    @JioCare I did not get any calls. You are telling lies. Every tome I missed a call, I get sms on the same even for jio customer care team. I was on VO-WiFi on Jio gigafiber.

    Internet has been down since morning and now @JioCare says it will take till 11 PM to fix it. What exactly are customers paying for? Pathetic and unreliable service every single time. Recharge money completely wasted. #JioFiberDown #JioCareUseless @reliancejio #jioscam

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor @JioCare network coverage at Majestic Manhattan Phase 2, Wagholi, Pune. Calls keep dropping, internet barely works, and indoor signal is almost unavailable. Residents are frustrated and many are planning to switch providers.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare what js the use of displaying 5G on network signals when it runs at the speed of 2G. It is really sad and painful. Location is : Khoraram, Deoria, UP

    @JioCare Jiofiber WiFi has been down since 2 days & Iโ€™m only getting repeated automated ETA messages with changing timelines. No proper support or clear update, and my work is getting impacted. If this isnโ€™t resolved urgently, Iโ€™ll discontinue Jio and switch to Airtel wifi.
