    @reliancejio @JioCare you just lost a customer today. You agent took money for 100 mbps internet only plan and ur service guy put in 30 mbps with set top box plan. On asking he said clear with customer care.

    @JioCare Disappointed with the network quality in Santacruz West, Mumbai. Calls are not connecting, voice breaks frequently, and the signal is extremely weak. Paying for service but unable to make basic phone calls. Please investigate and fix this issue urgently. Otherwise port

    @JioCare @JioCare Why are you not understanding?? Two service engineers already visited they haven't found any issues, they told me there was an issue with the tower. What are they supposed to do by visiting??

    @JioCare All my service request were closed with this reply but no one ever provided proof or physically verified. Seems like you have no or flawed system of verification
