    @JioCare went to the chembur atur park outlet for a sim card at 3pm. The guy at the counter says “we have a lunch break please come back in an hour “. While the store timings say 10am-10pm. Pathetic customer service.

    Forget about 4G or 5G internet speed, Jio is not able to provide basic functionality of mobile network. Jio is taking us back to older days where the people were searching for network bars to make calls in remote locations. @JioCare

    If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

    @JioCare Hello sir. I took a connection with Reliance Jio Fiber on 23 November but today it has not been installed even after December 1, and no propper is answering how long it will be installed, if there is any solution for this? Will it be used or not?

    "The person you are trying to reach is not reachable". Everytime my callers listens to this message when they call my JIO number. I'm complaining from past one year and the customer care team mention they are working hard, but no resolution. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is already 3 years 1 month past purchasing Jio Phone. Jio service center and @RelianceDigital have no idea how to return deposit back!! Will I get my deposit back or is it a fraud?

    @JioCare @JioCare I have got a call from your representative from (8512914819) and he is very rude and very arrogant in behaviour and not speaking properly,Is this the way of treating customers and solving their problems?
