    The most unprofessional set of technicians I've evr seen. My WiFi is nt wrkng since the last 72 hours & there's nobody at @reliancejio who cn fix this issue. Tweeting seems to be the last resort bcz your helpline is clearly nt helpful enough. FIX MY INTERNET NOW

    @JioCare Still, the same issues are being faced by us for all our jio sims. No network for browsing and the regular usage. I sent a DM with a contact number and AN two days ago. You took it as just a word and nothing has been improved. Pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio I didn't expect this.

    @reliancejio Sir my i have cancelled my jiofiber on March 21, 2022 still i have not received my refund . I have done multiple follow up still i haven't received refund and jio fiber email team not reading the mail simply sending reply this not at all acceptable please help me on this

    @reliancejio @JioCare your customer care number and your my Jio application is pathetic and in real time just useless. What type of customer care where there is No option to talk to customer service agent. I am not getting internet from 1 week.
