  @JioCare Facing internet speed issues for the last 48 hours. I already registered a complaint with support, but no one has visited yet to resolve the problem. At this point, I’ve decided to discontinue and switch to Airtel. Please arrange to remove your router and set-top box.

  @JioCare Absolute disgusted with support provided , Even when upfront offer was shown on jiofiber that extra 15 days will be provided on 6 month recharge now i am told i am not eligible, just a pure case of mis selling @TRAI @jagograhakjago you have to look into this.

  One of my biggest regrets is to opt for @jio_fiber @reliancejio for their Wi-Fi services, not only they provide poor speed as opposed to their claim but also you’ve to constantly bear with their unprofessionalism in solving problems occurring because of their own mishap 😡
