    @reliancejio shame on you people. I have three jio connections. None of them are running from last two days in my residence. What kind of service is this. Disghusting. The whole North durganagar,pincode-700065 is under blackout. Thousands of jio customers are facing trouble.

    @JioCare What's the hell is this. Your staff is not giving proper answers to the calls. They continuously asking me to keep patience on network issue, disconnect calls in-between. I kept patience from last 1.5 yrs Me and all my neighbors are facing indoor network issue. #jiocare

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for jio fiber 10 days ago in Gurukul area, Ahmedabad. I was told since 3 days that, service engineer was on his ways for installation. I have contacted to these guys Sameer - 7819813765 Uttam - 9265864498 They are very irresponsible

Delay in installation after payment and even for disconnection router is not collected after 14days & no refund and raise SR which they close it without any call or support. Support only say we are looking into it.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001BVJT8, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number is on hold as FTTx - Society permission required. Kindly provide the approval from your society. To schedule a new appointment

    @reliancejio my mom felt ill,she could not call me over jio network. She tried 10 times. She is in deep trouble. If you people can not give service, why you people charge?
