@JioCare Very disappointing performance going on. If you call customer care then same giggled reply sir right now you are facing slow speed due to heavy usage in your area.Increased the rate of name plan on giving good facility. Same thing #happened high shop faded dish.

1. We didn't use Jiofiber for last 6 months so i duly contacted customer care to check connection status. They said my it's active and just do a recharge and use internet. So, i did the same and after that the router never went online. @reliancejio @JioCare @_IshaAmbanis
