  Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, I have never seen such a pathetic network! Calls do not connect and the internet is completely unusable in my village. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution and our recharges are going to waste.

  @JioCare Hi Shireen, If the refund has genuinely been credited, please provide the refund transaction/reference number and payment details so I can verify it with my bank. Repeatedly saying that the refund has been credited without providing any proof is not a resolution.

  @JioCare 3 years on JioAirFiber's 100 Mbps annual plan for my factory — never received more than 20-25 Mbps. Your own team admitted the antenna needs relocation, yet nothing has been done. Raised complaints on 31 July (SR00003D31QJ & SR00003CSFV5), assured resolution in 24 hours. On 3 August, both were marked "CLOSED" without any actual fix — feels like a straight-up scam. Legal notice already sent. If this isn't resolved, next stop is the Consumer Commission and TRAI. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #ConsumerRights

  @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of service is this? I booked a JioFiber technician for 8 Aug, 5–6 PM, but he came in the morning when I was working. Later he said he’d come again, but now he’s not answering my calls. My work is being affected because of this. Worst service!
