faizan khan (@faizankhanstmt) reported@JioCare Internet was down from 8 Apr to 21 Apr (~13 days). SR: SR000033OJK9. Issue resolved now, but this delay was unacceptable. As per policy, I’m eligible for 15 days rebate—requesting compensation and confirmation ASAP.
