  @JioCare Jio Airfibre is a scam. Please don’t purchase it. First few days it works fine then there is issue with speed and at last they disconnect the internet completely and when you call for support, they ask you to wait indefinitely

  @JioCare hi team, I have recently raised a request for relocation. The engineer came and setup new connection. He said it would take around two hours to activate. I’m still waiting. It’s been more than six hours. Please look into this and resolve this issue. ID: SR0003FIEVH

  🚨 Fraud alert be cautious with Jio! If you’re in a non-metro city, think twice before paying an advance for Jio services. In my experience, they may take the payment upfront, fail to provide the service due to infrastructure issues, and then refuse to refund @reliancejio

  Impressive relocation service from Jio. It has been 4 days past the relocation date: no technician, no contact details, keep moving the resolution date and unable to contact customer care as the SR is already open (for 4 days). @JioCare @reliancejio
