@reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceDigital I took the JIO connection on April 2nd, 2022, on 4th April Morning the network went offline at 11 AM, and after that, it never came back. I have initiated a cancellation and it's been 3 months, till now I have not received the refund.

I took the the fiber connection in the month of March everything was gng well. Lst evng suddenly my network went out. Found out that the person who gave me the connection wrongly put my line in the wrong box. Kndly fix ths ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare otherwise wl tk legal action

My refund is getting delayed for a month. Laid back attitude and slow response from customer service. Need an immediate escalation & resolution. I’ll disconnect all the jio connections if this doesn’t get resolved at once Connection # - 400127659065 @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
