    @JioCare No reply? No update? Very bad service by Jio. Not resolving on time. Delay for installation by 9 days due to which my work, productivity and salary got affected. Not ready to compensate. Very disappointed.

    @JioCare I would also like to lodge a formal complaint against the concerned Sales Executive and Installation Engineer, as they have neither completed the work nor responded to calls despite repeated follow-ups. Please provide an update at the earliest. 3/3

    @JioCare May I know why it's not available for customer. If customer going outstation for long time, he/she not used your services.. why he/she was pay full bill. @airtelindia was providing but why @reliancejio not ???

    @JioCare @reliancejio - After an excess amount was deducted from my credit card, I was instructed to raise the issue via email. I did so, yet there has been complete silence. Is this how one of India's largest telecom operators addresses grievances and handles customer funds?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I made an AirFiber request And placed an order 3 days ago also made a payment, but no engineer visit has happened so due to the Poor & Negligence service by Jio, I don't wanna continue with Jio so please refund my entire amount with immediate effect.@JioCare
