    It's high time network operators like @airtelindia and Vi work on providing better Mobile internet speed than @reliancejio . Jio seems to be enjoying a secure monopoly market and giving zero f about consumer complaints.

    @JioCare I booked a JioFiber connection on July 8 with a commitment of installation on the next day. Since then, I'm only getting auto reschedules saying as per my request which I never did. I have paid an advance. Can someone look into this immediately? Order Id: NO0000M6F9MV

    @reliancejio such a pathetic service. Since 10days i m waiting to get the modem pickedup as i disconnected the connection. Everyday it moves to next day. RELIANCE JIO has super bad customer service.

    @JioCare Really frustrated with Jio. I am in UK and lost my e-sim profile and can’t visit India as I just came this month. But there is no way Jio helps me to collect a duplicate sim by someone else I authorise on my behalf. So no help for the Indians who are in problem outside.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat internet not working from more then 2 days. No response from jio engineers. No one visited to resolve the issue. Rescheduled engineer visit thrice. Jio engineers not able to resolve the issue...surprised
