    @Airtel_Presence Time to port out. Worst C.A combos , poor network availability, dismal speeds( Dharampur colony, pinjore, haryana). Is it the experience we expect from airtel ? Airtel has - 1800+2300 ca , while jio has - 850+1800+2300, 2300+2300,1800+2300+2300. @JioCare rocks

    @JioCare On Jio app, under port in to jio, pincode 201318 is not working. Kindly ask your IT / technical team to add it. This is new pin code in Greater Noida region created by INDIA post office.

    I place a request to port my number from @reliancejio to @airtelindia I am getting network on my new sim but facing problem in activation. Not happy with Airtel. Now I am porting all other numbers to @VodafoneIdeaIN Now Airtel is providing third class services.

    @JioCare My Order Number is NO0000HBILDD and it was rejected 25 days ago. The money has not been refunded. No help with DM either. Is this what @reliancejio stands for?

    @JioCare we are using jio fiber since last 1 year and no db in our apartment we have 10 to 11 connection and there is no db data box as wire is stretched from back side society and trucks and monkeys break the wire this is the main trouble to us. I want solution for it.

    @JioCare Now, again ur services are down and when I called ur call centre they told that there is no possibility of extension of my validity. I want a clarity as to why am I being denied my validity extension when the fault is yours and I am suffering and also paying for it.
