Now the support team cannot even confirm that account is cancelled. Kindly look into this and cancel service.

Abhiiii (@Abhiii43115401) reported@JioCare I'm very disappointed. Your engineer confirmed my AirFiber outdoor device is faulty. A new device fixed the issue, but it was removed due to an internal approval problem. My complaint is reopened, but I'm still without internet. Please resolve this urgently.
