    @JioCare @reliancejio Why I am getting details about plan when I am dialing 198 from my Jio number, 198 is complaint number, then it must have complaint regarding IVR menu, please rectify it ASAP

    @AMOwais The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently switched to Jio suggest you also switch to @JioCare
