    @JioCare Very disappointing performance going on. If you call customer care then same giggled reply sir right now you are facing slow speed due to heavy usage in your area.Increased the rate of name plan on giving good facility. Same thing #happened high shop faded dish.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I m jus 100m away from jio tower still i feel this type of network problm i have plan of 3 months 1 months has been wasted, now i m ready to sacrifice 1 month but please refund me a month so that i can port out to a better network like @airtelindia

    @JioCare dear reliance jio, ambani ji u started sending msg for recharge before 7 days but your network is not working whole month not getting 4g speed when we try to reach out your service centre there u put voice srry 4 slow speed whn u chrgd 4, 4g & bettr network services so

    @JioCare I am using a Reliance Jio fiber , everything is working fine apart from the fact that i am not able to send emails using Outlook in PC, i can receive mails, but if i connect to other networks i am able to send and receive emails So please give the solution

    1. We didn't use Jiofiber for last 6 months so i duly contacted customer care to check connection status. They said my it's active and just do a recharge and use internet. So, i did the same and after that the router never went online. @reliancejio @JioCare @_IshaAmbanis
