@reliancejio Jio is worst, fraud ISP in India. They deserve to be behind bars for fraud. I was promised fiber connectivity within 24 hours of paying. Technician took money and there's no connection even after a week. Customer service and twitter DM of no use. DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.

@reliancejio Could you please revert back that how many days or months will it take to install the Reliance jio fiber connection. If there was any technical issues than it has to be in notice before taking booking amount.

@JioCare ur network has become from bad to worse in Navi Mumbai Kharghar.... On a daily basis the connection is going down... Horrible experience.. Lots of promises when launched.. Guess ull are not able to handle

@JioCare Thanks. Will wait for a resolution. The last time, I had to return the settop box and router, it took me 10 months to get a technician to come collect it. Hope it isn't the same this time 🥲

@JioCare hey there, I complained about the issues with using the internet through Jiofiber, the issue was resolved but now I'm facing it again!!

@JioCare it has been more than 36 hours 3 calls to customer 3 appointment changes and still jio fibre issue not resolved , we have around 200 customers of jio fibre in our society and all of them are facing the same issue . If you want we can change the service provider
