    @JioCare SR00001CEHN1 has been open for over 24 hours. No internet access on Jio Fiber. I've explained this problem to a bot thrice so far. All chat execs are busy. I know the red light is blinking. I need a solution beyond it. Can someone please help?

    @JioCare I have accidentally done a transaction for Jio Fiber through the Jio app on the service ID instead of registered ID. The service Id that starts with 400 was used while making the transaction. The payment is deducted but I can't find any mail, sms, order history forit

    @reliancejio What happened to Jio these days? Getting too slow speed! Why do you guys want to burden a single network Airtel or Vi why cannot you provide a better speed? I really don't want to port! In past you guys provided a good speed but now a days it is working like 2G speed

    @reliancejio @airtelindia For past 2 years all I can see is we coming soon for Fibre Network in @vasai but no updates. Not sure how can it be too difficult when we are hardly 5km away from Mumbai.... Man you'll suck....
