    @JioCare I raised a service request on Sunday that my modem got disconnected from the fiber cable. My initial feedback they gave an ETA 4:00pm Monday 7/12 till now no one came to my house to get this rectified. My request number: SR000013823E pls share Chennai, Velachery eng. no.
