@reliancejio JIO's unlimited prepaid plans remain considerate of customer support numbers. Unlike @airtelindia who want extra recharge from me to call my banking and CC support numbers or else they don't connect the call, forcing me to port an 11 year old number.

@JioCare Irony is i have to complaint and message you using another mobile network. Because not even able to connect internet. Atleast give my money back its 3 weeks and my data pack is just a wastage.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare is worst at resolving complaints. Response from executive “won’t get fixed before afternoon as we don’t have time”. What kind of service are you providing. Been 16 hours almost. It is way past the complaint resolution time too.
