    @JioCare It was never stated that these are only for 1 year. Even know your website doesn't mention that it's for 1st year only. Thus is mis-selling. I am porting out.

    @reliancejio Now the company has a strong customer base so they are neglecting the customer service i guess , its been more than 48 hours of filing a complaint regarding fiber issues customer care scheduled appointment for 21st jan 5:6Pm and its 23 jan and no Engineer visit yet.
