    @JioCare My Uncle resident of Surat Gujarat was visiting to our native place in Madhubani Bihar he was using jio prepaid sim.He has lost his mobile as misplaced his jio sim so he visited to jio gallery but the doesn't issue a new SIM can you please provide me the solution
