve a internet problem by an internet provider. SHAME!! SPEEDS ARE BAD POST TRIAL PERIOD. We r paying 4 service not 4 disconnection
