    @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio Heartily Congratulations! Let's talk about serious issues. Now a days jio in my network area is not working properly. There is lot of trouble with contacting people as well as for using internet also. Hope so will be a quick solution for this @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare After speaking with the customer care executive, I received assurance of a 100% resolution by 5 pm today, as per the escalated ticket. However, this deadline has now passed. My work suffered significant loss due to this poor service. Who will compensate me for this damage?

    @JioCare Worst customer experience ever i am unable to use services with jio fiber, i have paid twice raised services request still i am unable to connect,now when I wish to disconnect my wifi u guys are not even letting me do it the supervisor declined my request.

    @JioCare @JioCare Dear Prakash, stop sending copy-paste replies. Your engineer has already visited 2–3 times and the issue has been ongoing since 10th April. Multiple SRNs have been raised but nothing is resolved. This is complete negligence. Fix this permanently immediately

    @JioCare Still now at 30th April also no resolutions .u people failed to fullfill ur commitment on 26th April also and again u failed on your promise on 30th April 2026 also..very very poor service after taking money you people just playing with customers
