    @JioCare It has been more than 50hrs. The fiber service is not working since 27th July. You are giving only assurances. Instead of appreciating our patience give us opportunity to appreciate your service. It's pathetic dude. It appears that today is also gone in vain.@MukeshAmbanima

    @JioCare @dipanshudarp I am having the same problem with jio fiber .It used to in between 50-60ms now it goes to 120ms. A fast reply would be appreciated

    @JioCare @TRAI I CHANGED MY SIM AND THE ISSUE STOPPED. NOW TELL WHO HAD A PROBLEM YOU DID NOT EVEN DEACTIVATE ISD FACILITY NOR GAVE SOLUTION TO PROBLEM NOW ASKING ME TO PAY!! @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare As per your new policy sms service will not available below the recharge of 128 but no one informed us. I am struggling for 2hr just because my sms service was not working. Now it’s time to leave Vi. @airtelindia & @reliancejio am coming.
