    @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio Heartily Congratulations! Let's talk about serious issues. Now a days jio in my network area is not working properly. There is lot of trouble with contacting people as well as for using internet also. Hope so will be a quick solution for this @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is total intentional... You know government of India doesn't care - so you can do anything you want. It is again a scheduled appointment with no visit. All your customer care is giving a template answer rather than concrete solution. @jio @PMOIndia

    @JioCare I’m honestly surprised that you need a “social media escalation team” for something this basic. When we escalate, we simply do it—we don’t ask the customer to repeat everything again over DMs. The order number and service request number are already in the tweet. Why can’t you pull the details from your own system, escalate it internally, and get it resolved? For something as simple as a SIM card—where KYC, payment, and verification are all completed online—it’s frustrating that customers are still forced to chase support through social media. Is this really the kind of process your company stands by?

    Jio, the internet in my area is extremely slow 24/7. Can't even load or watch a single YouTube video properly, whether it's day or night. This has been going on for too long tried various devices yet it remains same . Please fix this issue urgently! @JioCare
